Horrible experience Stuck in Lift.
Lift not working properly. We called 2 times on Reception & complained about Lift not working.
They gave wrong information. Disgusting.
We came through stairs from 11 th floor. I m severe Asthmatic patient. I would never recommend anyone to stay in Hotel Hyatt Regency Lucknow They playing with life of people.

Services are really not good, really very upset with Hyatt being a brand. Service level is so down. Lack of man power, torn towels in the rooms, room size is also small for a double room.

Welcoming ambience, caring and efficient staff, good service … all with a touch of class.

The king rooms are very spacious. A team of 3-4 people can easily work in the hotel room. The hospitality is amazing and another lovely thing about the crew is their attires keep changing every season and it's pleasing. Hyatt we celebrating one month anniversary yesterday and the as a spin the wheel contest. I like such guest Engagement activities at Hyatt.

The room size is really good and infra meets what you can expect from a Hyatt property. But you miss Hyatt Hospitality and the staff at the reception needs some training and looks like it’s Hyatt Franchise with little guidance from Hyatt, you miss here Hyatt Hospitality. They are courteous not rude but they lacks welcoming attitude towards the guests.

Stayed in this place for 3 days. Good location. Rooms are of good size clean but housekeeping is very bad day to day cleaning of rooms is poor. We were two people in a room and we were provided with one hand towel. I really don't understand there cost cutting drive they deliberately don't replenish your essential toiletries. Tea Coffee stock is not adequately topped up till you ask for. Don't provide news paper in all the rooms again appears to be a cost cutting measure. Hotel staff is very courteous and we'll behaved but approach is casual. My room AC had some issue was not working properly it required 4 phone calls 3 visits by the technician and couple of hours for a very minor adjustment of thermostat. There is absolutely no follow up of your request/ complaints promised call backs never happen. Gym and Sauna are well maintained clean. Swimming pool cleanliness level is average. When I visited the pool some maintenance work was going on by the side. Breakfast was just average 80-90% items were repeat in all 3 days minimal variety in fruits fresh juices only watermelon and some mixed variety basically breakfast was of low 3 star level, there was a definite hesitancy in replenishing the items even around 10:00 AM on a weekend whereas breakfast timing was till 11:00 AM.

I visited Hyatt with my friends and had dinner at rocca. Hyatt is not having only staff they are superstars and really next levels of gentle man at Rocca like Pawan, Ajit, Neeta, Suresh, Moid, Rakesh, Narendra And Arbaz. Thanks for the wonderful evening.
I'll surely recommend this place #Hyatt_Regency_Lucknow… the best for you and your family or friends.
And can't miss the name if Sagar and Dipti.

Always Hyatt! Good 1. Looks as though recently built. Hence clean and new. 2. Unlike many pseudo bars around Lucknow, it actually serves alcohol. 3. Staff is courteous, as expected of Hyatt. 4. Rooms are well made and clean. 5. Your request will be fulfilled to the best of their capacity. Bad 1. After all UP has to creep in. Doesn't have the elegance of the other Hyatts 2. Location is awkward. Bang in the middle of residential property. Overall If u take the UP factor out, not too bad.

Management is not proper. They create Last minute mess. When you go for the booking they'll say yes we'll provide everything. When days pass they start showing their cards. They'll play passing the parcel with you, will never provide the exact information. Disappointed. Rest ambiance is lovely. Tea was really good. Food is fine.

We had my engagement ceremony at Hyatt lko, it was a very smooth experience at Hyatt. Staff is very friendly and don't have that 5 star attitude. You may feel they are bit strict with rules but that makes them one of a kind. For an international level feel in Lucknow you must go to and experience at Hyatt. I visit Lucknow frequently for my check ups in SGPGI. This time stayed with my son and sister in Hyatt and came across the best hospitality. We were so nicely looked after, cared and pampered and I can’t stop myself writing this review.
The restaurant servers good food. Chef Khushwant cooked perfect to our taste and the amazing care and services given by Restaurant staff Durgesh, he goes beyond to ensure we are cared and relaxed and pampers to the core. He doesn’t have No in his dictionary. Followed by him is another staff Arbaaz … perfect training. If you are not to well you can just relax on these people.

Fabulous 5 Star Hotel only opened 8 months ago. The staff went out of their way to look after us, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was large and immaculately clean. Highly recommended.

We visited Lucknow for our Recruitment drive and stayed in Hotel Hyatt Regency. Our stay in Hotel is a memorable one. We stayed there for one night and two days and enjoyed the time to the utmost. The courteous behaviour of the hotel staff, excellent and prompt room service, up-to-the-mark housekeeping and the friendly ambience of the hotel made our stay extremely comfortable. The foods served were not even tasty but delighted. Our most favorite delicacy tried was their Subj Biryani and the prices were very reasonable. Rooms are well furnished and spacious and located at prime location of lucknow which is excellent. Above all, the hospitality executives Mr Om Prakash, Mr. Abbas, Mr. Durgesh, Mr. Naveen Ms. Shruti and the lady involved in In room dining were always there to make us feel free like home. Their cordial behaviour and helping attitude made our stay even more comfortable. In a nutshell our experience in Hotel Hyatt is awesome and it is really Value for Money.
