Hotel is great. But location is too outside from main market.

Pathetic place… 1. Dirty linin even after replacing 2. Dirty tray (all available in hotel) 3. See the place where they keep bedding 4. Broken glasses 5. No central heating NOT cozy… Felt cold 6. One person doing everything from reception to cleaning room 7. I think there is nexus between make my trip and owner … This hotel has received very high rating in 2016 8. Despite complaint… Owner was adamant So I suggest you not to stay in this hotel and NEVER trust makemytrip rating.

This hotel could also be on the outskirts of Dubai. "New, " slightly off the shot, a hotel with friendly staff, superficially clean rooms and clearly too thin walls.

Best hotel to stay in agra…! I stayed at this hotel with my friends for 5 days during our holidays. The hotel has super spacious n clean rooms with very well maintained bathrooms. The owner of the hotel is very polite n helpful he guided us about the places to visit in Agra and also nearby places like mathura vrindavan, fatehpur — sikri etc. The rest of the staff was also very caring. Food was tasty… I would definitely stay here next time.

Had a very bad experience as they did not allow to check in in spite of advance intimation and their confirmation of early check in. They did n't provide even a click room and wash room till the regular check in time. Highly unfriendly attitude forced us to go out in search of another hotel with family and luggage. All these happened in spite of advance booking 2 months before.

They skimmed my credit card. The details were later used to make purchase of hundreds of dollars at a jewellers (according to my bank). My friend who stayed at the same time also had his card skimmed and the details were used to withdraw hundreds of dollars from ATMs. Stay at your own risk but definitely don’t let your credit cards near the nice man at the front desk! Also there’s no view of a castle. Here’s a nice picture of some goats to make up for all that negativity.

I have stayed at hotel castle view with my family and kids along. We experienced superb hospitality at this hotel. The rooms are are big, super clean. The staff is very humble n cooperative. Food was also delicious specially chicken curry n paneer Butter masala. I would recommend to every one who are looking for a comfortable stay near Taj Mahal the hotel is just 5 min walk from the Taj Mahal.

Food chargers are alot, rooms are fine but they don't have a proper restaurant instead they will serve you in your room. Electric kettle which was a part of the room is missing. Wifi password: *12345678 I would suggest to look into Hotel Pearl Blue which is right beside.

This hotel is still under construction. I mean the building is done but they have only started with only 6 rooms. The rooms are clean, fresh linen and spacious bathroom. But the challenge is that you don't get great food. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The staff is helpful and the owner is also directly involved in the Operations. Very less staff but they multitask. Don't expect too much of security around the hotel as its a stand alone property at the back of Taj Wyndham Grand and there is no dedicated security personnel on shift. Hotel staff is the only security around. Food vs the prices charged is not the worth. Can be improved.

1. No generator here only inventor. AC n TV ll be switched during electricity cut. 2. Food is not hygienic and food price is too high. We buy one rosted chicken @600 and they served only a pieces, when v asked then they told it's full secondly even we did not eat it due to bad quality. 3. They don't have laundry and even they don't have iron for pressing of cloths. 4. They had charged double cost per beer means which beer is 140 rupees they are charging 250. 5. There menu price is too high means at this rate you can easily eat at 4 star hotel 6. Only one plus point is that room are specious n wide but they don't have locker and freezer. Over all staff is good.

The best hotel I had ever stayed in India. The hotel owner waited for us when we arrived late (1:30am). The room is big and comfy with hot shower. Definitely should book this hotel.

Amazing hospitality the hotel is situated at a walking distance from the Taj Mahal. Value for money very humble staff. Tasty food. Safe for family stay. Enough free parking space.
