Nice ambience. But still food quality culd be better.

I loved this place because of their different varieties in veg and non-veg kababs. Starter and main course have different delicious varieties. Their price is also good. You must go at least one time here and I highly recommend The Plam Sky for all of you.

One of the worst hotels. Ran out of water in morning and we had to wait until 8.30 before it was restored. Staff is irresponsible and pathetic.

Best restaurant and hotel one can find in aligarh with its prime location on marris road and ample space for safe parking, always had great experience with its restaurant (chicken rara is famous there) on its open terrace seating o n 4th floor you can enjoy your dining under sky, staff is cooperative and overall ambience is really good. Room are equipped with all luxuries I would suggest to book your room online from any online booking site which will save your good amount of money.

My stay was an one night stay with checkout in morning. The room was nice and cosy. Obviously cleaned up. I also got a complimentary breakfast which was in buffet style on the grounds floor (my room was on 2nd floor). There are two flights of stairs at the entrance and then another two in front of the elevators (for reasons I don't understand). A ramp would've been more convenient for people who have trouble walking the flight of stairs (even if 4, low height stairs). There is a stairway right beside the 2 elevator which can be used instead of the elevator to get to the floor you're on (or maybe in case of fire or some other emergency). The front office and room service were available by phone (talking about intercom) even at the 03:00 (or 3 am). The breakfast service is available since before 7 am.

We have been ordering designer cakes for our son's birthday from the Palm tree bakery for the last two consecutive years. We are not only superbly happy with the design and execution but also the ever smiling and amazing staff. A very special mention for Ms. Daniya who is the chief cake designer and baker. She is so good at her craft.

Went to Palm Tree for a social event. The food was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager of the hotel took extra care of us. The location of this hotel is great. I would recommend it for events.

Location is good and near railway station. Rooms are bit smaller and conjugated. Services are very good. Price is high but cleanliness is upto the mark. It has good experience overall.

Very good Hotel for celebration. Food is delicious and service is very good. Best for seminars, meeting, engagement function, Tilak functions, or Any other event. All decoration make it more suitable for celebration. My personal experience is quite good, Hotel staff is very supportive. So recommend Palm Tree hotel to everyone for various functions. Because it located in Marris Road so there is no transport problem. Railway station and bus stand all are situated nearby.

Location is best, staff is good, food quality is b good, good atmosphere for families.

Here, rooms are luxurious in calm environment. It is also a better option for associated meetings and all. I do jot know much about the service though not heard of any downvote from any colleague.

Hotel is Good but driver's room not well as per winter's. Toilet not cleaned in parking Area. Only 4 or 5 cars can park here. Than park your vehicle on roadside.

Aligarh is a 3-tier city. Considering that this is a good place to stay and eat out. They have well maintained the hotel till now. It can be little bit crowded on weekends as Aligarian love this place. Parking is usually not an issue until there is big party or marriage function here.

Our family organised my brother engagement in this hotel on 3rd of December. Palm tree disappoint us by the substandard or inferior services. Everything was imperfect. No proper lighting was there. DJ was unacceptable. When we saw our photographs of engagement we feel very bad and my whole family disappointed. Our guest defame us. — Gunjan Gupta.

It has good infrastructure. As it also has a open roof restaurant and seriously it is an amazing place to go.

All the things are praper very beautiful and the behavior of service is great overall I love it.

It's a very good place in Aligarh to dine with family. Menu is quiet lavish but the place could get a bit crowded and loud on holidays, but that's also a sign of good place. Staff is courteous and helping. Sometimes dishes listed on the menu are not available and that could be a bit irritating. Overall worth the money.

The only good thing about this hotel is it's good service and fine restaurant. As such rooms are okay, no personalisation and totally disapproproate to the rates. The roof top restaurant is a total joke. They can definitely do better, but still miles to go.

Food quality is average sabji and other things are good but butter naan became rubber naan in just 5 minutes after getting served.

Food is quite good, a feast for your taste buds. Service is amazing. Ambiance is quite lovely, perfect for family and small friend gatherings. One might face parking problem if you are with your vehicle, as there is very small dedicated parking space in the front.

I had my sister's engagement done in palm tree and the arrangement made by the staff was amazing. The same goes for rooms which were really spacious. The only issue we had was the cost to food quality ratio. Food was not par it should have been as the cost charged was at par with other hotels who have better food arrangements.

Poor, some very basic faults, All the bathrooms have glass doors, with the person inside the bathroom visible to persons outside. The toilets do not have any ventilation and that leaves the room smelly, Does not have Central air-conditioning, but the rooms have split ACs, but which are rather inadequate and leaves the room hot. We were given a room with two single beds, which were joined together to form a double bed, which kept sliding apart. On asking for an extra bed, though a mattress and bed cover were provided, no mattress was provided. Blankets are rather narrow. Bathroom lights and other room lights are not working. The service is very tardy and take their in sweet time.

I like rosted nd chicken chilli… well good in taste and clean surrounding but smell was unwanted… and lighting system is quit not good as u have selected brown theme colour every where. But staff members are respectful and very cooperative.

Ambience was good. The food was tasty, be it italian or sizzler or north Indian. But I felt that somewhere it lacked in service. Took a bit longer in serving the food. Rest all was good.
