Clean, tidy and comfortable hotel. Staff behaviour is very humble and cooperative. Rooms are nice and bathroom fittings are also good.

Hotel contain most of the rooms double bed rooms, service is good, we have to order before for food items, south Indian food also available, but not delicious, Rice is very poor quality, and location of the hotel is nearer to Bus stop and Railway Station. Overall we can say about hotel just good.

Room is good but room service and cleaning and bedsheets are not good.

Worst hotel. Please don't visit. Save your money. Try some other hotel nearby. But please don't visit this hotel.

Good point is it has parking facility and security of your vehicles.

The hotel in itself is fine I suppose, however, the location feels a little unsafe for a foreigner. Do note that the hotels beds have stains from previous guests, and in some rooms there is moisture on the wall.

The rooms are decent, with both AC and NON AC rooms available, the hotel is an adequate place for tourists. It is near Shivmurti Chowk, the place for cultural food and market, which makes the hotel location better than the others. The only downside is that the TV doesn't work properly (no channels) and the room service is mediocre. There's no possible charging spot in the room, so getting an extension hub will be required. Otherwise, I would rank this hotel 5/5.

No parking, No wheel chairs can go, situated inside a coloney, has only 15 feet front, no restaurant, etc.

You will find many darmshalla in this road.

There was no power backup due to which we had to suffer for an hour and ya as there was no lift it was literally very hard to shift our luggage there. We were travelling the whole day under the scorching heat of sun and at the end when we returned we found there was no electricity.

Staff untrained. Haridwar is a good place but the people are arrogant and too professional. Food are so spicy that kids have to go empty stomach.

Nice one good service Publiccly Budget hotel.

This is a great hotel to stay if you looking for best budget hotel near Haridwar railway station. Once you enter the hotel, the staff is very courteous and helpful specially front office Manager. This was our first hotel in haridwar, and it turned out to be a good start. Food, Wi fi, Staff behavior & Other services was Excellent. The location is great, a few minutes walk to the railway station, ghats, market very central and easy to access from bus stand too.

Worst commitment. We have booked rooms online and when we went there they said. Rooms not available. Had to take another hotel till it got vacated.

Better service with AC room at best price.

Really clean, good Wi-Fi connexion. Food good.
