Great Place for a destination wedding. The place is pretty easy to get to. The staff was very humble and coordinating. The room service was good. Swimming pool is clean. Food cooluld have been better. Had great fun at my friend's wedding.

Great place to stay, super ambience, food is not great not bad. Breakfast is quite ok ok… can take it in package. Nice lawns, quite a family space. The only problem with this place was slow service of staff. Though staff is smiling and are happy to help … they can improve their efficiency. Room intercoms we're not working and they didn't even repair it.

Worst hotel with worst staff with rude behavior. My daughter organized a very nice trip for our silver jubilee anniversary & they ruined it completely. Their staff is really horrible. They really think as if the customers are stupid. No electricity. Hotel should change their whole reception desk staff they are really annoying and misbehaving with people & miscommunication. Laxman from your staff have a very rude and arrogant behavior should put him out of the hotel first or organize a proper training to work on his behavior & communication, tone.

It was a great experience to stay here. Good staff, great room, cleaned regularly, but even though they have a bar menu they never have any cocktails or alcohol available.

Its fantastic stay out there… its family outing … we stay there for 1 night two days… excellent property… Good service… Ambience is also good… food was also tasty… two storey cottage types room … interior of rooms were also excellent and with Rajwadi touch…

I am giving the rating of 1 so that atleast I can give the review otherwise below than this could be better Justice. Highly unprofessional and unmanaged resort. Worst quality of food, should definitely visit if you want to ruin your holiday.

A nice resort to spend time with family. Though the quality of food has gone down since it has come under the management of Justa group.

Rooms are spacious but smell and need repair work. Staff is rigid and not very responsive. Place with good potential but not managed very well.

Good hotel with swimming pool. Nice lawn. Rooms are well maintained. However, food is too costly. Better to have complimentary breakfast from hotel and rest from outside.

Good clean rooms. Prompt service for a resort. They have a restaurant in the hotel. Good food and great service with a smile. The breakfast buffet in the morning is promptly refilled. The pool is bigger than most hotels recreation pools, big enough to get some lap swimming.

This is not a 4* star hotel as most of the reviews mention. The reception area might be the best looking place of the hotel. We were given a room with no working exhaust fan which was known to the hotel staff. Upon asking them to repair it they outrightly refused that it cannot be done now. We had to ask for towels and shower gel which you expect any hotel to give you without asking. The hotel does have some facilities like swimming pool, badminton, cricket etc. The in house restaurant is the only eatery around the hotel so it's suggested to have food outside on the way to the hotel otherwise you'll have to pay for the exorbitantly priced food in the restaurant. The breakfast also is a let down unless you like an English breakfast for yourself in the morning.

Place is Amazing. Dream wedding destination for the most of us. Just one thing I'd like to point out, is the management. Their wedding planner is a pain in the ass as he was unable to manage the wedding of such level. I kindly advise to employ your own wedding planner instead of the one which the place offers.

A beautiful hotel with some of the most amazing hosts (both the management and the staff). The buffet dinners as well as breakfasts are pretty good. A very very good hotel to stay in, while you are in Udaipur.

Rooms are amazing and the environment is as fresh that can be. Room service and food was good and tea was the best.

Justa is “just a” waste of good resources. Save your money and spend it in other places. This place is not setup to serve the needs of tourists. The place lacked basic amenities like a room heater and a bottle of water. We were booked in this place by our tour guide so I wanted to post this review to make sure others don’t make the same mistake. The restaurant over served tea and charged for the extras that were wasted. The chefs are hired without requisite training and don’t prepare any authentic dishes. We ordered butter chicken and it was very spicy. There was no manager on duty to address any concerns we raised.

Nice Resort. All Tha lawns are beautifully maintained. Pool side area is nice. Food is also awesome. Hospitality needs improvement. Villas are less lit but beautifully decorated.

It's a great place to stay. The food was delicious. I enjoyed everything. The services that we were provided with were pretty good too… We had lots of fun.

One of the best Resort to relax in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Food and service are excellent, staffs are friendly and co operative. Spacious rooms and large garden and pool, private parking.

Very calm and well maintained property. Simply beautiful. Stayed for 4 nights, money spent was worth it. Courteous staff and quality food. The portion size is small and that is something management must work upon…

Just Rajputana is in Udaipur yet away from the congestion. Has good rooms, villas, spa, outdoor swimming pool, etc. The rooms were adequately furnished but can be done better. Overall a pleasant stay.

Brilliant resort in terms of everything. Would definitely recommend everyone. I'd also visit again. Food is very good but Wi-Fi maxes out at 28 kbps. Have fun browsing with that! :D.

Quiet and with good services.

Thought negative which turned totally incorrect Before booking I observed that there were many negative reviews however after I checked in I received a humble check in, prompt service, neat and clean spacious, well equipped, organized and beautiful room. In the restaurant there were so many options in the buffet and ala carte menu. Housekeeping was prompt. I don't know how come people had pictures of broken furniture in the negative reviews, however in the deluxe room which was provided to us had impeccable neat and clean furniture. The only opportunity was in the LED. It could have been little bigger. Overall the stay was worth driving all the way from Delhi to Udaipur. Love it.

Beautiful property with less professional staff, especially room service. Don't expect good room amenities like good tv, Wi-Fi, etc. Need huge improvement. Food seems like good but be careful it is very spicy.

Close to sightseeing places. Has a traditional palace like structure and gives a nice ambience. Swimming pool is okay but poorly lit in the evening. Rooms are not what you expect for a four star hotel. Clean, a bit small and shady. Bathroom's we stayed in were not well maintained. Food is okay, nothing great. Service is pretty good and the staff is quite pleasant as well.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are spacious, but the service, while it is 'good ', is very disappointing. It is very far from downtown in an area fea.

Nice place on little away from center of the city but well connected with local conveyance. Food ambience staff is good. Value for money. Plz note this is not situated on lake pichola area. It is near sec 11

Lovely Resort Awesomely Superß

It is a nice property, large and spacious. Rooms are good and have a cheerful look! It is a bit on the outside but if if you have access to a vehicle then there are no issues!

Bad room service a/c also not working properly at all rooms so don't come in summer worstly maintained resort Rat (mouse) was there in our bathroom Won't come again.

Vry poor service… vry costly food and vry low in quality. Room n other services r vry poor. I ll nvr advice to anyone to go there.

Nice Rajasthani style resort, not too far from the city center.

We had booked 3 rooms and paid the full amount in advance. While booking we had clearly mentioned that we need the 3 rooms on the ground floor and next to each other. Also our return flight was in the evening and hence we had requested for a late checkout at around 5 for 1 room. We also had a written document clearly confirming both the request. Inspite of this both the request were not immediately honored. We had to get into an ugly argument which spoiled the entire mood. Moreover none of the rooms had fridge, we again had to get into a through and fro calls with the JUst booking office to get this sorted. One of our rooms toilet was not cleaned well, the toiletry were not provided on all rooms, The tea/coffee items were not refilled after the room was clean. The swimming pools did not have the towels and it took 15 mins to get one, while my son was shivering in the cold. Nor was the food good.
