The food were really great. It is recommended for the person who prefers lite and healthy food.

Had come to attend a conference. The hotel environment & staff was extremely welcoming. Food was delicious & could enjoy a good enriching conference.

Ambience was great, suites were very comfortable and spacious. Only thing that could have been better was vegetarian options in the buffet, very less options.

Staff at the restaurant needs to training and etiquette to be taught but otherwise the Hotel is excellent place to be while you are on your official tour or family holiday. And yes I was impressed with the Internet speed the Hotel had to offer… because that is something I can't live without.

I would like to recommend this hotel for business and leisure however today I have experience unacceptable service during breakfast. I order 2 Sunnyside up at 8:13 AM and you know what I got thundering speed delivery which is 16 minutes. I was looking around and asked 3 times from service people and I heard same things " sir 2 minutes". Shift captain need to eliminate these problems as no one have to stay so long for breakfast. I am staying at Room No. 219. I am leaving today with this bad experience.

Good rooms and food. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice ambiance, clean and well maintained rooms. We faced Difficult to get taxi from this area.

Just the ambiance of this place is so pleasing to the eye. Rooms are lovely as well. Could use a few tweaks here and there eg. More complimentary bottled water or fruits, but otherwise all is admirable for the price you pay. I was lucky to get my room upgraded so no complaints there.

The hotel looks really good after renovation, the old Atria looked good too, but now it stands up to it's rating. The food is really good. We always loved it. We have been dining at the Tijouri restaurant for more than 20 years now (yeah), we used to come here almost once every week. The staff was always cooperative and understand. Always there to help. The rooms are better than before and the service is fast. We were, are, and always will be their most loyal customers.

Fantastic, tastefully designed, modern and caters to the business and leisure travellers alike. Quietly tucked away in Palace Road, this one is close to the city center and a bit distant from Electronic City and other IT centers. Service is good, breakfast spread is awesome with a lot of healthy options. Definitely a good choice in Bangalore.

Great place for a Sunday noon lunch. The staff seems a bit untrained. They are not very attentive. The complimentary mocktails were not offered. We had to ask them to get the soft drinks. However the buffet spread was good.

Location is very good, quite close to MG Road. Rooms are very big and all amenities are available inside. Service is at par with any other 4/5-star hotel. The gym is well equipped. Everything is good except for room dining menu, which is very limited especially for vegetarians.

In the center of the city. Very accessible. Amenities are very good. My booking included free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Both very good. You are allowed to connect 5 devices per double room. From the hotel, especially the breakfast room, it seems that you are surrounded by trees. The swimming pool is under renovation though. The staff are cutters and efficient.

Peaceful place to have some delicious food. I would skip the pasta though. The main course was just right as were the salads and Salsa. Desserts were a mixed experience but then ambience and the appropriate attention balanced it all.

Visited this place for a wedding… Not sure about the services or rooms but this is definitely one of the best hotels to plan a big event… The location is lovely, food was great and it managed to handle an event like marriage carefully and professionally… Of what I have seen, I can say that this was one of the best and I loved the place.

Room a bit too colourful for my taste, a lot of blue and red light all over. Otherwise very comfortable. Hand faucet in toilet is a definite plus point for indian travellers. Food is excellent. Location is good. Definitely value for money.

Totally disappointing front desk staff. They charge us twice and are too lax on the follow up.
We have been calling them incessantly since the last 3 weeks, yes it’s been 3 weeks, and no resolution. We have provided all possible details including bank statement to prove that we have been charged twice.
While swiping our card twice the front office lady Sushmita Jena promised that any excess payment will be reconciled in a days matter.

The reception lady was quite rough in her demeanour, almost as if I needed to apologise for trying to checkin… no help with the luggage till I requested if it was not part of the service… good rooms but had to request for toileteries which took a while to arrive… breakfast limited fare, slow table service, needed to be reminded thrice for the dosa… food so so… check out quick and efficient… surely can improve, esp up-ing the warmth in service (with a smile).

Pleasant hotel with modern decor n amenities. Staff were polite n accommodating and well conversant in English. Checking in/out poses no issues. Rooms were suitably sized, clean n well maintained. FnB outlets were outstanding especially breakfast which was international plus local fare. Spoilt for choice as the buffet variety was wide. The outdoor pool area was perfect for outdoor dining n relaxing by pool with a drink. Lounge/bar outlet was also comfortable n well stocked with many alcoholic beverages. Our stay was a comfortable one and the hotel was good. Also suitable as a business hotel for small conventions or retreats.

Dinner buffet is average. Items are available but not extremely special. Decent spread. Taste also average. Taste should be improved especially taking the cost into consideration. Ambience is good. Service is also good.

Tijouri — It was famous for good food. But after atria became Radisson Blu it's not good. Limited menu for vegetarian. The food is overpriced and nothing exceptional about food. It's very basic food. Ambience is good. Staff are very courteous.

Fancy and Comfy place to stay. The staffs are courteous and friendly. I stayed here on new year Eve and the buffet dinner at the Atria was worth. We got a 50% discount on dinner as we were staying at the hotel. There was plenty of option and all food were of high quality. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a hotel which is modern and comfortable.

One of Bangalore landmark recently taken over by Radisson Blu and hence Radisson Blu Atria. Love to visit this place always and make sure my parents when ever they in town make a visit here. Personal story, on a trip we missed a to carry back a article, called up hotel and they kept it safe when we returned back to city after six months or so. Lovely staff and restaurant do not disappoint you at all. Right in the heart of the city so perfect spot to stay and visit all hotspots near by. This is a four star hotel and not five.

One of the best properties in Bangalore but still the Chennai Radisson is far better in terms of service as well as food. Here the one touch service works a tad too slow. In terms of sevice Itc Windsor is the best by far in Bangalore.

It is a good call place. The ambience is very cozy and comforting. You can also say that it is a romantic place. The food is very tasty also for this Christmas they have come up with a 14 ft chocolate tree with more than 2000 chocolate petal. They have melted close to 100 kg chocolate and at the entrance you can smell the chocolate it's that rich. Good place and one will experience a good stay over there. If you have any elite guest then this place is a perfect option for stay.

Went to celebrate a birthday in the family. Good was awesome. Great taste, though the quantity was slightly less. Seating besides the pool is calming with soothing lights. Only downside was that staff didn't seem trained. They were messing up the order badly. But were sweet enough to get a cake for us without ordering.

Formerly known as Atria, this is old hotel centrally located near Majestic area. Location of hotel is excellent. Room size is not very big. Food is okiesh. Not great. Still you would love to hang around. Property is exceptionally maintained.

Rooms look nice but had a smoking smell to it making it uncomfortable at times. Food was not that great, breakfasts are good but lunch and dinner you get the same taste over and over. Overall all for desserts I would say average, out of 3 desserts only 1 would taste good. The whole hotel feels kinda shady, and dark as you can see the hallway. At Last I would say it's not worth the price. You can find better hotels for cheaper price.

One of the finest place in Bangalore to spend your time. All small things are also taken care of. The food is delicious too. Ambiance is wonderful and makes you forget that you are in mid of such a busy city. Also check the pool :)

Well, Radisson has put a new life to the aging Atria hotel. The feel is very contemporary. Nice food accompanied by great service.

Great place @ main location in city (behind vidhana soudha), earlier called just "Atria " … Good staff, nice place… Expensive.

Service staff are incredibly helpful, and friendly. However, the interior decor of the rooms are complimented with scuff marks, chips, etc. As noted in the reviews below, the ambiance is very dark and rooms maintain a stuffiness which greets you each morning. Taxi service to other parts of the city (or airport) are overpriced. Morning buffet was 3/5. There are other options that I would highly recommend.

Today, we returned to our second home. My family and I have been coming to The Atria Hotel since 1995. We used to have dinner every week at the Tijouri restaurant without fail, straight from 1995 to 2015. My father's and uncle's marriage took place here (That was the first time we came here). We were privileged customers of this hotel, and so we had a privilege card (20% discount) since the first day we came here. I started coming here from my birth. I have stayed at this hotel more than I have at school. The food was excellent, and we LOVED it. After the Radisson group took over the Hotel in 2015, it shut down for renovation for around 2 years. Oh, you can't imagine how much we missed this place. We tried many, many restaurants and hotels, but none of them came close. Today, after a wait of almost 2 years, we returned. It has changed completely, and is so beautiful. The hotel looks so magnificent, royal and world-class, that we were awed. We had a lunch buffet at the "One Atria Cafe. " Even though the hotel looks have changed, the food remained the same. It was the same mouth-watering taste that we loved most. The buffet was really lavish. I felt so happy after coming back. After seeing this new avatar, I think that our patience has paid off. The Radisson Group has perfected our old Atria Hotel. We have so many memories attached to this place. We have brought almost every relative of ours here. Even the old owner (now deceased) knew my father and grandfather very well.

One of the best hotels in Bangalore. Swimming pool, many options in non veg. But felt less options for vegetarians.

The lunch buffet spread was good. Taste 3/5 Room 3/5 Had issues with AC. Room felt stuffy in the morning. Service 4/5. Bar 3/5. They did mess the Bloody Mary I asked for. Vodka n tomato juice that's it. Though the bar tender apologised and fixed a Guava Mary. Interesting though. Overall 3/5. Nothing great.

Had wonderful experience at the time of my pickup at the Bengaluru Airport. The airport executive & the car valet were excellent while handling my luggage & updating me about hotel service.

More Atria (old indian hotel) than Radisson (hotel rooted in Scandinavia). Had lunch buffet here, with very few non asian options. The food was good, just not at all what we had expected from an international hotel chain.

Mr Hari and Ms lavanya did every best to make my stay comfortable. Though the pool and spa was not functioning the warmth made up for every thing Will definitely come again.

One of the best place in Bangalore to dine. A totally renovated Radisson Blue Atria is a magnificient place to be when in Bangalore. Friendly staff, nice cuisine and personal service is what separates this place from many.

Decent enough but too dark. Corridors and rooms were dark. Felt a bit claustrophobic not enough natural light. Food was good. Service was courteous. All in all good stay.

Amazing place with posh rooms and exceptional service. But the staff need to be more vigilant and should verify identities. Case in point: staff unlocked a locker in one of the rooms upon request without verifying identity of the gusts.

During our conference today night (18th April) at Hotel Atria (Downstair Hall) the service people try to cheat the customer by increasing the number of plate counts by 20%, It was an evening event with product launching by Japanese company with gathering of registered guest of 90people and internal company staff was 17 people with electrician, stage make up people all together 117 people. But when the bill came it was 138 people. when challenged the figure of actual plate count they gave all lame execuses especially by their Banquet manager Mr. Santosh Kumar. Their logic is if the same guest takes fresh plate after one course menu even then that will be counted as two plates. Which is totally ridiculous. When asked for their General Manager Mr. P. K. Nair, their reply is that he is not available. Even they were not ready to give his phone no. Also. When asked for their owner, they said they don't know. Which gives the feeling that they try to cheat the guests by following this malpractices. We won't recommend this hotel to anybody till date the G. M or owner settle the fake and enhanced bill of nearly Rs. Two lakhs only.
