Ill-maintained rooms with no ventilation. Over priced just because of the location. Pathetic.

Very nice hotel good service and specialy very clean.

Strongly not recommended hotel. Please do NOT book this hotel. Hotel staff were unprofessional. No body bothers about guests. No food, No morning tea, NO cleanness… Nothing in this hotel. Do not stay here.

Some rooms are ok. Some are good. But they need to replace the their old toilets. And price was okish not to cheap as we want and expect from the condition of hotel.

Pretty decent hotel and near Hari ki pauri But can't take four wheeler there only draw back.

Nice and cosy place to stay… value for money… own veg restaurants… but be careful with the day shift manager… he charges at his whim… and rude in nature.

Normal accommodation. Old setting. Service is not at par. For stay near har ki paudi, it is good accommodation. But, old style furnishing. Good part is spacious rooms and Bathroom.

It is very clean and comfortable. It is very spacious and comfortable to fit all my stuff. The beds are very elegant and cozy and warm and clean.

The stay in the hotel was not pleasant. The person in the office was not ready to give the room at 5 am even though the check in timing was not fixed by make my trip. We have dried clothes in the balcony which were torn by monkeys and the hotel people never informed us that monkeys will tear the clothes if we put it in the balcony. Very bad experience. Bathroom tap was always leaking and the room was not tidy.

It's a good hotel as compared to the price. Rooms are bigger but much work is needed for washroom. Staff are courteous and helpful. Harki Pari is within 4 minutes of walking distance. Google Map shows the location a bit further, but the hotel is before Bank of Baroda while someone comes from Railway Station.

A perfect place in haridwar to stay peacefully. Nice ambiance nd so helpful management. Its my 3rd time I am staying here. Must visit nd stay in this hotel.

5 minutes away from the har ki pauri and it is on the main road not very easily recognisable but if you are able to reach here you will be able to find it easily rooms are clean support staff is good and somehow the overall experience for the average and I have no clue.

Not at all up to the standard. Don't book here for Haridwar. Rooms are not at all cleaned. Electrical Switches are limited for plugs. Worst part between Manager of two shifts don't have any coordinations among them selves. Bathroom Gyser doesn't work many times in winter. No arrangement for foods service in rooms. Morning Tea is being served by nearby Chaiwalas, which needs to be paid immediately. TV doesn't work. Best thing about the Hotel is about its Position… Near to Har-ki-Pauri, Mansa Devi, Market's, Railway Station etc etc… Some of the Staff are very good for helpfulness. I stayed in Room D2/1, 220 & 221 between 22-24 Jan'17.

They just recently renovated that room). I am saying this because there was handfull of examples of dirtyness present in that room including the floor, tables and chairs. Regulator of fan was broken, so thar you can't change the speed of the fan. The corridor was full of water & that water was coming from sewage lickage. This hotel truly needs a lot of improvment.

Pathatic Hotel of the World Its My Personal request do not book this Hotel if you are going to in Haridwar there are no management staff are asking money and very rudely behave. I was booked 8 Room from 26th to 27th Oct. And it was my big mistake why I have to book this hotel so ignore this property.

Wonderfull place you get ac rooms and very good room service and its distance from bathing ghat is about178m.

Very good hotel and specialy manager and all staff is very good in behaviour. Happy to stayed there with family … I suggest that everybody should stay there at least one time . You have many options for shopping bcz this hotel is in middle of two markets and also walking distance for gangaji 5 mints. And specialy thanks to Mr. Ravinder Manager for His good behaviour. Rating 5******.

The photos uploaded are of new mansarover. I went there by tour. They gave us room in old mansoraver. Very bad experience. Don't come here.

Located in Har Ki Puari at Haridwar. Good to stay for one or two night.

My family stay in four days on30April to 3may '17. Staff behavior is so good & helpful, room excellent, har ki pouri, monsamondir ropeway 5 to 10min distance fromhotel, restaurant, market are available near by hotel. But TV not work because of no recharge on DTH.

Walking distance from harkipauri. Decent rooms. Right in the market. Plenty of shopping and eating options and famous restaurants.

I stayed in this hotel with my family on 24 to 27 April 2016 at 3rd floor room nos. 403 & 404, booked by hotels website directly. The rooms & toilets are very clean & spacious, AC is good and Staffs are very gentle & try their best, good hospitality. Wonderful experience, near to Har ki Pauri & in good position. By 25Apr 2016 I was offered this hotel through OYO Rooms (Mansarover International Har ki pauri Haridwar) for 2nights stay but at my very first night I was attacked with the bed bugs, which came into my knowledge while I was in deep sleep around midnight 0320 hrs, my whole right hand just below my elbow was full of huge spots since I knew it that this could have been due to the bugs, I turned on the every lights in my room and I was shocked to see bugs scrolling on my bed — back support which is created by foam just above and behind our back and in that case I called the reception and spoke to a mgr — chetan who was incharge during that time but he was helpless and he was offering me another room, which I suppose has the same condition as it was very much visible that they never bothered to get those back foam cleaned or has any pesticides done, however I called OYO Rooms after all this incident and then I was shifted to another hotel by 0355 hrs, hope everyone can understand this that working out all this and that too during odd hours at deserted street searching for shifted hotel with family once is next to impossible…! From my point of view Mansarover International & OYO Rooms both are very much to be blammed for such negligence even after paying so much and having blind trust.

This place is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I booked a room for 3 people online. When I got there manager started behaving weird. He asked me if I booked online after that he gave me a room which was so dirty and beds almost turned black. Lot of stains on bedsheets. Pillow covers not changed in a long time. There is dirt on the floor everywhere. AC not working. Bathroom smells like gutter. Don't go there and waste your money.

Clean and wonderful experience. But Food was not good…
