Worst customer service ever experienced. And when you share your complaint the owner comes out and shouts and fights. Ill mannered owner and untrained and unprofessional staff. They don't even serve water with food. Lots of cleanliness and hygiene issues.

If you are travelling with senior citizens and expect them to get fractured legs, then look no more, you have come to the right place. Glazed tiles at ground floor, at certain steps… WOW! Manoj ji, didn’t expect this from you. You seem to so nice to talk to… please take sincere care of this, instead of dusting responsibility off your shoulders. Rest things like budget, location breakfast is OK for the price. Try lunch and dinner at your own risk. I did… wish hadn’t.

Location is good. They don't have Restaurant facilities. Near by there is no good hotels.

It’s not the first time I am here. Actually it is a 4th. I am coming back to the same place because it always feels like you stay at home. A staff is friendly, the owners make everything for to feel safe and the most important — you can trust them completely in everything what they say. No hidden interest or anything. You should try the food there. Made with care and understanding what is good food. It’s nice to have dinner on the roof terrace. But after 18.00 only. Otherwise it’s still might be hot on the sun. They are constantly improving. Now the internet is available in all the building and even on the roof terrace. I know where I stay when I come back to Jaipur.

This was one good memory than a room with two beds. The host were super friendly and had a great time. The cook did a good job in making our stomachs happy.

Perfect place for a stay at Jaipur. Sneh deep guest house is a home with a pretty garden situated at a good location. Hosts are warm and friendly and are keen to interact with the guests. They offer info about the city and whatever help they can. Delicious traditional food is available upon order. Altogether, this guest house is worth the money spent and its highly recommended.

A worst place to stay. On arrival not a single glass of water offered to any member of the group, not to​ talk of tea as is usual everywhere on the receiption. No water for drinking, no water for wash and bath, no inverter in the power cuts, TV recharge lapsed thus no TV, no refrigerator in the room as shown in the promo, on enquiry refrigerator out of order, after​ ordering no tea even after waiting for tea for 3 hours on 02, 07, 2017 evening (Indian) as there is no maid or male to attend and he was drunk and his wife reportedly​ sleeping. No meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner is available. What is most funny he said that he doesn't allow outside eatables to be consumed inside when he doesn't provide anything eatables from inside. You have to go out for everything from consumables to eatables, if so then why to stay there. Before leaving I advised him to either do it properly or leave this business instead of defaming the name of this business and avoid defaming the name of the Pink City.

It is a well managed guest house at affordable cost. All important tourist places are in range of 3 to 5 kms.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The owners of this private establishment are fantastic to stay with, extremely helpful in making your stay uncomplicated and interesting giving lots of local knowledge of the best places to see and things to do. The meals are home cooked and delicious. Cooking classes are available on request. Lady of the house has a PHD in Food and Nutrition. The rates are goods and it is quite easy to get around. You will be staying in a Family environment and treated like family. I highly recommend Sneh Deep Guest House to anyone wanting a wonderful experience in Jaipur.

I've been in Sneh Deep already three times. Because of the friendly atmosphere, good service, fantastic food (one should not miss it! ). I could get sincere advice on how to survive and how to enjoy in the country and in the city. Basically I am getting here everything what I need. I'm looking forward to come back again.

The place was ok ok. We stayed there with oyo reference… Best thing about the place was owners behaviour… uncle, unty are very good and interactive. Food was fine… but overcharged. Worst thing was owner son's way of excusing for things you ask like normal drinking water, ignoring guest if u ask him to sortout some problems in rooms… except some more incidents like this. The place was ok to stay for a day or two.

Good home stay in Jaipur Rajasthan. Safe and peace fool.

Friendly, family run guest house located on a quiet residential street, about a 10 min autorickshaw ride from the old walled city of Jaipur. The owner, Manoj, is a conservationist and keen bird watcher, has excellent knowledge of places to visit in and around Jaipur and can give advice on other destinations around India. The excellent home cooked meals are also worth staying in for.

A wonderful place with wonderfull poeple. they help us making our journey accross North india with no charges (spent more than 3 hours arranging the trains, busses and plane) and visiting Jaipur for a minimal price. A place like that we want to see more in India! We recommand this guesthouse.
