Nice hotels nice rooms very nice.

The worst experience at a five star hotel! In room dining takes 1 hr for a soup — called to check what’s going on. And I get “due to human error, your order was not recorded”, asked what they can give me asap since it was 11:15 pm. They recommended a sandwich. Which took 1.5 hrs! (After a follow up) Next, on Dec 31st I’m told at 10pm that there’s no in room dining, no outside apps will be able to deliver and that I have to go to a party in the hotel to get food! No earlier notification of this. Except — note in room, after I have left the room for the day at 11 am! Definitely expected so much more!

It's worth a visit just for the ambience. We went for Sunday brekkie at Feast and thoroughly enjoyed the morning buffet and vibes. Desserts were delicious! However, the sushi was not up to the mark. Overall, a nice relaxed atmosphere for spending quality time with your family.

Classic Luxury in itself where services are just not an experience, it is a moment, an emotion, immense affection and a synonym to best in class. We don’t call it a just a Hotel, we call it as SHERATON GRAND, truly GRAND.

First one said dinner is 1999 per day, then another said liquor inclusive in the package. When the bill came it was 3500 per day. When asked, very casually said sorry the other person doesn't know about this and I had to pay 7800. Which is pathetic. Really won't come here again.

One of the best 5 star hotels in the city of Bangalore. Location in the buzzing North Bangalore. Next to Orion mall, arguably the best mall in Bangalore. What impresses you the most is the space, space and more space. Large lobby, wide hallways. Huge restaurants. Spacious rooms. Not to forget the metro station right next to it!

Business hotel Good place to attend and host conferences. Rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast buffet was good and as per expectations. They could improve upon housekeeping and pricing. PS: Please plan your commute with time buffers as it is about 90 minutes drive from airport and could take upto 2hours on busy day.

Awesome Hotel and great Place.

It is amazing! The room was spacious and had 2 large beds. The food is super expensive but it is a 5 star hotel! The taste is excellent. Most star hotels numb the flavours of the dishes to suit international visitors but here that was not the case. The breakfast spread was awesome and huge! Courteous staff, in a complex with a mall, hospital and nearby a lot of temples.

Business Conference @ Sheraton! Our company had organized annual day/business conference @ Sheraton Grand. The arrangements were very neat. They had a registration desk. Post which we had High Tea (all the items were very good). Then we proceeded for the conference in their Conference Room which could accommodate our crowd of 350 people easily. The acoustics of the room was very nice. (Well Lit & also good sound effects) Dinner: The buffet dinner was widespread with lot of Desserts. Food was good. Overall very good experience.

One of the most scenic hotels in bangalore. It is located in the brigade gateway complex. We had a corporate event here and the arrangements made were fabulous. The staff and service was courteous and prompt. The ballroom could easily accommodate 400 people. You can feel the royalty when you are here.

Good location, value for money. Ideal to stay with kids. We can walk down to the mall in less than 100 steps. The hotel does not allow you to park the car by yourself. Valet parking is mandatory on the hotel property. Plenty of eating options in the mall next to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with good spread. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Love the terrace in this property. That has Bene and Persian Terrace. Italian is good, but Persian depends on taste and preference. They have a all day restaurant Feast on ground floor that has buffets. Nice spacious setup, good buffet. There’s a huge list of North Indian, South Indian, European, Asian dishes as well as counters for Live ice cream, pizzas and more. The pricing is on the higher side, but a nice hotel. Good service.

Had been here for food only. Now it purely depend on person to person choice. Since my objective was purely food, I would say it was just okay okay. In buffet didn't had enough starters. Food was okay, majorly continental flat taste targeting foreign customer. When it comes to dessert it was really good. Ambience 5/5 Service 4/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Food — 3.5/5

Had been to Feast for the Breakfast buffet. The spread was very good and had lot of variety with a live Chinese counter. Very friendly staff. Ambience is amazing. Salad to order. Juices made fresh on demand. Worth the money.

Top notch hotel. Food and service quality is good but on the costlier side. You pay for what you get. Had been to the hotel for a conference and the ball room was just right for the big crowd. Right anesthetics and acoustics to go with on time food and snacks. One thing that impressed was the strict security measures in the hotel.

I will describe only the negative points. As the rest are as expected from a five star hotel. There is a bad odor coming in the shower. The same in the cafeteria of fourth floor. Room decoration is very dark for my style. Finally, a colleague of me traveling together got bitten by a bed bug. You can do better, Sheraton.

Was an absolute joy staying here. Stayed for 3 days. Very ideally located. The staff are nice and the rooms are perfect. Great view. Will definitely visit again! I highly recommend having the dinner buffet over room service.

Huge property with lot of option for stay and food. Feast is a wonderful restaurant with many varieties of food to taste. Good hospitality very neat and hygienic. Beautiful ambience don't miss the sky Walker it's got some good collection of paintings. Visit the famous iscon at stone throw distance and the grand Orion mall in the neighborhood.

The buffet is priced at around 2000 per head and they serve the starters at the table… And they had only 4 starters which included a chicken starter with bones! They have a love station which is okay. Not great, an Indian section, a Chinese section, a pizza station, one local cuisine section and desserts. The food is just okay and not tasty. You can actually have far better tasting, with greater variety buffet for far less.

Hotel in the City district, good restaurant and plenty of choice also at breakfast. The rooms are standard Sheraton, be careful not to choose those side of the road (in the morning otherwise you will wake up with the honking! )

Ok a foodies place. A huge spread of multi cuisines with the Chinese bring all time favourite of the crowd. I don't eat meat hence no clue. But their dessert needs manor revamping. Better quality and variety. Too staid. The stone ice cream counter yummy.

Lovely place. Excellent staff. The location is ideal for business and leisure travellers. Food options are plenty in the area. The Feast serves good breakfast and buffet lunch. Overall a good deal.

I went for a conference held at Sheraton. One main advantage is the proximity to metro. So reaching the venue was easy. The buffet served was also good. The conference room was very spacious and could easily hold 100+ people. Only one issue faced was with Wi-Fi, which was resolved by evening.

The hotel is right across a mall with a food court. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating. They helped us book our rides and even called the driver for us. The housekeeping was very good. Very accommodating. The room is always neat. Food choices at the restaurant is excellent. With touches of Indian cuisine.

Went here for a Launch event, and the feel was pretty good. The halls are pretty big, and the lights looks amazing. Food quality was amazing, and freshly made. Not sure on the price though. I recommend this place.

Waited for 20 minutes for service at the Lobby Lounge. There was no one to take our order. While we were waiting, a friend started playing the piano that was there and immediately a member of their staff ran over to say that we weren't allowed to play the piano. They appear to have ample staff to tell you what not to do but don't have anyone to take an order from customers.

The best hotel I have ever visited till now. That fountain in the ground floor is awesome. The ballroom in the hotel is too good, as is the entry door to the hotel. One best thing is that it is right next to the metro station. One can hop onto the metro and head to any of the 4 corners of Bengaluru from here.

Everything about this place is marvellous and well crafted. Right from their rooms to the cafes and restaurants at the property to the Banquets. The property is impeccably well maintained and completely mod in class. Feast — The biggest of the restaurants at the property is one of my all time fave buffet place across the country. The spread and the diversity of it holds up to excellence. The Persian Terrace is equally good for a late evening affair as well. The property​ is right next to one of the popular malls of the city and the location is absolutely amidst the heart of the town. On the whole, one of my all time favourites!

I have stayed in this hotel. It very client friendly, ambience in the lobby is truly if five star or more, club rooms where I have stayed are big and classy. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Hotel cars are available 24 hours. In the club lounge the staff are exceptionally good. One particular staff member Sophia is very good mannered and highly professional. Overall a totally good experience. If one has the budget then this hotel is the one to stay especially in club rooms.

I had my wedding reception here The Food is absolutely divine! The Grand Ballroom is spacious! They have a great management team! Everything was well co-ordinated with no glitches.

Stayed for a few nights, excellent staff and phenomenal service. Unfortunately I was sick for two days and the hotel staff went to the pharmacy to receive medication for me. This goes to show how much the hotel/staff care about their guests and how far they're willing to go in order to help! The restaurants within the hotel are absolutely amazing. The hotel was also very clean.

Great hotel. Service is excellent and the rooms are clean and spacious. The Gym and facilities are kept at the highest level of repair and are a joy to use. Breakfast combines indian and western food — all made to highest standards.

One of the worst experience one can get from a so called 5 Star Hotel — "Sheraton". I happen to order a lunch box and what I get is a "LIVE WORM" in the salad box. Neither the Hotel Management nor the Hotel Manager is ready to accept that this is a bad experience given to a customer and they are very clever by manipulating the situation by talking about the process of Packing the food. @ Customers — I request not to eat a "LIVE WORM" unless you really love eating it. The lunch buffet on ground is just an absolute treat, you come here with family or friends at around 11.30AM (They are between 11 and 3.30PM, but make sure a reservation) stay for a couple hours, eat, drink and have a wonderful time. That's not it, there is the super posh Orion Mall next to it! Just world class place and one of my personal favourite top 10 places in Bengaluru.

One of the best 5 star hotels I have been to, is the Sheraton hotel at Brigade Gateway in Malleshwaram, Rajaji nagar. The food, the ambience and the service are of an impeccable standard. One of my favorite places so far. Have attended many conferences here. The buffet is very good.

We had been here for breakfast… Food is not tasty. Ambience is ok.

The brunch (Feast restaurant on the ground floor) had good variety — the rice items were not so great (Biriyani etc) but the starters and the live counters for shawarma were quite good. There are fixed packages for meals with unlimited soft and aerated beverages as well as alcoholic ones. Place is kid-friendly as well.

Persian restaurant staff are not trained The Food was bad quality. I had 20 people and had to apologize TO ALL OF THEM. The lift to restaurant smelled like a toilet Room service — asked for toaster which started smoking. Staff and the senior management think they are god’s gift to the earth. There are better hotels in Bangalore who are more human. Nice hotel pity they have not got the staff Ordered breakfast for two got only one for two days. I stay in hotels 200 days in year — There always issuses. This is worst managed hotel I have stayed.

Service is really bad. The staff thinks — talking politely means good service. I stayed for 2 weeks and expected good service. Found that the room was not clean multiple times. When I called to ask, the staff 'politely' said they would send someone. And, then the same thing would happen again the next day… why not just do it right? One day, they cleaned my room but forgot to put towels and I had to call them to place towels in the room. One day at the breakfast buffet, I asked for a masala dosa (which was available) at the counter, which was empty and no one else had to be served. The person said that he will bring it to my table, so I went back. After 15-20min, it had still not come. When enquired, the person said that he will get it within 5 min. Did he forget my order the first time? Why? The spa staff was really unhelpful and did not try to help anywhere… Of course, they talked politely, but what use is that if they do not do the work they are expected to do.

Been there for BlackBerry 10 Developer event. The place is awesome and the food too. Good customer service.

I stayed for 2 weeks at Sheraton Bangalore. The breakfast was really good. I would usually not have an appetite for lunch after the breakfast. The staff was very polite and friendly. They take the guest service to a whole new level. Rajani Chhetri from the greeting staff was particularly nice. For dinner I experienced dinner buffet at Feast, Persian terrace and the Italian restaurant. All three were really great. In one of the dinner Priyanka Bhosle helped us select the food. She was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Some people from our group looked out for Priyanka while having dinner for help with selecting the food. The overall experience was 5 star and I look forward to staying there again.

Place is grand. The whole campus with the Orion Mall in it gives it an out of India feel. The Human element was missing a little. The location is great if one doesn't like entering Bangalore city. Just outside the hotel is the metro station and the ISKCON temple just at 5 minutes walking distance. There are no faucets in the bathrooms if that's an issue to consider.
