Horrible. They hv degraded a lot. Unclean washrooms, went for lunch day before yesterday d pizza base was hard, cocktail tasted bad and papad had hair in it. Saw a big rat ver d utensils ver put fr their buffet. Panner was so unfresh hv an upset tummy from 2 days and on antibiotics since I came back from here. My friend has met the same fate. Their 4 star should be snatched. Stupud hotel.

Been to this place to have the most famous Buffet which they serve. Had the lovely buffet on the first floor restaurant of this Hotel. Honestly as much as I heard its must try, it really turned out to be one of the most finest Buffet in town. They have huge Variety of dishes from the starters like chicken tikka, mushroom, corn fitters & nuggets. Everything was so delicious that we got so stuffed with the starters only, but then how can we not attack on the main course for which we were specially in that Hotel. When we had the main course in which they serve from pasta to dal tadka, chicken takka tak, fish, dahi aloo and what not. Trust me had the tastiest Buffet in Lucknow and then the dessert section. Again so many options had the ice cream from the live counter where they will make your ice cream cone in front of you and serve you your ice cream on that. Loves this concept and I will definitely recommend Lucknowites to go and try it with your friends & family. Its a value for money place and with loads of options to have in food, beverages and dessert.

Wonderful place and upto the Hilton standards and reputation. Comfortable stay, sufficient amenities, fine executive class luxury rooms, highly courteous staff and pleasant delicious menu. I stayed for 10days and had no complaints. Can improve a bit on main course, deserts need lot of improvement. Starters are good and have quite some variety. Nicely lit swimming tank is a relaxing experience. Slightly on a higher budget side however I would say worth it.

Ambience is very good. However the delicacy is not on par with a 5 star property. Service in the restaurant is slow. Over all I will give 3.5

I don't like the hotel, it's entrance and ambience. The hall is so bad n so is the entrance portion. Food served couldn't meet my taste buds.

Located in the most happening place of Lucknow, the band known for its hospitality — Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow is certainly one of the best hotels of the city. The food their services and most importantly their people are their most priced possessions. Will surely come back again to indulge and enjoy my time in their international multi cuisine gourmet experience!

The hotel is in a very nice and accessible location. Rooms are decently sized and well appointed. However the digital switches are lot in a bright blue colour when the lights are off which causes disturbance to people who prefer darkness while sleeping. I am taking 2 stars off from my rating because of the incorrect dinner billing and the arrogance of the chef in handling the issue. The Chef kept insisting that we took 4 dinners whereas his own staff confirmed that there were only two.

Very poor experience nothing but the ambiance is good food quality is very poor. They are serving cool snacks and for a five star hotel like this it's appalling dishes which are to be served hot are served cool and things which should be cool are hot. They take forever to get your orders the taste of the food is also not as it should be for a place like Hilton in all the two starts is only for the ambiance.

A new property. Neat rooms. But they still need to train their staff a lot and take care of a lot of maintenance issues overall. The entry doesn't look like that of a 4 star property. The smallest lobby area one would see in 4 star hotels. But yeah. Helpful banquet sales team.

The staff here work tirelessly to do all they can to ensure that you have a really enjoyable stay and it seems that nothing is too much trouble for them. They will give you a warm welcome and will always stop to say hello. Many members of staff have been mentioned by name for all their hard work and constant excellent customer service.

Why 3 starts? because this hotel is started its operations without finishing the construction work, you can see hotel yet to finish up their work on the floors, bathrooms etc. Rooms are decent size but not too spacious. Location is good, they do have one restaurant nice ambience and banquet space is adequate for the city.

Had an awesome stay at this hotel. Staff is fantastic and shows ultimate courtesy. I recommend this hotel to stay in Lucknow, One of the best place in town. The Hotel Ambience is fabulous and Food is also delicious.

Talking about the rooms and reception area, very nice I would say. But service is not as per the expectation. Level of security that you need to carry your room card to use lift for particular floor is bit nasty. Breakfast items are nice but again the taste is not good, quality of fruits are not good seems like refrigerated fruit they keep, not fresh always. Swimming pool was not operational when I visited, also the swimming area is not fully constructed. Fitness center is nice and staff are ok too.
