First of all the venue was actually what we were looking for. The area is nearby a metro station with parking facility and is at a minimum distance from where I stay. The party hall was clean, well decorated and sufficient enough for my invited number of guests with AC, sound system and all other necessary equipments. The food was tremendous and most importantly the service and response of the organizers was fully satisfied. Would like to prefer this venue for any future programs as well.

Hotel location, food, room and restaurant service is very very nice and sweet. Food service was great in the restaurant. Nice ambience, wonderful staff.

The Hotel looks Good but maintenance very poor. The upper part of the European Closet is in a detached condition. The charges per day is more than 3000/-. But not worth it. The air conditioning was stinking. No electric kettle or tea/coffee/sugar pouches. One towel without hanky provided for 2persons. Unless u ask nothing will come from them. The food is also very costly compared to the quality and quantity. I advised them for improvement. GOD knows whether they will improve. All other setting in the room is OK.!

They have dishes made of millets. Polite staff. The restaurant is a tribute to the Indian freedom fighters.

Very high prices and extremely bad service we have to wait for approx 40 min. And also their food was not that good as their prices.

Worst don't go cost high no taste food. Even tea worst it's not worth for 5rs also. For one cup tea 25rs. Better avoid this hotel.

Hotel Vande Matharam is ideal for south Indian offerings and have amazing vadas. The hotel does have a vast menu card but the north Indian cuisine is not something which they are good at. There is no consistency in their menu and each time a dish tastes different. I would highly recommend to visit this restaurant just for the south Indian cuisine. The desert are good and fruit ice cream was delicious. Service is slow so usually one has to wait.

Hotel is well organized both rooms and food is very good. Specialist in millets food varities and it's probaganda among public.

Taste pathetic. The road side bandiwala is far far better… Will not visit this hotel ever.

The worst service and taste I ever experienced. Rates are four times higher than the quality of food they provide. No time sense. They are just taking advantage of location since there is no hotel available nearby. Ppl going for shopping @ Orion and Big bazaar and also ppl visiting ISKCON don't have any other option for food.

Good food and ambience. Veg dood only, prices are affordable. Place is quite small, very limited tables.

Best place for food, very good serving system and very tasty food. Stewards are very polite and decent compared to other hotels.

Lot of time to take order and to serve. We had to wait for 30-45 mins for starters as well. With respect to food it was tasty and staff was having patience.

Waste of money and time… We have to wait out and also when we order. They take mare than 45 minutes. And the price is so high but the food is bad for the money… don't ever visit.

Don't ever plan to visit this place. Very poor service and Food quality is not good at all. Food served won't be fresh too. Not at all worth paying so much for it. This is the only hotel you find near Iscon temple towards Mahalaxmi metro station but anyhow I would suggest to find some other restaurant to have your foodrather than spoiling g it by visiting here. This place seems nice as it is attracting a trendy crowd but that's only because people don't have other option. Don't be fooled by the appearance! If it was helpful, give a thumbs up!

Very costly and food quality is also not so good.

Over hyped restaurant. Waiters don’t speak and don’t understand local language (may be owner agenda of cheap labour from NE). All greavy item is same taste. Seating capacity is too less. Lots in menu, but nothing available when ordered. Good location with parking place for two wheelers.

They served me the left over chetney. Bad taste of all food items. Did not like dosa, vada and idly.

Worst experience… food is very very very bad… service also. I don't like to give even 1star… name only superb.

Fast food point. North Indian & South Indian food available. Plus all type of Dosa, Ice cream, juices available. Self service in ground floor and service hall in first floor available. Food of medium quality available here. Finally complete with coffee or tea.

Comfortable ambience, nice service and good food.

This place is just next ISKON which is a crowded place. Food and service is good but the place is bit small for dining. Parking is an issue hence better to plan your journey. It is accessible from Metro.

I visited their new restaurant. Food is very good however priced a little high else it will be 5 stars. Ambiance is very good. There is another "Stand and eat" option outside this restaurant which should be cheap (I dint try it).

Was a restaurant with a versatile menu and good food. But recently it's turned over the GREENEST of leaves by becoming pure vegetarian.

Very bad hospitality n no value for money service n food quality n quantity. They're damaging the name "Vande Maataram".

It's a very nice restaurant just outside Iskon Temple. Great ambiance and good food.

Exorbitant prices and pathetic north-Indian food. Some road side Dhabas make better food than them. All North-indian sabji's are priced above Rs. 250/ — and actual quality is comparable to sabji's priced in the range of Rs. 50-80/-. Go hungry but avoid this place.

Worst quality of food. Expensive and a nightmare experience. Road side food stalls are far better. If you pay 30-40 bucks too cab eat nice yummy food. We pay 1500/ — and was served with worst ever quality of food. Had to walk out unfinished. Worthless experience in Bangalore for the first time.

It was a nice place. Food is tasty, good place for vegetarian seekers. However the rotis that we have ordered were as hard as papads right after he served and we cold. Apart from that one thing, rest everything was cool ✌

Overpriced, overrated, and not at all living up to expectation. Firstly, service was lousy, and waiters didn't care at all about the our dining experience. It's not like I was expecting a lot, but I walked into the restaurant and the nice ambiance made it think it would be comparable to some of the best veg restaurants in B'lore such as The London Curry House, Higher Taste, and Sattvam. Food was much to overpriced, and was way too spicy. I'm sorry to say but the best item was probably the water, and that was 70 rupees for a bottle that I could buy for 15 rupees elsewhere. More than 1, 000 rupees wasted. I would not ever come again, not even for the bathroom. Too bad I can't give no stars!

Very decent hotel, and good food.

Names have changed regularly. Good quality is maintained same.

Very quaint place … well thought place.

Worst service for the money spent. Went on a weekend just to know that thali meals are not served on the weekend. Took 15min to get a table and 30min to get food. Finally there was no one to even serve as they were busy with other tables. Quantity of each dish is too less for the prices (150 min). On top of that an extra 10% for service charges without proper serving.

This is one of the Best Hotels in Bangalore. The place is pretty good. I liked the food. I cannot miss Sweet corn vegetable soup when we make out plan for dinner there. Rates are reasonable and pretty worthy having food there.

Pathetic service at high price. We waited for more than 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes to serve. Another 10 mins for the bill. The service section is best avoided.

Just beside Iskcon. Loved Palak ka Shorba Soup. You wont repent after taking this. Dal khichadi was unbelievable like north india and home made style. But its a quantity for 2!. You can see the photo I have uploaded. Charming staffs and good ambience.

Service is quite okay. Food too. But the prices are too damn high for where the place is located in and for the ambience. Plus, the quantity is less. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give ambience 1. Plus, the furnitures are either wobbly or broken. Slow service unless yelled at. All in all, if you live close by it and are ready to pay more rather than going to some place far off. This is the place.
