It's a large hotel with spacious rooms. Suitably arranged for business travellers. Staffs are very cordial. Value for your money. Sleep quality is good.

As per my visit as per my experience there at a hotel I had attended party with my colleagues are there and the decorations the place was quite well and talking about the food which was also on the mark cleanliness neatness was there and I truly gives 5 out of 5 that's amazing just try once and you will feel the place like heaven.

Property is good but no cleanliness dirty linen stinky pillows are there.

The Ark Hotel And Resorts is an awesome and we'll maintained place. Their service is very satisfying and staff is helpful. This place is great for weddings and meetings. Location of this place is on the outers of the city which is quite and away from traffic. This place has quite spacious parking place for guests.

Nice place to organise party's and events. Should surely try once.

The hotel is centrally located in rudrpur but services are pathetic. Reviews were ok but our stay and experience was very bad nothing was working in rooms, we changed our rooms too, waiters are not timely available, they are having pool too which you can enjoy and breakfast is also ok type. I personally feel that management can make this hotel much better what it deserve.

My favourite stay in rudrapur. Book your stay through OTA for cheap rates.

Worst place to stay. They will not let you sleep by calling, if you disconnect the connection the room will be knocked again and again at midnight. The staff has no manners and they have the best experience on how to disturb the guests who stay. Neither their presidential suite can be locked from inside. I cannot imagine how they will treat the guests staying in deluxe or other categories.

Ark hotel is very cool place. 24*7 facility available for there customers. The best thing about ark hotel is that the service is very best Hotel is too clean and the interior of hotel is awesome. And the colour of hotel is reliable and soft. One thing also to noticed the bed of hotel is too comfortable to sleep. The combination of sofas is too cool. Location of seeing outside from window is very beautiful. Cartans colour is very soft. All thing are in perfect shape. Parking facility is very well. And we noticed Ark hotel from highway very easily. At last I want to said that. Hotel is aweome. Thank You.

Ark is good hotel but rooms are cozy. Food is good enough. Better option to stay.

The place is decent would not call it very comfortable. Hotel does not have central Air Conditioning, seems to work only in rooms. Even the reception does not have the AC working. The service seems to be warm and friendly.

In the quiet city the hotel is spread in a good area. A lot of space in the rooms. Services are good, the gym the pool the sports section rhe bar and the food all were amazing.

Have been there many times, but just to attend the marriages organized here.

Bad room service, bad housekeeping, even front office is not Even responsive, food is good but worse part is you have to call them min. 3 times to ask anything in room even drinking water, we ask for water twice. 1st time they took 2hrs and we have to call them thrice and 2nd time they took 30 min. And we have to call twice. I will anyone Not recommended anyone to stay here.

Okayish… Far Away from market area. Housekeeping service is not so satisfactory.
