Room service is good. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is mostly south Indian food which is completely fine but since I am a north indian, you know the rest. You can find almost anything of your needs within walking distance from here.

2/5. The hotel and the rooms are set up in a posh manner. The rooms are spacious and the location is really good for professionals. All the items are new. On the ground floor and right next to a veg restaurant and More super market. There's construction going on top which makes drilling and banging sounds from 8am to 7pm. The AC was leaking and heard rats running on top of the ceiling. House keeping was not up to the mark. The quality of water is very bad as the hair fall had increased the day I got there. Not sure whether it was the water or the towel but I had severe dandruff even though I had no issues before. I had booked the rooms through fab hotels with a good discount. When I reached the place the manger was very rude and denied check in as the rates were not enough for them. He asked me to pay extra. Since I had confirmed my booking a month in advance, I had no fault and had to contact FabHotels for help. The issue was will only the manager and not with other staff members. In fact others were really nice to me. The breakfast offered is not that great. There's just basic item "veg" and bread and butter. Overall it's okay to sleep and go to office but not a good experience.

Though the name says it is a boutique hotel, I really don't find big difference from other hotels. The rooms are spacious and we have an extra sofa chair to work using our laptops, breakfast is complimentary, could improve. But good point is available from 730 am itself. Bed is super good and rest assured for a good night's sleep. Bathroom fittings are pretty decent ones, hot water is available through out the day. They may need to maintain further more, I saw huge deep cracks on the walls in my room, also found a cockroach (not seen elsewhere). Biggest drawback, I found was, none of the rooms has fans, we simply have to depend on AC, that is centralised as well. In the middle of the night you feel pretty cool, we have to getup and modify the AC settings with a wall mounted remote, which is pretty annoying while fast asleep. Otherwise, the staff are pleasant and helpful, but bit slow in responding to the requests. Food per se, lot of options available around. Another plus point is it is located on the main road, hence no fear of by-lanes and dingy arterial roads.

Fabulous hotel. Truly value for money. Polite, co-operative and fast service and staff. Ticked all the boxes for me. No food service, but considerable number of options nearby. Very nicely located on the main road.

Rooms are good. Staff needs training. Not suitable to stay there now as construction work is going on top of the hotel. So night and day unbearable noises.

No clean rooms. Good staff but, they don't really up to the mark. Management is not great.

I really loved staying at FabHotel… Staff members are really good and price is also not too high even middle class people can also effort and rooms very exactly same as shown in the images… Thank you.

Very good hotel to stay for business as well as personal purpose. Staffs are really helpful. What I liked about the hotel is they maintain total privacy and preference of the guest. During room cleaning they cleaned everything but never touched my personal stuffs! What I mean is they know what to touch and not. For breakfast they provide a coupon for the adjacent Udupi Park restaurant. Food is great. Nagarjuna restaurant is in the same building! the next buildings is having “more” and kfc also an ATM is there. I liked the location very much. Service, Location, food and money … these are Synced.

There were loads of disturbances. Some construction was going on there, Many times went and complained about the noise. They have failed to help me. They were confused about the check in and out time. About Money, they were trying to charge extra for 3 hours early check in. Customer care were contacted but there was no response from their side. It was really annoying. I have asked for a bottle of water, they were keep asking the money for 3 hours early check in instead of providing water… I told them that I will pay money and extend, but he dint agree and he was telling check out now, time up. There was no respect for females. I told them I will arrange somewhere and check out, but they did not agree… I had very bad experience with them. I would never suggest this place for anyone.
