Just a gimmic, staff is very non co — operative. I wanted to redeem my points. First they said that 100 % points will be redeemed, I agreed to the same, but after that they said that only partial points will be redeemed and the remaining points will be redeemed on the next booking depending on the room category and other terms & conditions. Also they say that the rooms are full. They always lie. We went several times in Pan India hotels, there was occupancy. They are unable to co — operate on phone, first team will say to talk to 2 nd team and the second team will say to talk to the first team. There is no co — operation. Staff seems to be un trained. They are unable to answer the queries. They don't reply to e mails. Especially Andheri, Mumbai branch the staff is very bad. They are not professional and not up to the mark. There are many other options apart from Lemon Tree, it's advisable to go to other group of hotels, but not Lemon Tree group of hotels.
