This was definitely not what we expected! The bedding was dirty with stains. The pictures doesn't look the same at all. We couldn't even sleep with all the noise that was going on inside. Only slept there for 1 night & booked out the next day to another location.

Its a great place to be rooms r very neat and a good place to be very cordial staff and food was good.

It's nice and affordable hotel very good service and very good atmosphere. Ultimate.

Food order was messed up every time I ordered. The pot they used to hold the milk was disgusting smelling and unclean. The location wasn't the best. The pool smelled like an open sewer and was filled with mosquitoes.

Nice, clean maintained hotel with a small covered swimming pool. Hotel staff are very courteous. Food is nothing special.

Again I would say that I did not visit the place but I went to kfc nearby this villa. From it's outside look it was amazing. I visit agra very often. I would really like to book this place in case I need. Evening view is very nice and that would b the attraction for people to visit this place. I am pretty sure about their nice service as well. Hope to visit the place soon. If you are visiting the place then please keep updated.

I've known hotels much better than that but for this country, it's almost classy.

Good place (@ economical budget) to stay when you are visiting Agra, services are prompt. Location is quiet close to taj Mahal and McDonald, KFC, and other eating junctions are just at walking distance.

Excellent hôtel, if you have a room with à window on the street. Vieuw on a backyard is not famous. Inconvenient : window is fixed, so no ventilation in the room. Interior rooms have nous openings outside, so dark and scary. Service excellent.

Large comfortable room, good facilities, bathroom toiletries limited, hot & cold water not as constant. Shower area needs to looked into as shower curtain short, water flows all over bathroom floor.!

As soon as I arrive after 8 hour's drive I just wanted to refresh the body also was cold so need to have a hot shower was told had to wait till after 6 to refresh also felt like I was living on a building site but breakfast was good.

Very nice to receive a room for free during the waiting hours of our train delayed for vanaressi, this spontaneously on the part of the boss, thank you.

Very beautiful facility! The only issue was how cold it is doing the winter. There is not much for heat or spare blankets. But, the staff is very nice and very accommodating.

Away from main road. No toiletries in bathroom except tiny hand soaps n a couple of tiny bottles of shampoo n moisturizer. No hot water, just warm water central supply in the bathroom. A glass of milk for daughter (Rs 53) had an intolerable burnt smell.

Relatively nice looking and clean rooms. But the sheets were pretty dirty and literally all night long there was very loud music and television playing from the hall, with shouting and heavy door slamming. Sleeping was made impossible and the staff did nothing to stop any of this. At 9 pm and 6 am the water in the shower was cold.

I loved it good location in the heart of the city, food quality is extra ordinary and hotel is well maintained and hygienic wat else we need.

I checked out from this hotel today. The rooms are very much congested. The cleaning is not proper. Mattresses were dusty. Food price is too high. And one more thing I want to advise that room service people should come along with the food receipt. Or else, they come once with food, then with receipt, and again for taking the plates. It's really very much disturbing. I rated it 2 just because of the well behaved staff.

Good 3 star hotel with swimming pool and restaurant. The service offered was fine. Although the Wi-Fi speeds were bad, all other things were good.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff very courteous. The hotel is not on Fatehbad main road, it's behind. There is a tiny swimming pool. The food was good.

Very nice and good hotel if any of you are coming to agra then stay at Taj Villa. The room was vey good and well mantainent recptionst are very nice and very helpful. All board of switch are work and resturent also nce.

Dont waste your hard earned money over this pathetic property shabby room service, food unhygienically served total cheats /plenty of other options available in agra dont waste money on these cheats.

Overall stay is good. Their kitchen staff is new I suppose. Food tase can be better. Breakfast is good just that they don't prepare the breakfast in large quantity so have to wait for sometime until they serve the breakfast.

Very bad service. Many switches were not working, fridge was not working. I called almost 10 times then after shouting room service came. Then cant even provide bucket in the bathroom, even after asking many times. Anything you ask on reception they keep on saying they will provide the same in 2 minutes, but they don't provide it even in 2 hrs! Pool was dirty and kettle provided in room was also dirty! Cant give 0 thats y giving 1 star.

I have recently visited Agra for some official works and stayed at Taj Villa. And eventually realized that I made a great choice. Taj Villa is the best place for those who never compromise with luxury. Blessed with indoor pool, large business center, Wi-Fi and lots of others facilities, the hotel is capable of giving you a fantastic experience.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood so you can finally get some sleep in India. The bed is also very good (especially for a long tourist). In addition I got the most clean bathroom of the hotels I have visited so far in India.

Taj Villa Hotel in Agra is located in a very DIRTY surrounding, our stay was very unpleasant. Upon our arrival we requested early check-in at the reception and were told very rudely that once the room was available we will it. Once we were given our rooms we did not have running hot water, we informed front desk and were informed they could not do anyting had to take cold showers. We ate in the restaurant, the breakfast buffet was limited and cold. During our dinner at the Taj Villa Hotel Restaurant, we got a piece of dish washing metal string in our butter chicken. The ambience was OK and customer service at front desk was not pleasant.

Food prices are high. And location is bit away from main area. No nearby markets. But great rooms and services.

We went in the first week of August 15 for 2 night — 3 day trip. We got a very good rate from the hotel and the stay was worth every penny we spent. It is one of the finest hotels in Agra and have been very well maintained. The swimming pool was an absolute delight for us … Food was also very good. Would like to come back again to stay here… Room Tip: Hotel provide information about city Mr. Deepak at the hotel reception very helpful.

Wonderful trip to see India in those great days during Christmas. We enjoyed the trip and could n, t imagine we would be that happy here. Agrai is great city with lots of difference, TAJ VILLA is a nice place to stay. You just like home. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot water and great hospitality make a lot of difference. Staff was friendly and gentle. Mr Raj arranged a trip to Bharatpur bird sanctuary and Fatehpur Sikri which i, m sure we all enjoyed. I hope to come again with my friends.
