Okay types and room was good but staff will enter in your room without your permission.

Mr. Ravi & Mr. Shyam at the reception they help us with our room, our checking process was also so smooth… Thanks for the lovely stay. Mr. Ravi was so helpful to us he was very kind and generous.

Not recommended AC is not working. Staff is so good and taking care of things except the hotel manager. Manager is giving rude answer to customers and behaviour rudely. I don’t want to choose this hotel anytime in future. I have asked for giving small place for driver sleeping in stag room. Even though they have it, manager said “ we are not providing anything “, giving answers rudely. Google photos are only looking good and not the hotel Edited: Thanks for the response from the management. Please make sure that any other customer's will face same issue in future. Please ask your staff member (Ravi) to deal customers in a polite manner. But once we experienced such horrible things there, will definitely rethink to book your for next visit. For your humble response, I am changing the rating.

EDITED! (26th June) Worst and pathetic service ever. MANAGER is too rude and won't even think about customers satisfaction. We booked AC room and they gave us a room in which AC is not working. Manager simply said sorry. What the hell is this. EDIT : Response from Manager is pretty convinvencing and as I belive mistakes will happen but knowing about the mistake and trying to rectify is the best part. I am changing my review.

Great hotel for tourists, comfortable bed, big bathroom and hygienic rooms. Good place to stay.

I love this place. Stayed at this place thrice in last one year. Staff at reception is very courteous. Rooms are absolutely clean. I really salute to the person who has done the interiors. His choice is very superb. Choice of each and every thing in the interiors is so perfect.

It ws a god hotel where we attended a marriage party. Not as much big but a considerable aand good one for the common people easy to find nice area and clean area where parties can be done to make people happy with us.

Room is okay, not much conjunction, not much spacious. — Cleaning is good — Staff and service is good. — Located at crossing and nearby hp where you can find ccd/Domino's and pizza Hut nearby at walking distance.

Good hotel easy to find in mathura besides in national highaway.

Its very normal and basic hotel nothing like kung or royale type as they show on online booking sites they only show off online with fake Ratings and Pictures The location of this hotel is very strange also their employees speak very village type language so casual.

It's nice being here, it's not too big but service is good. Food is ok but not at par with prices. Marriage lawn available.

Bewitched over the Spiti. To me it looks more of a OYO premium property. When I visited the place April 2016, only ground floor was functioning. Room Type: Standard King Room Garden View. Believe me there is nothing special in Garden View Room. Spiti is newly constructed so you can witness the cleaniness all around. Room are good in size and washrooms are tidy. Hotel is situated at the Highway Road and has got ample space for car parking. Staff is courteous. I got the deal from MakeMytrip and yes we got more than expected from Spiti. Limited options in Breakfast with limited quantity but with good taste. They serves food in the room only. Few shortcomings that I noticed: 1) Lots of mosquitos in the room and I have to ask 2-3 times for mosquito repellant from Spiti Staff. It was little annoying. 2) After 11 PM, don't expect staff member to provide you a service. 3) Cold drinking water is not available all the time. 4) I have to ask Spiti Staff multiple times because of non-availability of water in washroom. 5) They have some issue with their electricity panel due to which you could face a situation wherein power sockets doesnt have an electric current. Overall, my stay was comfortable (3.5/5) despite of these temporary shortcomings. Room Tip: Don't waste money for garden facing room.

The hotel infrastructure is good, the rooms are good but are a bit small in size. The service is an issue here and the restaurant doesn't offer much variety. If you want to stay more than a day I don't recommend this hotel.

Rooms are cozy and vibe is good. But need little more ventillation. And the location although is not for peaceful travellers.

Room Ventilation Need To Be Improved. Food is good service is slow. Billing is a issue always. Staff need to be trained. No proper authority to rectify bills. Bill printing is fade and bill looks like a photocopy from old machine.

The rooms were excellent. Good ac and comfortable, clean beds. The service, on the other hand, was less than average. There was practically no food available from the menu and we had to order dominos. They didn't take the initiative to provide us with a hire cab even for a short distance. The hotel is 5kms away from the junction and the connectivity is a bit of an issue even though the hotel is easily located.

Horrible service. Booked it through MMT after looking good reviews but turned out to be a nightmare. Didn't provided blanket after around requesting ten times. Food was worth vomiting.

An average n budget hotel situated at crowdy part of NH exposing difficulty in reaching easily.

It's on the highway good maintenance rooms facility are super the food also good nice.

Nice and really arrive of hotel is completely good.

No Wi-Fi at all & no explanation until after we had already paid. Room service provided two incorrect meals, and then the hotel still asked for an extra Rs 100 on checkout to cover the cost. Overall bad experience. Avoid.

You guys all doing very good.
Location, food and good atmosphere. Value for money!
