Nice service and attitude of the staff, very welcoming and caring. Good food and that to at budget. Good management. Clean and cosy rooms. However the hotel is far from everything in puri, which could be an advantage or disadvantage, depending on your reasons of visit. I got the rooms at bargain via trivago — > goibibo, but the prices are higher (puri sea facing hotels come for a premium), when we compare the distance of this hotel from the Center. Auto charges are — 80 for swarg dwar, 150 for temple, 250 for railway station. Rooms are quite small although nice decor. Sea facing is the balcony so from inside the room you cannot see the sea. Wi-Fi did not work! last butt the most important factor why I have removed 1 star was that both airtel and jio, network was scantily showing 1 bar. Calls were getting dropped, no 4g/3g/gprs, hence virtually out of network. Manager, staff and property in itself are top class.

Rooms are good, staff behaviour is also good and polite, its the last hotel in the sea beach road so its the little far from light house otherwise hotel is good.

Not so great. Work for renovation was in progress. Was not that comfortable stay but the possitive point is this is the last building on the lane and away from the crowd so beach accessibility was great.

This hotel provide you best in hospitality, food, 24*7 room service. It is really a nice hotel to spend good holiday with your family.

Good room. Good location. Near to sea…

Beautifully located at the very tail end of the Marine drive, this hotel avoids the crowds and pollution of the heart of the city and yet retains the essence of Puri. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is dependable. A very nice experience.

First good thing about hotel is Location Location is peaceful. No crowd around hotel. Second is location in front of sea beach Room is also good according to prize.

Verry airy, open, just on the beach out of city rush. Ideal place for relax for few days avoiding busy city life. Rooms are not so big but nit n clean. You can watch deep blue sea from room also. Foods are ok. Testy and fresh. You can try good local dishes with variety of fish. Staffs are helpful. Very safe. I spent hous still mid night in nearby sea beach with my family. Police PCR van was patrolling.

Primarily the condition drinking water is poor. Room rent is very high according to the condition of the room as well as the position. Car facility connecting to Jeevan Sandha with the travel agency is ok but charge is very high with respect to outside. For example sight sceen visite by travel agency is Rs. 1800/ — whereas by Jeevan Sandha with same agency is Rs. 2600/-. I feel most of the amount is distributed by the manager. Billing system is not proper it is a false system to the visitors. All the system is computersized but billing system is manually and there is no sign is recorded by the visitors. Thanks.

Nice experience… Hotel are really good… clean… only thing is far away from swargadar and temple (probably last hotel on marine drive road) … which will lead your transportation cost in high side… but if you like to stay away from busy life it's nice… Food quality is not … but still all the staff, housekeeping, canteen boys are very helpful and nice on their duty…

Affordable accommodation with exclusive view, beach and photographic locations around it. It was unexpectedly amazing experience. Staff is good and appraise-able. Looking forward to visit again sometime!

A relatively new property, clean with all modern amenities Front desk staff helpful. Rooms well decorated. My suggestion would be adding 2 chairs in the balcony. So far good.

Excellent location if you prefer tranquil and serene beach, away from the hustle and bustle of golden beach in swargadar. Rooms are ok but overpriced if booked online via travel portals. Food is the most horrible part, as quality and quantity is bad. Hence rating 3 instead of 4.

It was very good experience. The room services are good enough… The sea beach is just front of the hotel… There is a wonderful atmosphere around the hotel … There's a chill in the eve wind, great for eve ning walk… Just you have to go much away to visit a market… But auto or toto is there, no much but little spend. All over too good.

Average hotel to stay. It is lack in following a. No proper running hot water. b. No proper restaurant for 70 odd rooms. c. Kitchen smell through out the building d. No Wi-Fi access e. Front desk staff lack in handling customer requirements & lack in proper english.

Its not a very good option because it's the last hotel on New Marine Drive road. It seems out of the world and the neighbourhood is very quite. It's ideal for honeymooners but not at all for family persons. The kids get bored to death. We had to pay Rs. 150 to auto rickshaws eveytime to go to Swargadwar beach. But the beach here is very clean and pristine.

Sea facing good hotel but, staff should be more cooperative… As a hoteliar should be more responsive… Otherwaise good.

Very ugly rooms. No hot water or Wi-Fi. Rooms do not have wardrobe or safes. TV is not working. Just avoid this hotel. Rooms are full of mosquitoes.

Location is excellent but away from the main center by 5 km. Communication will be a problem if you plan to go sight seeing from here, otherwise nice if you just want to enjoy the beach.

Service needs to be improved. Its never fair when the manager forces you to give a 5 star in front of him! You will find no shop nothing nearby. Have to travel a KM to find a shop. Apart from that, you have limitations for lunch and dinner. You have to order at once as they will cook just for you. If you think of ordering later, they will refuse.

This is one of the best hotel to stay at Puri. Peaceful, clean, well behave staffs, good food and above all Mr. Sangram Jee is the asset for the management. Beside Mr. Amol is also well behave and both takes care of the tourist. I am fortunate that these two people take care of me and therefore, my recent trip, fifth one become memorable. There are scope for improvements which I mentioned to them.

Very Good infrastructure with a good position of hotel and views but staffs are not well behaved problems with communication and very bad food with not a reasonable rate.

Nice to stay but far from swargadware. Peaceful environment. Staffs are very well behaved. Regular house keeping facilities available. Food is costly but quality is very good. All rooms are sea facing. A/c deluxe rooms need to be quite large comparable to other hotel rooms. Overall good experience.

Good location. Far from the madding crowd! We almost felt like we have our own private beach. WRT the hotel — Helpful and very polite staffs BUT the operations are ill managed. Dirty and dull looking bed covers — they never changed it in 4 days of our stay. Torn and worn out pillows! First meal (and was our last from that hotel) was about an hour late than commited. Food was tasty though. No towel was provided. After I asked, they gave a very shabby looking one. There were a hole in the headrest of the bes, where from electrical wires were popping out! We wanted to book the hotel Auto to go to Swargadwar and the driver quoted at least 25% more than the normal rate. Later that day we found that there are many autos available until as late as 10:30pm. So transport, was not a problem at all. The front desk staffs as well asvthe rest of the gang were very polite and helpful but none seemed to be well trained. All of them were pretty young and hardly have any experience. The two stars are for the young, polite and helpful staffs. Nothing for the management. This hotel has a good potential and I wish them a brighter future.

It's a midrange hotel. Located far from the town. As it is on the Marine drive road there's a great sea view. The hotel rooms are good neat clean all tym. But one have to book a cab to go there. This hotel is afordable and good for travellers.

Nice hotel in low rate good service.

A changed experience-it's my 2nd stay at jeevan sandhya & I including my family members experienced it best of the budget hotels in puri. Those who love seclusion & privacy must try this hotel. Staffs are very congenial & management is very friendly. Beach is just palm's reach. Clearly visible from rooms no. 201, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06-301, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06. Food cost is reasonable. Any kind of sea food is provided fresh at minimum cost (comparing to so called reputed hotels near swargadar). Guest can also try a stroll to MOHONA just a k. M. West to hotel.

Very small rooms (roughly 150²ft). Decently clean with amicable staff. Lot adjacent to the hotel is being used as a local dump which ruins the atmosphere.

Food was good. Good and polite staff. But only thing is non-ac rooms were in very poor condition, (leaking taps, poor TV sets) but above all a nice place to stay.

Woest hotel to stay. Charged Rs. 400 for a single meal. You have to spend another Rs. 80 in autorickshow to golden beach center point. Road to hotel is pathetic. Lots of mosquitos. Each and every night you have request hotel staff for repellent. Booked a room thru Stayzilla and hotel did not provide the room showed on picture.

Clean sheets, pillows. The service was really good. Good staff behaviour. Near to beach. Jagannath Temple is 2 km far. Each room has a balcony and a seating area. Private bathroom also comes with a shower. Definitely would recommend to stay here again.
