They cheated me of some breakage charges when perhaps it was already broken. Cheats. Will never recommend
besides the manager was so rude. He hid my luggage and didnt give it to me till I paid never seen this kind of behaviour anywhere. Have travelled the world sad. Bad experience their food is very below average too.

They said unlimited drinks and unlimited food but the only thing unlimited there was *DEMAND* only.

Excellent pool and a Large Banquet. A perfect resort for destination weddings. There is a helipad too for a super luxury experience.

This hotel is beautiful nothing near by to walk out to we love eating in local restaurants but nothing near by. Great welcome garlands and drinks and tour of this old palace if want rooms comfortable bathroom needed some touch ups on closer look but is kept to keep that Rajasthan feel. Some restoration was taking place and service was slow but that’s India. You won’t find this hotel anywhere else it’s truly unique.

Good & Courteous Staff but seems to over react for even our small queries! May be forced to act like this?! Room is good and spaceous — doesn't suffocate. Food taste is ok. Cost of stay is the major concern. Prices are high by 50-60% when compared to other hotels. If they reduce, it's really worth to stay here.

Fantastic infrastructure, good hospitality. Use of gold in interiors of hotel can overwhelm you. Ordering food can be bit expensive and can cost you anywhere between 1500-2000 for starters only.

The worst wedding in a hotel I've been to. They didn't provide sealed water bottles. Service is very poor and they are under staffed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The AC doesn't work properly in the summers and the entire hotel is hot.

Nice well kept n Cool ambience, testy food, check beforehand if the pool is functional, in 3 days stay it was non functional due to various reasons, courteous staff.

Very good destination for destination marriage in jaipur good accommodation good lawns but cost is little bit high appreciate distance from jaipur amer is also very near if for marriage you need more rooms than see at kukkas area or near la meridian.

This resort was so good and there staff so awesome mainly miss. Shavani chahar work is so great really hard work staff of hotel.

A hotel that on the face of it looks fantastic but scratch beneath the surface and all is not well. An amazing entrance with chandeliers and statues greets you. Staff at the front desk are friendly. The suite we eventually got upgraded to was a real improvement on the average room we first recieved. However, the hotel caters mainly for conferences and weddings. Don't expect to see any other holiday makers! If you'd like a drink at the bar forget it as its closed and don't think you can sip a drink in the lobby, that's not allowed. The restaurant is terrible. Dirty tables, no ambience and badly attired staff. If I was you don't bother. Go down the road and stay in the new Marriott.

We visited for a Marriage function. Property was Nicely decorated, with ample car park. Light arrangement were also good. Some place though required more light but most better illuminated.

Shiv vilas resort is a nice place to visit. I went their because of a marriage ceremony. The looks and construction of the resort truly is inspired from rajasthani culture. Staff and every person were very good with their service.

An excellent place for organising events. Good environment. Food is tasty.

A Luxurios Palace totally made of marble, big front Garden, a Grand Lobby with Piano being played morningand evening, very Comfortable rooms. Very Courtious Staff and a talanted Chef managing the Dining Area.

But GM AND specifically Front Office Manager Mr IP YADAV are the most Dishonest people An Owner Can Get
They Fool The Guests get rude with them
They Fool Their Staff
I have Already Filed A complaint With Nearest Police Station Against them And Filed A case Against them as well
They Keep Staff Documents And Don't Release the salaries

This place is awesome. It's built as palace and you will get that feel as soon as you enter it. From welcome to lobby to interiors to staff. It's lobby is huge and one of the attractions. At every place in hotel you will feel grand royal luxury. Staff is very polite and helpful. They took extra efforts to make us comfortable. On request we were allowed to drop luggage few days early and also allowed late check-out. Rooms also have one of the best interiors and clean. All staff provided personal attention and even provided exclusive tour of property. Food was also great and restaurant staff even prepared items not on menu on request. There was live ghazal performance at restaurant for dinner and live piano performance almost whole day in Lobby. It's a palace and gives you perfect feel of royalty.

At the beginning of the room was quite dissatisfied, air-conditioning problems, faucet water is too small, as well as the smell of the paint choke nose. After the reaction of the team leader and so on into different room type, the room became quite characteristic, very have the Palace antique feeling.

That is a biggie. Too costly but really a magnificent place. If you are planning to stay there, make sure to talk about its architecture with the manager, they do have used a lot of real gems. Do search about its Swarna Mandir. Lucky that I had a company sponsored trip. :D.

The place is heaven! It’s a big property. Rooms are spacious and gives your feel of royalty. Food is good too The place is well maintained and has some amazing spots to feel at peace and experience luxury! Must visit place for destination wedding, a family get together or weekend masti!

My stay of 2days was excellent in shiv Vilas resort, staff was very nice and sweet, general manager is very cooperative. I felt like maharani in Maharaja suite.

The property was good. Food was decent although I would have liked a little more options. The only problem was that staff wasn't qualified enough. While having dinner a asked a waiter to bring me breads. He bought me a peice of bread with butter. Its on the highway so the city centre is 30-40 min drive.

The resort is a bit far from the main city so you need to plan accordingly. The facilities could do with an upgrade. When booking, please be aware that TDH / BBQ in halfboard meal man just mean the buffet at either dinner or lunch. It's not a course meal. When starting dinner, that staff will ask if you want sparking water, please note that is not part of the meal and will cost extra. In saying that, the staff has been very helpful and polite. Overall, this is a resort so if you are not an extreme active traveller and just want to relax then it's fine :)

Such a wounder full stay. The entire hotel staff very helpful and kind. I was staying with this Hotel last week with my parents. They are having very good variety in buffet break fast. The food is delicious. Special thanks to Chef harish sharma for their help and nice recommendations. They made special food for my parents as per their liking. Highly recommend. I could have given five stars. As such a grandparents resort failed to make arrangements for a fresh milk coffee and tea. No reason is acceptable for it grand gesture towards it's guest.

Located just outside the city of Jaipur, Shiv Vilas is a decent place if you plan to drive to Jaipur. The hotel is a palatial property with good rooms and decent food.

Rooms are great. One can enjoy pool and sauna. Food is also good. Slightly expensive though.

Today 30 Oct 2017 I am at shiv vilas resort kukas, Room no 1105, But surprised to there poor management. After so many reminder they can not server drinking water. If any body want to book this hotel for marriage plz do not book, so far, no taxi, cab available. I have also video for their poor service and others. I can not given even single star to him.

Feel like a Maharaja. Secluded from busy Jaipur. Very calm and serene. The hotel staff is so friendly that you feel right at home. Big swimming pool. Overall I loved my stay and for sure will visit again.

We had our daughter's wedding in December 2015 in Shiv Vilas… the most beautiful venue, full of positive vibes, coupled with the warm hospitality of the management and the staff. We felt absolutely at home for all 4 days. The most important event of our lives is a special memory in the minds of all our guests! Thank you Shiv Vilas for totally satisfying a very demanding and detailed client like us!

We can live as a Maharaja under 20k a day, having good food, hospitality, fun & memories for a whole life.
