The service is good I visited in a event in backyard of hotel and the owner of the hotel was there the service was and his behaviour was good.

Good service, rooms are quite nice.

Hotel residency was very good palace for tourists as well as localities. The rooms were very fresh and airy. Halls were very neat and clean. But I did not like the custo6 service there.

Best hotel best service and good quality food.

Staff supportive but not well trained. Extreme shortage of staff. Expect delay of one hour for any room service you ask for. You have to remind them for everything iteratively. Staff is supportive and humble.

Quite and dark place to have a couple of sips and talk. The restaurant and bar are available on roof top with great view as well.

Worst bar its like a thekka… worst service I am jodhpurian and believe me dont come here for drink.

Very conjusted environment, wouldn't recommend as it isn't in a prime location, currently some construction work is going on infront of the hotel, so it's really disturbing. The room services are okayish and the baar doesn't live up to the expectations. Overall, I would rate it as an average hotel.

Value for money stay. Roof top restaurant is really good.

Average Budget hotel. Rooms were not maintained properly. Average food quality. But, staff is polite and Helpful.

The manager the hotel is not cooperative he initially promised me to give some service which was later denied. Rest all service is good but the property is old and bathroom equipments are primitive.

Everything was nyc but less light (artificial) in rooms, hot water issues, room service issues, rooftop is just a show off for potentia customers. Better opt for Cosmopolitian hotel. Near jodhpur station.

Nice place, but lacks proper parking space, very unmanaged parking, nd visitors are asked to park in tge nearby Street, where there is a risk of scratches and hits.

Located on the main street, the hotel has spacious, comfortable suites. The staff were extremely discrete and highly professional, you'd be hard pressed to find a fault here.

It's around 3 km from Jodhpur main bus stand. It took 10 mins by auto, fare around Rs. 80. Railway station is also near the boundaries from this place. Good clean hotel rooms, Mehergrah fort is almost 3 to 4 km from this place. Overall good place to stay in Jodhpur.

Booked via Thomas Cook and felt cheated by the lack of facility and poor service. Obviously Thomas Cook made all the money and booked us in cheap hotel. Which century are we living in! If a hotel cannot supply hot water and the staff had to bring hot water in bucket. Did not realise that we will be dumped in a low end hotel like this.

Very bad hotel that I had experienced through out in my life. Very rude and arrogant hotel GM (Mr. Sharma). Unhygienic breakfast with tasteless food. Buffet is set up is on bar counter with 5 ft height. Oily food with different colors and sizes of spoons, mismatched plates and bowls. A Hotel with No hot water from check in till check out and promised to provide hot water in bucket but no body came with water. Bad smells in bathrooms with broken tiles and all. No exhaust system. I had booked two rooms for two days and get checked out in 1 day just due to these all. Specially with Mr Sharma when we spoke to him than started shouting on us that in this amount you can get only this. He has no manners how to even talk to any one. The same way he was talking to others as well even with the staffs. Very Very Very bad behavior of GM of Hotel Residency Palace and its not a hotel its just a income machine as they all think. I hate Residency and its services…!

Only rooms are good. All other things are worst. Disappointed customer service. They do not care about people as the main source of revenue is their bars. Family should not come here.

Best hospitality in the mid center of the city. Large rooms with all basic amenities and most exclusive is high speed internet. Roof top Restaurant add extra features and most importantly very nice helpful and courteous staffs.

I had stayed in this hotel in moth of December for a period of 18days in this period I hav not faced any problem other side the receptionist are well behaved and trained. And room service is also good nd decent room boys r there with quick bar services. Planning to stay next time also. Thumbs up.

I visited this hotel on 28 December. We reach hotel at 10.45 AM and we have to wait for the rooms for 40 minutes. It was decided with the manager that we will get front side rooms but they provide us backside rooms whose condition and view was not good. After this we raised this issue and they offer us two different rooms. Now coming to the room conditions and quality of service 1 — Wifi was extremely slow 2 — No spare quilts are available 3 — My daughter was not feeling well and she unfortunately vomit on bed sheet and quilt. After several phone calls the housekeeping man comes and change the bedsheet and take away the quilt but we didn't get another quilt as they no spare one. Instead they offer blanket that to having holes in it. 4 — The AC can be used only for cooling purpose and its stripes were abscent. So I was afraid of using it as my daughter can put her hand inside it. 5 — In another room it was found that the inner side of quilt have blood stains on it. 6 — If you have any issues with the service no one from management side will be available in the night or in the early morning 7 — no exhaust were available in bathrooms.

All over the place is good, you can get nice experience by staying here, you will get all sight views from the rooftop, food is awesome &fresh … lovely place…

Good accommodation. Rooms are neat and clean. Restaurant at basement is worth a try. Open air restaurant on the roof primarily used to serve drinks, so you may head there/avoid as per your preferences. Service is a bit slow, but got much better at my insistence. Mangers are very polite and helpful. Some 3 kms from railway station, autos available round the clock. Affordable place to stay. Recommended.

Amazing experience. We were having booking of 2 days but we reached there very late mean next day and our room was released. But they arranged and helped us very well. They provided us the room later but before that they accommodate us in GM office which was excellent feeling for us. Rooms were neat and clean, food taste was amazing, all staffs were very helpful and supportive especially The Assistant General Manager Mr. Pradeep was very kind and helpful for us. He never make us feel sad and alone anyway. In all we loved the trip. I recommend all to stay here to feel like home.

The best budget hotel in whole Rajasthan. We stayed in 5 different hotel in five different cities but this hotel takes it all. Perfect food, Rooms and room service. Only four stars because of some short comings which was personally attended by the owner of the hotel, Mr. Rathore.

Food was amazing especially paneer ki sabji was mindblowing.
