Very small rooms & lighting pattern inside the room was not good.

Nice place. Spacious halls, good for small to medium gathering (upto 100 people). Could have been even better if there is improvement in the level of cleanliness. Slightly need for better maintenance.

Our experience has always been excellent and this location exceeded our expectations. Always helpful and extremely patient with our boys. We got an upgrade with views to the tower, a junior suite, so the boy's had their bit of space. Housekeeping came to our room to ensure they were set up. The security in the lobby excellent. Our boys always ended their day at the foosball table every evening. Breakfast was great and very friendly staff. Near station, easy to get around. I emphasize 2 young boys in tow, in Paris… boys loved the experience. A hint: scavenger hunt in Paris to keep kids busy.

Melrose is a very good hotel. But I realised that common wash rooms of hotel r dirty no maintains. Even I went to BAR it was terrible. No attention towards SAAF-SAFAI.

Location is good. Parking is outside on road. Rooms average. Food is good… Has a fine dine and bar.

Location is excellent. Helpfull staff. About the room. Ac was okay, room was age old but kept well, towels can be cleaner, blanket can be way more cleaner, parking is a problem, breakfast din made me happy. Coming to good things, nice little welcome basket in the room, newspaper, staff is good, hotel is kept well. Overall still not worth the price they charge you for one night.

Good food. Good service. Clean and tidy rooms. Rooms are not that spacious and a bit of more care towards the look and feel of room can make the stay memorizable and make the hotel first preference for anyone visiting the city.

The Hotel is Actually Very Good (as seen in terms of Aligarh that is). The Staff is Friendly and The Food is Very Nice. Although I must add that the furniture is some 4-6 years old and should be renewed Soon.

Good quality food and the rooms were good but Food serving facilities were slow in order placed nd They won't allow rooms booked to non married couples or cousins (female) If you have a girl with you than they don't care about wheather she is your cousin or friend they won't allow the rooms. They said that the ID should have the same Father's name!

" All that glitters is not gold". The same idiom apply for Melrose Inn. Too much high price and worst service. It sucks big time in hospitality. Hotel staff was downright arrogant and rude. Room service was really bad. Regretting the decision of booking it.

Basic amenities, value for money, among the better hotels in the vicinity. Good location and helpful staff. Rooms require better upkeep.

3 star hotel. Good food and rooms. Location is also good.

Pathetic service. Unclean bathrooms. I had to call room service twice for each work yet it wasn't done.

Room size is good enough, but not as cleaned as expected, dining area is a little bit old fashioned and small, overall it is only satisfactory.

Average hotel. Bedroom are just okay. Good for single traveller. Room service is bad though. One more important thing is inside the toilet there is no hand shower to clean after you poo. Rest place is good and nearby is McDonald's and Café Coffee Day.

I loved the taste of their preparation and the staff is also very courteous.
I will recommend it to everybody visiting aligarh for a lovely food and stay experience. Their rooms are also very spacious and well maintained.

Third class service at 3 star rates. No parking. No soap, leaking taps.
