This is an excellent boutique hotel, just one minute drive from the highway close to Jakkur flying club tucked away in a quiet residential locality. Excellent internal decor mostly in black and white which makes it even more attractive. The rooms are very spacious. There is a restaurant thar serves tasty food. The staff are helpful and attentive. Pricing is on the higher side but for such standards you will not regret paying more.

Very Good hotel, clean, Neatly maintained. Good looking. Inner decorated walls are excellent. Service also very good, They will serve very tasty food. Staff behavior is very much impressed me. But not much parking spacee. Difficult to identify the hotel for the first time.

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed out stay thoroughly. The rooms are spacious and clean, service is good and the staff are polite and helpful. The food is very good and tasty and the spread of the breakfast buffet is good.

1. Entered the room and found everything tidy enough. 2. Staff is friendly. 3. Food is quite fine. But the breakfast is much better. 4. Finding supermarkets at walkable distance is difficult. 5. Ordering food apps provide good range of restaurants for delivery Overall had a pleasant stay.

This is an amazing hotel for short and long stay. Other than the manager the other staff is very polite and friendly. The chef is from Punjab and makes the best food and is very friendly. Even if you are not staying here but craving good north indian food you should eat here. The rooms have amazing interiors very neatly designed, makes the stay really wonderful.

Beautiful hotel. Huge boutique rooms with work desk, L shaped sofas, bar stools, and mini kitchenette. Some rooms have central ac as well as split ac. Service is a bit rusty but that's only because they are still new. Staff is polite. I loved the common areas on each floor. Good place to stay on blr outskirts, travel to city takes time.

A very beautiful hotel just painted in white and black colour. With illustrations all over the wall it's really impressive. There breakfast spread is very good and tasty. Really loved it. Also the staff is very friendly to customize food accordingly to our choice.

Ambience is not that good, situated in a bay area where you won't find anything. Good for stay only day or two.

Located close to Airport around 100mts from the main highway. The hotel has tried to maintain a Black and white theme, which was hit in some places and misses in few. Can't expect a big spread of menu for the complimentary breakfast at this budget, but whatever provided tasted good. Attention to details by housekeeping team seems lacking.

It's a good place to escape from craziness of city noise pollution. Calm and serene location. Went for a dinner buffet unlimited (500+tax) which is okay but most of the restaurants in Sahakarnagar provide no better food (spicy, oily and greasy). Go for it to satisfy your elephant hunger and to find peace of mind in its calm location.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed, please do not stay in this hotel, the service is rude, the quality and the food are equally garbage. The towels are torn, there’s no spoon at the coffee bar, literally the worst. One star is a lot for this hotel.

Very beautiful very neat and clean and the wall paintings are the one which I liked the most and also the interior of the room… Gud job nice staff members very friendly.

Its quite good. The entire hotel has only two colours, "Black and White". Food is really good and rooms are decent.

Fantastic decor and interiors, nice room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows as of posting. The restaurant is about adequate. Hopefully the quality remains the same over the next visits.

Well maintained hotel rooms. Cozy beds, working table, guest room, well kept bathroom. You get all the toiletries required for daily use. Need not carry anything. Ideal for people on business trips, holding discussions, interviews and for family holidays.

Liwa hotel is situated close to the airport. Rooms are clean, luxurious and well managed. Service from hotel staff is top class. Everything is top class. Very good value for money. Food provided is absolutely delicious.

Worst staff. They dont tell u any thing. They will extend your stay as they like and tell us to leave the room within 15 min even if we have left another half a day of stay because they got booked prior to your booking.

No donot disturb Door Tag, Poor laundry service, far way from Bangalore city. No peak up or drop facility by hotel, Food quality is very good.

I stayed here on July 22 and 23rd, 2017 after arriving from USA. This place was exactly like what I read before booking. Ambiance is great, very quiet with sound proof windows, very clean and spacious. Rooms are with a/c. Nice restaurant (no bar). Good service. It has a small gym too! Small refrigerator is very useful. Didn't find any insects and mosquitos. Morning news paper was a good starter. Over all you get more for your money.

Wonderful place to stay, quite place, nice staff, well maintained rooms. It is located in outskirts, so may face problems if want to buy anything.

Quite, cosy, value for money hotel. Nice staff. Well maintained and clean. Good food. On airport road so no traffic hussle. Just 30 mins to airport. Straight road. Away from main city.

Don't ever go Waste of time and money No coordination between teams/ dept which complicates things when you face issues. Rooms are not sound proof so you hear footsteps and loud noises at night and early mornings which is very disturbing, plus they start vacuuming early morning. Very irritating.

Its a nice hotel a great surrounding located in a good locality calm and peaceful place, the service is best. Especially want to say about the interior designing about the hotel its full black and white its a different feeling, the food is also great here.
