It was an amazing experience to be at this place. Udaipur is a paradise in real. And u can feel that paradise from this place. Keep growing.

It's the best experiencie that we had in India. The best hotel than we stayed in this county, yo will stay here like in home. I really recommend to spend more than one night, we canceled other hotels to stay here more days, and it was the best decision in the trip.

A great family run hotel in fantastic location. I'd say the standard is pretty avarage, no toiletries or soap but the room is comfortable. The highlight is certainly the rooftop restaurant! We didn't find a better view of Udaipur anywhere else, it's just perfect from there. The food was great and fairly priced but prepare for a long wait (around an hour for mains).

Really a very good hotel in Udaipur. During my stay I felt that I am staying in a relative's house, not in a hotel. This hotel is a family operated hotel. All members of owners family are very helpful and friendly. Specially the owner madam and her husband are so caring. The rooftop restaurant is also an attractive place in this hotel. Foods are hygienic, tasty and various types of veg and non veg foods are available there. Restaurant staffs are also very co operative and caring. Very gud n comfort had a roof top restaraunt with a nice view of city palace n lake pichola its run by a family very warm friendly peoples eager to help u every way even their guoide n driver mr abdul rauf is a kind n gud person he cared to show us every part of udaipur with a smile… Great keep going hotel star lake team.

Bien placé dans une rue calme, auberge familiale et sympathique. Bon anglais, chambre spacieuse et correcte, rooftop très bien orienté avec vue sur levé et couché du soleil, le lac, le palais. Nourriture très bonne également.

Look no further, this is the best stay I had in India. The rooftop restaurant has the best view in all of Udaipur, the food was very good and the family owning it are so helpful, friendly and especially trustworthy. You would make a mistake to go somewhere else!

Really homely little hostel by lake pichola. The rooms are cozy but not super modern. The food is cooked an extremely homely fashion.

Room have ample space and very nice ambience. Staff is just like home, I mean u wont even notice the difference of staying at hotel and staying in comfort of your home. Services are also quite good. Terrace view of lake pichola and hotel taj lake palace is worth everything. Food is homemade quality. Travelling to city palace and bagore ki haveli, lake pichola is at walking diatance. Many other facilities and shops also at walking distance. I would highly recommend it. Must go.

Very bad experience. Overcharge you for food and room, tap in bathroom is always leaking, room are really small for their price, no view from the room to lake.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are very good. Finding the hotel is a bit tough though.

Basic hotel with clean rooms and a great hot water shower. Family run and thus very friendly staff. The view from the terrace is amazing especially after sunset, when the palaces light up.

Excellent location. Charming old house but a clean up is required (bathroom of the first upper room) … Noisy. Value for money just ok.

This is a great place if you want to have views and photos and is very pleasant at night.

I'm very happy with the services. It's very important that a hotel should provide you good food for the good price and hotel lake star delivers that standards. It was very homely feeling to stay there nice hotel view too.

Nice owners, warm and welcoming. Pretty friendly atmosphere. Nice location positioned near the lake and centre. Really liked the neighbourhood it's located in, people were extremely helpful. However the place could do with some work. Booked a double bed, found we were given a room right next to the reception area and could hear everything from the owners and other guests. Inaddition shower head and TV didn't work. Lots of small other problems but I won't list them it's india what do you expect for that price.

The site is pretty good location and the room in general. But careful not to fieis the water that you can sell the Lady = s did not have bottles and told us that he had a purifier that cleaned the water for 2 H blabla and a few hours later I had the worst intoxication of my life xd.

It was mesmerizing! The view was beyond the expectations! Also the crew was very cooperative :) Plz do visit this place! Worth it :)

It's a good place in heart of city, with economic stay, a little bit inside city.

People are nice here. I got a beautiful Henna by boss wife.
