Very nice hotel. Rooms are pretty good including long and clean bed. Good amount of facilities are also provided in room like iron, weighing machine, bath towels, heater etc. Washrooms are also pretty big in size and arranged very neatly and cleaned. Restaurant is also very nice and food taste is also very good. Staff is good too. Very nice hotel.

Nice hotel to spend some time with family (around 225 Km from Delhi/NCR). Food quality is very good. Team is Customer centric and they go that extra mile to make your stay more comfortable. Overall a nice experience.

Event was awesome. Facilities and staff were top class. I'll recommend anyone visiting Haridwar to stay here and make there trip enjoyable.

Not so good of a location. Located in between factories. The service is good. The food is good but doesn’t have variety. The pool is nice. It is not exactly the place for people who like peace and no noise or even crowds. Overall a fine experience.

It's situated very nice area & the room service very good, they gives u complimentary gym and swimming to passenger and the food was very tasty, the faculty was very polite and manner. I loved it's hotel and service.

Stayed here for two day. This luxury hotel has lobby with nice ambience and big comfortable rooms. However, we reached there on a wrong day. The hotel was venue of elections for Lions Club executives. There were more than 500 people in the lobby and it was worse than peak hour crowd on Mumbai local train. As we entered the hotel, it appeared that we were entering voting booth for municipal elections. The hotel entrance was full of hoardings for election campaign. Restaurants were not available and so we had to order lunch in room only. Room service was excellent in spite of hotel staff was working under heavy work load. Staff was helpful, polite and supportive. It was only next day evening that we could see the lobby and restaurants.

Good hospitality, nice location for business visits. Rooms are good and can give view of surrounding area. Don't forget to take govt. I'd for all the guests.

The hotel was well furnished and the service was amazing. The rooms were pretty spacious and the food was of very good quality. The location was nice, it had broad roads and has decent parking space. All the workers and co-workers were friendly, although it was a very nice experience visiting that hotel.

Regular Hotel has a lot of moisture and is a little old, the gym has almost no nothing.

A good place to stay at holy Haridwar. The Chef was too good and I had a yummy Sambhar with idlis (Sambhar comes first as it was the star for me). Also the Buffet spread was good variety for both lunch and dinner. The stay was also comfortable. I got the room temperature set at 25° in winter and the room was nice and cozy. Kudos to the staff working there.

This property is not as per the Redisson blu standard, not maintained well. The room are equivalent to 4 star hotel. Breakfast is good, so is the dinner buffet. But very far off from ghats close to 8 — 10 KM, it’s next to mall.

There is restaurant at the ground floor. They offer Indian taste food, Chinese one and western style cuisine. Beer is available.

A nice property managed by Radisson. The rooms are comfortable having all modern amenities. The restaurant serve variety of menu for satisfaction of your taste buds. The staff is very helpful and services are prompt. The hotel also has a good open swimming pool including one for the children. Enjoy your day at the pool or enjoy spa / massage at the hotel. Next to the hotel you also have a mall to spend time including movies. The hotel is ideal for the business travellers as it is located in the industrial area quite inside from the highway. Har ki Pauri is approx. 20 min drive from the hotel.

Rooms are very nice. Mattresses are very very fluffy, not for people who sleep on hard surface. There was a very major problem of ac not working and I had to go down atreception at 3 am in morning but staff was very supportive. They immediately requested to change the room but due to all the luggage and valuables being in other room, one can't take risk of shifting to other room and that too at 3 am in morning. Breakfast is very delicious and room service is also quick.

The room is decent, the​ bathroom is pathetic! The shower heads have rust all over and don't work. The staff doesn't know English, service is bloody slow! The restaurant "Next 2 Café" the manager himself doesn't know what is included in the menu and keeps fumbling if asked any question, he seems very bloody confused! The only reason I'm giving it an extra star (2 stars) is because the food tastes nice! And that's because of the chef! And that's the ONLY thing and the ONLY person who earned this property an extra star! Nobody, ranging from the front desk, to the front desk manager, to the restaurant manager knows what they are doing or their staff is doing! Everybody is so bloody confused! I really request the owner of this property TO TEACH ENGLISH TO THE STAFF, TO TEACH MANNERS AND ETIQUETTES so they know what to speak, when to speak and how to speak! This is the WORST RADISSON BLU PROPERTY!

Descent place to put up for a couple of nights. Used mainly by the business travellers. Efficient front desk & courteous staff. Nice silent airconditioned rooms but bays and common area are a tab gloomy. Overall nice place!

The ambiance of the lobby is good. But the ac of the 5th flr lobby is not working. The reading lights not working, the warm water kettle did not switch off automatically it became overheated to handle and steam filled the room. The kettle could have burst. Found the kettle switch not working. The view form the window was that of scrap yard. It seems have been allocated an abandoned room. The restaurant staff courteous n friendly.

Great decor… great ambience But wouldn't recommend for a dinner here. Quantity is good but taste is not upto the mark. Though one could go for buffet dinner, if it is a good day maybe everything turns out to be awesome.

I was glad to find a beautiful property in Haridwar, where not many such options exist — thanks to the hoarding that they have put up somewhere near the main exit. The hotel was like most Radison Blue hotels — comfortable and spacious rooms, equipped and clean bathrooms and decent options in buffer breakfast. The pool was clean and big enough though was sparingly used by the guests. The staff we met was helpful and courteous. Good luck team.

A 5star hotel with all facilities. The ambience, great food and hospitality gets 4.5 out of 5 points. Overall a great stay!

I stayed with family and had booked two rooms. During checkin we got rooms apart from each other (come on we are coming as family so it's common sense to give room next to each other). As soon as went to room, we saw puddle of water due to leaking faucet (it's 5 star hotel, how come you give room without checking stuff). I complain to front desk and solution given was put towels around leak. Next day complain again and wasn't satisfied with resolution. During my stay saw every day at least couple of guests had some sort of complaints. Personally I wouldn't consider this hotel as 5 star at all and wouldn't recommend anyone to pay for the 5 star charges as service is not worth for the money.

The hotel is located around 13 kms from har ki pauri. The hotel ambience is superb. The staff was very cordial and supportive. The swimming pool is well maintained. The food is awesome. Particularly the freshly made banana cakes are very tasty. The pastries are also very good. The room and the hotel is very well clean and maintained.

We are very regular visitor to Raddison Haridwar. Always had great time here. Surrounding is something you love it.

Radisson keeps the quality in its services unmatched. Located Away from city crowd yet very much in the city.

Awesome amenities with great service.

Poor service, the rooms are slightly smelly and the air conditioning may not work (it didn't for us). But the hotel is well located and spacious.

Food menu is average; considering very few options, this is ok.

Bad Service… will never suggest any1 to stay and spoil the trip. When checked in no hot water, no wife, no menu, no room sleepers, nd worse was bed very very uncomfortable.

This particular property truly is a blot on the Brand Radisson Blu. When we checked-in, we were supposed to get 3 rooms but apparently, one of the three was not prepared. After 1.5 hours, we were allotted the room and that had the pungent smell of cigarette smoke (although the hotel boasts of itself of being a No-Smoke Zone) and empty medicine wrappers lying on the wall carpet. After a hectic protest, we had to compromise with another room which was drastically different from what we desired. This room had a special affinity for lizards. First, there were designs of lizard drawn in chalk on the LCD table. And the worst part, this room had an actual lizard in its tow. Even the staff was unable to get rid off it with their sophisticated equipment. So much so for a 5-star. Talking about the in-room facilities, there was no D2H connection (only a distorting cable TV), a fridge with no cooling and a highly inefficient Central Air Conditioning. All in all, the hospitality was way under the water. The only good thing was the absolutely superb food and the courteous restaurant staff. The buffet had a wide variety of Indian delicacies and each of them were simply lip-smacking.

Very bad experience. The reception staff not cordial at all. Want payments first then any service. For spa etc, u have to go reception desk first in casual dress, make the payment and then only go to spa. Food is tasteless. Dont follow any committments. No cordination between prestige club and Radisson. Though Prestige club members are promised big bonanzas in Radisson, but hotel does not honour that.

It was very memorable moment, when I and my friend had come to Haridwar, we stayed two day.
