Nice big garden to relax in. All day restaurant and good food and coffee. No alcohol here. You can buy beer nextdoor. Cash machine close as well.

We stay in this hotel everytime we visit Jaipur. Staff is very friendly. Peaceful place. Great Hospitality. Love their home made kinda tasty food. Book Ur stay this place will win Ur. It's my 4th stay here.

I have been to Jai Niwas Hotel, chain of Arya Niwas. Trust me it is the worst experience of my life. I came Jaipur for official work and booked 2 Super Deluxe Room in the Ground floor. After 1 night the receptionist Mr. Manish Chauhan called us next morning after we left for work & asked to change our room to 1st floor which we denied. But in the evening after we come back we found our rooms have been shifted to 1st floor without permission & our rooms have been given to other guests. I was shocked to see the hospitality of the hotel where after repeated denial of changing our room in the morning they intentionally moved my personal belongings & luggage to somewhere else. It was so disrespectful & undignified to a guest who had already paid the same amount and moving a female guest’s belongings without her sheer permission & knowledge. I will strictly not recommend this hotel to anybody. Just by having a brand name & few foreign guests in the hotel doesn’t make it worth it. The staffs specially the receptionist Manish & the manager (who is suppose to be aware of all this, but comes in picture after the mishap has already been done) are super irresponsible & untrained to manage this.

Room was very small and not upto the mark. Requested 2 times to change the room. Their focus is only foreign visitors. Not even provided room for extra 2 hrs. Not worth it. Only good part is staff of restaurant.

If I score 109, I'll score 100. A hotel with a high price. The service is very formal. Breakfast is general. The restaurant is great, dinner is fine, better than in clean formal.

Beautiful place, good food. Service needs to be improved as its a bit slow. Loved the ice cream Sundae. You get so much peace there. Place to visit with friends, family or loved one.

Good hotel and management in jaipur. It provides high quality services in a medium budget. Pure vegetarian fresh food. The management of the hotel gives you all the facilities which are required to give their best. It is situated at the picked location.

A very good place to stay in Jaipur. We had taken two rooms in their new wing. Well maintained clean rooms. Their restaurant has a limited but good menu. Strongly recommended.

Perfect. Excellent value for money, staff friendly and attentive, breakfast varies little but this all very rich, next to the beautiful Italy where you eat decent at a good price although the cafeteria have have a selection of dishes for lunch and dinner homemade type and Cheapie! The room is comfortable, fair and with quiet air conditioning. Important: The souvenir shop next to the lounge has the best prices we have encountered between Delhi, Agra, Varanasi and Jaipur.

For those of you who want a slightly cheaper hotel but of excellent quality, this is it. It's not exactly a budget hotel, you will shell out a little bit of your money but the maintenance of the hotel and the overall cleanliness is absolutely brilliant. While I won't necessarily appreciate the food rest of the day, the buffet breakfast had quite the variety. Each day it has an Indian spread as well as food suitable for the foreign visitors (eggs, omelette, baked beans with bread and so on). The hotel is ideally located near the biggest road in Jaipur. A few kilometers will take you to bapu bazaar. It's a safer place to be in, if that's one of your criteria. Do not forget to visit the small clothes shop just opposite the hotel's main entrance.

Best place to stay n Jaipur. 4 star quality at the price of a 2 stat accommodation. The food served here is best I have had in the city in terms of health. There are a lot of vegan options available along with tasty and good for stomach vegetarian food. The environment of the place is also very classy.

This place is really good. It's got the real old school charm of Jaipur. Care has been taken to maintain the old feel of Jaipur. From the architecture to the interiors everything feels great and comfortable and more importantly homely. Didn't get a chance to taste the food though but I'm they'll keep up to their standards. Rates for the hotel are also quite reasonable and also located in the heart of the city.

Very good place with nice ambience and quality food. I have stayed this place many times now in last 3 years and I have all good experience. Its kind a of second home at Jaipur. The staff at reception and cafe are very courteous and supportive. They have many outing events planned including Ranthambore tiger reserve visit and many other existing trips inside Rajasthan. They also have local massage service, yoga sessions, travel help desk, traditional arts, folklore sessions etc.

I am not a hotel guest, but go to the café and can only recommend it, besides it is like a small oasis in the tumult and roar of Jaipur.

Lovely vegetarian home cooked style food. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Do not take a room at the backmost parts as you can hear the sounds of the street behind. The staff is very courteous. When I had issues with my room they sweetly changed it the next day to a better room. The service is quick and their ginger tea is very good.

Very beautiful and cosy place tucked away right in the heart of old city, yet away from all the hustle and bustle. Great for all groups — families, friends and couples. They have superb service, clean rooms, nice restaurant (vegan), a lounge/library, meeting rooms, gift/souvenir shop, and beautiful garden and lawn area with seating arrangements. Loved the place when I visited with family. Thanks Arya Niwas team!

Food is like home made food. You can choose small small curry from the display. Nicely maintained garden. Very neat & clean. Everyone must visit once for lunch with family. My all time favourite. Staffs are very happy mood & co-operated.

Hotel nice. Morning complimentary breakfast very good. But don't ever accept the travel itinerary prepared by the hotel people. Get the vehicle and plan accordingly to your will and wish as per your places of interest.

Hotel is a very good property at a reasonable price. Food is also very good and the staff is very helpful and polite. Cleanliness is average and can be improved. They can also consider providing the bathroom kit in the rooms. Overall a good experience in a given budget. Recommended for budget holiday.

One of the best hotels in terms of cleanliness, ambience, food & customer service. I stayed there for 10 days and its much popular amongst foreign tourist as well. It's beautiful garden, cleanliness and food quality are superb. Best for familes and friends. However entrance lane leading to hotel gate should be properly washed once a day as its is very dirty. Surrounding commercial buildings are full of filth and beer bottles. Their owners to be sensitised.

Beautiful Hotel very close to the city wall. Very calm, despite of being only a few steps away from a main road. Nice breakfast, clean (maybe a bit small) rooms, a shower that works. Very helpful workers :)

I like these medium sized rooms with ceiling painted in typical Rajasthani patterns. You can see most of foreigners residing here but I think they are here through travel agencies and not by preference. They have a huge lawn for dining its a good thing. Rooms are clean. Restaurant is costly and the quantities is very less. You can get good food nearby. Sindhi camp bus stand is walkable distance from here. They also provide some safari rides. Room rent is little bit over priced.

Absolute let down … Grrr… Hopelessness abound… Only the facade is OK. I asked for a change of room. Declined. Its just a cot that's all. No sense of space. They just wanna make money. Restaurant I take my word back; saved the hour :) I think I was very critical of the whole enterprise. Maybe I was expecting too much from too little. They helped me ultimately in more ways than I can imagine. I would give the restaraunt still big numbers for all their food. The entrance to the hotel is crap — but then its nice enough if its not raining — you can take a chair and sit in the garden :) REMEMBER : check the room type they give before you pay upfront — ask the front desk to show you the room. Saves a lot of trouble :)

Its a simple place which gets all the basics right. This is not a 4 star or a 5 star property but a more of a travellers guest house. It is located slightly away from the main roads of jaipur so you dont get troubled by the office hours traffic yet it is very well connected by the local transportation options. The staff is very humble and extremely helpful.

Visited this place during Diwali vacations was mesmerized to see the service standards and hygiene in the hotel. Also one thing I would love to mention is there tipping policy, it is guest & management friendly. (tips in tip box only. ) During my checkout I approached the reception asked about the tip, they denied to take it with a smile on there face.

Spent two weeks in India. Stayed here for Diwali. Excellent! Had a great room with balcony, beautiful courtyard for their good breakfasts. The food is available the rest of the day and is an excellent value, if not very spicy compared to everywhere else. Has continental options as well. Taxis and ATM and other amenities readily available at the corner. Only downside is difficulty getting to it as major street nearby is one way, another has a horrible construction intersection, and the back streets don't go through, mostly. Also rooms only come with separate beds. At least they're easy to move together!

My father, a senior citizen of this country had visited the hotel, Arya Niwas, last week for his medical treatment in jaipur. The hotel administration removed his luggage without his presence from his room and shifted it to some other room because they were expecting a group of guests. The luggage which was open and scattered was transferred by staff in his absence and the hotel did not even have the courage to give a written apology and compensation. They contin…ued to indulge in counter accusations and insulted him. There tone of talking clearly rude. I am very dissapointed that my father who is old got such a treatment. Further, as per my conversation with the hotel reception, the luggage was shifted without his presence because of the carelessness of the facility staff and because they had to accommodate a group which had come in.
pls note that if a guest is caused discomfort then apology and compensation is a right for every traveler. I sincerely hope that in the spirit of the "athithi devo bhava" this will be looked into. Stayed between: 12th oct to 16th oct.

I guess it's the best that the city offers, restaurant serves the best home cooked meals beats all others hands down, full marks to the bansals.

This is just about the restaurant in the hotel. It is called Café Chitra from what our travel guide told us. The area around the hotel is, well, not really inviting. We just went to the restaurant because of good reviews, we actually stayed somewhere else. So it took us some time to get there. But it was totally worth it. Even though it is a half self service restaurant (place your order at the counter, pay for it, get a number and the food is served at your table), I totally recommend it. I chose a variety of Indian food: delicious and tasty, well spiced and all this for a really good price.

The best for quality and price.

We were very happy with the services at this hotel. Breakfast on the front lawn was bliss! The hotel serves great value food, esp pasta and salads. There is a good book and souvenir shop and helpful staff that make this place worth trying. The rooms are pleasant but check out a few before deciding on the one you like.
