FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Pathetic Behavior of the staff. The person at reception claims to be manager or what not. Doent have etiquette to talk to woman and elderly people. Was misbehaving with women and speaking in very derogatory language. We were having issue in making payment. However, instead of being helpful he was very mean and had audacity to say get out. When we said We'd call police only then he came in tune.

People in the reception are very rude.
Though they have rules and regulations, there should be someone who understands the other person emergency in the early morning check-in times.

OMG… fabulous and extraordinary hotel.
Starting from checkin it's given 24hrs front desk but it's not.
Paid extra 500 for early check-in but the rooms are very well with damp smell not properly maintained toilets.
And according to them a self made body wash (a brand less) and a handwash that is provided are the toiletries. There is no soap or shampoo or toothpaste is provided.
As given in the facilities there is no coffee maker or even coffee is not provided in the room on request.
They gave an extraordinary kettle with full of dirts an bugs. And the guest is supposed to wash and use it. Wowwww so sweet.
The medium of communication is give as English but it's only Hindi.
And breakfast is just 2 varities and for that we have to go to the another hotel that is some 100 mts from there.
The only good things are it's location and bed (soft and comfortable)

Hotel is clean and newly constructed. Rooms are not much big for family, if you coming alone then room size is fine but don't expect bigger room. For breakfast we need to go other hotel which is very near but it's fine no issue. Hot water come 24 hours with Smart TV in each room.
Wifi is pretty fast and free of charge, Ac is good and chill in few minutes.
Location is good and near to every attraction.
They don't have In-house restaurant but Udupi restaurant is just beside this hotel so no need to worry about lunch and dinner.
