Wonderful and the hospitality was beyond imagination.

Excellent hotel with very comfortable rooms and services. Provided all the amenities like 40" led TV with all channels, centralized ac, lux. Bathroom, mini fridge etc at an average cost ie around 2000/night.

Disgusted with the room service. Ask me, what is right in this hotel? Answer would be one word. "Nothing". Though rooms look good apparently, but it's not at all good. One 500ml water bottle was provided. There was no towel for shower, asked for the same later. No soap n shampoo too. TV was not working. For each and every case you need to call reception, and the room service is time consuming.

The hotel is neat and cozy. The rooms are well lit with all basic amenities neatly set. The washrooms are big and clean with all the required items like soap, conditioner, dryer and neat pot facility. I enjoyed the food too. Especially the South Indian Thali. It is close to all major city highlights. Especially, the temple of Goddess Durga.

Please don't stay, very bad condition, cockroaches in the room, don't waste money.

Worst place to stay. With humble request I would say please don’t waste your money by spending here. *food sucks (pure veg) plus the spoon on the table are of plastic. *when u want non veg they will arreng but will not serve you in a plate. Room locks sucks I had to wait half an hours to get into my own room. *basic thing like sugar is not available. I don’t what more worst I can expect.

Hotel is good. But not up to the standards. No warm water. They provide you separately in a bucket.

Good hotel… with good amenities… good Pricing structure… nice and homely Food… Happy environment and easy access to all areas of vijayawada… located middle of city is largest advantage… Good management…

Good hotel but could have been improvements in service and neatness. I stayed for 3days but it didn't seems to be satisfied with services and food.

I have reached the location at 2:30 pm for lunch just to find that there are no items. The hotel management didn't have the courtesy to mention that they don't have all the items ready. We got to know once me and my family start eating lunch. Also even after multiple requests to switch on the AC, they didn't do it. They even don't have cool water by which they are forcing the customer to buy a water bottle from them. This hotel has changed a lot and not in a good way.

Best hotel with best facilities. Very good interior. Own restaurant for which you need not to go outside.

Rooms Are Very Congested We Booked 3 Adults But No Space For Extra Bed What They Thinking How Third Person Slip, Putting ofter All Chairs Through out, Reception Persons Not Responsible.

4 star rating for a banquet hall I attended. Decent hall with attached food catering. Food tasted good.

At the outset, the ambience of the hotel looks good. But unfortunately, it couldn't mask the disaster that is their food. It is made with so much oil that you feel you are just drinking oil in every bite. I would definitely not recommend this for food.

I stayed hear on my business trip for couple of days. Staff are courteous. Rooms are also well maintained. Special mention to Khan (manager) who is always around to follow up on any requests. Overall, service is excellent.

This is Ok kind of place. Staff is slow. Rooms are not maintained well. The room I stayed in has broken locks. Good thing is they provide free pick and drop from Airport or station bus stand etc. But you may get cheaper rates if you book through other websites. I stayed here for second time. As location is ok and its a budget hotel at right location. If you are not finding better option you may try it once. Happy Staying.

The place has excellent service and delicious food (stuck to South Indian dishes — the others are not great) at reasonable prices and food quantities with attentive staff. The strongest quality is the cheerful and attentive staff. The rooms are reasonably clean but I had to get the bed linen changed because it seemed unwashed. Bathrooms are rather basic with poor maintenance — shower taps and flush require fixing. Otherwise, good value for money.

Lack of parking! Food served in restaurant housed in a different building (they have two separate buildings across the road, one of them has restaurant). Restaurant staff and food was good. But hotel staff and security guard do not make it pleasing experience specially when you consider the pricing. Breakfast buffet was very good which is a plus point.

This is a nice hotel very near to Beasant road. It is on a quiet street which is good. There is ample. Parking space available here. Also they have a restaurant which is good enough. I had their Sambar rice and found it to my liking.

Decent place, nice rooms. We enjoyed our stay there especially the complimentary buffet breakfast which had very less items in small bowls which were only replenished occasionally or when requested. One suggestion is that if you want to taste all the items in the breakfast you should get up early and get to the restaurant by 7:30-8:00 am or else you can miss some of the items. In our case we were there for breakfast at 8:45am, so some of the items like juice, cornflakes, dosas were finished.

Very bad… They don't have proper chef to make a decent veg noodles.

Hotel is located just 2 KM's away from Vijayawada Railway station. Location is good. The rooms have all the required facilities. Like mini fridge, kettle, snacks, etc. Food at restaurant is delicious. It can be preferred by all. Especially couples. Overall good stay…

Great receiving. Nice food good quality. Best service. Very hygienic. We are really happy for their service. Rooms also too good. Giving the best marriage packages which are available for the middle class people. I feel it's the best hotel in vijayawada.

For example washroom need to have better water drainage. No shelf or arrangement to keep toiletries. Overall room is neat, clean and have all necessary amenities. I hope with customer feedback, hotel will improve minor challenges being observed. Staff is also quite humble. Breakfast is another issue. You get only veg. And just average.

Worst experience… Not suitable for families… Hospitality is worst for its brand… Staff spoiling the hard built brand… Degraded interiors… Lot of insects and cockroaches inside rooms… Uneducated Labour is maintaining housekeeping… WORST EVER EXPERIENCE.

It's placed near taluka office, rooms are good and service is ok. Finally price is reasonable.

Functional compact rooms with all essentials for a short stay, ideal location for train and bus travellers. Got a pure vegetarian restaurant, for carnivores in room dinning is an option.

Brand new hotel with nice comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Quite value for money. Their veg restaurant is also very good … Catering to north Indian vegetarian dishes as well.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Free fast Wi-Fi. Only veg restaurant. Reasonable price. Reception staff is little slow in processing. Building is under maintenance. Overall a good stay for short period.

The room is OK probably because the hotel is relatively new. The response time from the staff is slow: 30 mins each for check-in and checkout; 15 min for a stuck bathroom door (after a personal visit to the Reception — no response to a phone call). Apparently, this is a known issue and we were suggested not to lock the bathroom door. Maintenance and customer service seem to have taken a back seat in their preferences. Whenever I was at the reception, at least one customer had a complaint and at least 2-3 customers were waiting at the reception to be checked in/out. Some of them mentioned they had been waiting for 40 mins! Breakfast included in the room is OK, but again, slow response to any item that needs to be prepared.

There is no four wheeler parking, crowded street, it's normally maintained. Previously had adyar Anand Bhavan but was removed.

Location: Gandhi Nagar. Relatively near to Railway station. Rooms: Pretty decent rooms for the price. Vegetarian Hotel. South Indian Breakfast.

As on 27/7/17 Offers a wide variety of dishes ranging from North Indian to South Indian dishes. North Indian dish aren't upto the mark. Buffet system didn't start on time as it had to. Serving time for a North Indian dish took almost 30+ mins, and the dish too wasn't that good for its rate. Hotel infra is no doubt very good and has been maintained quite well. It is near to railway station. Takes hardly 5 mins by auto.

. Food would be so delicious if it was cooked well. Perfect failure in communication bw chef and staff. Servers are too quick. Before serving ordered dishes emerging for the last order. Order must repeat to every server. Maybe that was a tradition dunno. That was too quick service. It took just one horrible hour with awesome taste (plz look at first line). Actually I'm forced to give one star as there is no lesser amount of stars ✨.

Rooms are fine and the linen clean. The rooms and bathrooms are small. The washbasin is really small. Staff are helpful and courteous.

I am regular to this hotel and the behaviour of hotel staff towards me was unacceptable. I had done a booking and I was offered a room which I didn't not like. When I asked them to change the room, they said that they cannot accommodate me in other room as they were not having rooms, so early morning I had to Rome around in the street and search other hotel.
One more person who checked in with me also had the same issue and he also asked for change of room. Luckily I met him and he said his room was changed. I am a regular visitor to this hotel and the response of hotel staff was disrespectful. I am sure of not​ coming to this hotel again.

I stayed in this hotel over weekend. They had scheduled water heater maintenance, due to which there was no running hot water on both days. They knew upfront about this and yet took my booking, did not inform me while checking in. Getting hot water in buckets is not for supposedly 3 star hotel. I would have been still ok if there was genuine emergency/break down due to which hot water was not available. This was planned activity and they intentionally chose to hide it. Same was the issue with Wi-Fi. No Wi-Fi on both the days. Positives : BreakFast was good, Rooms were ok, Some noise from road but not too bad. Service staff was very good.

Good to reside and the food quality is awesome but in weekdays, they serve old food. Even the hotel pricing is high.

I am in the adyar ananda bhavan.

Adyar Anandbhavan Much Better than Arya Bhavan slow services it will take 30mins to prepare a plain dosa.

Despite of their negligence and non maintenance of lift I myself along with my wife stayed locked inside for 15 minutes without light fan, it was horrible situation still I will give them full marks because they tried their best to save us.

Was better with Adyar Anand bhavan.

Decent location and reasonably priced for the services offered. Best part is their Free Pick and Drop service from the Airport, which is very convenient.

Ambience is good, food is nice but expensive, prefer thali to other items.
