Amazing place to stay. Prices are minimal. Will give you a feel of fully feature packed high end hotel.

Does not provide hot water. They said they will provide it. Even if they provide they will give lukewarm water. Doormat is dirty always.

An old hotel not all the amenities are good ACs are not working properly as well as the location is a bit inside.

Best budget premium hotel at haridwar. Rooms are spacious and well ventilated. Location is also strategic being in the centre to Ganesh Ghar and Birla Ghar. Auto rickshaws are easily available outside the hotel gate. Complementary breakfast served is okayish. Wi-Fi is not even 2g I believe. Still considering deals from oyo and looking around other hotels around, it's a great one to book. Recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staffs, especialy Mr Aditya who helped us to secure a room eventhough the agent in new delhi never booked it as promised. The cafe staff by the name of Sandeep is a young and humble person and very helpful guy. With a good management team, this hotel will be a very good choice.

Not worth your time or money. Bad customer service. Too costly for the amenities they provide. Fine for bachelors but I wouldn't suggest this place for families.

OK ok sort of. QUite inside. Breakfast can be improved. The Wifi doesn't reach the rooms in the last.

I request to customer, please don't take stay at hotel sun Haridwar. Very poor room Service and food quality. And room also not as per our basic expectation.

It's pretty close to Harkipur and other places of Haridwar. Small and comfortable room.

The hotel is good but it us around 300 m far from main road. Its is narrow street but car can go easily.

I'm glad I only had to stay here for two nights. The room was decent sized, but not on the big side. There was a small bathroom, in which the hot water doesn't work for most of the day. The lighting in the room was depressing with bars blocking the window. The bed was nice, aside from the sheets. Coffee stains, among various other stains signified that these had not been cleaned. On the wall behind the bed there was a great amount of moisture, which had started developing fungi, spreading a bad smell. No real experience with the staff, but they didn't seem rude at least. I was only in that hotel to sleep, I wouldn't want to stay there for any longer than that.

Very bad hotel atleast if you book through OYO. I got a basement room with broken shower, lights, TV. We were said that all rooms were booked but it was false. I think they give the bad rooms to OYO customer.

Very unpleasant place staff was so rude and u proffessional as after placing dinner order you get your dinner after one hour and staff respond "sir we are only two person in kitchen" is this any proffessional behaviour and manager is also a rude person and u took any problems to him he respond you may leave the roor. So never stay here it's my horrible experience of life.

Best and affordable hotel for the tourists and staff was very friendly and welcoming nd rooms are really good with balcony also… Really good one with all facilities available… Recommend for everyone to stay at least one day then you really like it.

Excellent room service, overnight check-in and check-out facilities are available. Its good that they allowed us to keep our luggage even after we checked out of the hotel.

Rooms were good quality, neat and clean bathrooms, staff service was very good and cooperative.

Not good for foreigners as location is not good and food/ breakfast not convenient for tourists. Amenities not good where hot water run only at 7am and tissue papers are not cleaned.

good hotel, rooms are good for family stay, staffs are helpful. Except the hotel location, all facilities are good.

They were helpful, staff was friendly too location is inside area but you can reach. Food was good.

Treebo Sun hotel is a budget hotel in a lane where u have to walk 100 m from the main road. The service at hotel is very nice. Very professional people. Rates are very affordable. Nice hotel to stay with friends and family, I would not suggest it for couples.

Good place to stay. The only issue is that the Hotel is in narrow lane and car access is a challenge.

This hotel is very near to flowing Ganga. And about one kilometer from railway ana bus station haridwar.

Haridwar is a nice city a holy place. And this hotel gives it's best to serve you better.

Hotel staff is not trained to deal with guests. Found other facilities ok. When complained treebo staff met us but they couldn't do much help. But treebo people looked little committed.

Good service clean rooms breakfast was served hot but options were restricted to only 2 Overall a good experience.

Nice venue… nice view… very nice family accommodation hotel … one must stay here to experience the goodness of the place … but very costly…

Service is awesome … Rooms are neat and clean. One basic thing is missing I. E bathroom slippers in the room. Rest is fine. Food is also awesome. Location is good.

Apparently it's not as good as it's described very hard to find get in and out no view on any balcony staff were very bad and ripoff don't give correct change in order to get tips so watch out and see your bill properly.

Hum sun hotel mein do din ruke the. Room service bahut achhe hai. Breakfast garma garam serve karte hai. We enjoyed very well. In brief hotel is very good.
