Nice budget hotel located in a convenient location. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean. The service was good… Hotel serves limited but nice food… The food is served in the room and is served on time too… overall a nice place to stay if you are visiting Jaipur as it is located close to the major landmarks you would like to visit…

Nice stay. 12 noon Check out Breakfast is bit costly approx 450 per person standard room is good but bathroom is little small. Overall 3 star is perfect for this hotel.

Good basic hotel not luxury. But neat and clean u will get basic amenities and good room. Even base room is good for working or even for family. Food is also good.

Rooms were good with satisfactory service, location of hotel is great as it connects well with city, railway station and sindhi camp. Over all had significant experience.

In summer time try to take bath early in the morning otherwise you will find it difficult to take bath. View is good from room. TV will not be working properly so be prepared for that.

Not so great about this hotel. Location is fine. Reception is on the 3rd floor, and noone is to attend / help you with your luggage at the building entrance. Also you need make a guess yourself about where is the reception. As there are no sign of reception being at the 3rd floor. Rooms are very ordinary, window AC was very old, and every time it was turned on compressor took more than 10-12 minutes to get started. It also made lot of noise. Ironing service is not available, even iron is not sent in rooms. Guests themselves have to go to a common area where iron is kept and they have to do it themselves. Very strange. In room dining menu is like the menus from the street dhabas — color printed and laminated simply 2 page menu. Very chalu. Food was tasteless. Won't come back again.

A week stay for official purpose. Near by railway station n bus stand. Its a 3 star hotel with all facilties. Room is equipped with bed, tv, ac, tea coffee kit, fridge, water with complimentary breakfast. Enough space to work in room. Nice and clean washroom with all the necessary stuffs along with hair dryer. They have dedicated computers for customers if u want to explore. Staff is really polite n helpful. You can g get iron n iron board as well for free if u forget on the pack. Good quality food.

Tata Group hotel situated at Jaipur a 3 star facilities stay is comfortable nice room good food but not having much variety staff is less you have to take your baggage by your on self to the room and service staff is not that much responsive you have call them several times to get your needs. Excellent hotel with fantastic service and a great staff. Rooms were brilliant, food was amazing and decor was superb. Very affordable and extremely value for money. Also loved the ginger mart and the other shopping options.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ginger for 2 nights and I was really really pleased with the hotel. They had a very friendly staff who right from the word go were there to ensure we were comfortable. Whether it was fixing our booking issue or the room service, all members of staff were polite, efficient and knowledgeable about what had to be done. Being a Tata property you do expect a certain level and Ginger went above and beyond. The mart is good idea and helpful for forgetful travelers like me. We ordered for room service and both the food and the service was excellent. The buffet breakfast was pretty great too with decent variety and taste. All in all I really enjoyed my stay here. Unfortunately, being a work visit I wasn't able to enjoy all facilities, but I look forward to visiting their other properties as well as this one again for a longer duration. Well done the staff at Ginger. Keep up the good work:)

The hotel did not disappoint; I had been told that I would experience the real Indian hospitality and I really did. From the check-in until my drop-off at the airport, everything was easy and comfortable. The service is outstanding. Everyone was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to meet my needs. My check-in was late at night and the staff made sure that it was simple so that I could go to bed and rest. The hotel concierge helped me plan a day of sightseeing and organized my transportation around the city. Being a woman traveling alone to India, this made me feel very safe and comfortable as I went to discover some of the temples, gardens and historical buildings of Bangalore. The hotel is located in the city center with great shopping opportunities nearby such as the Commercial Street. Access to the airport is also easy and with the complimentary airport drop-off service, it is very comfortable. All the cars have Wi-Fi, which is great for checking emails during the 60+ minutes the transfer takes. The rooms are decorated with timeless elegance and they are also equipped with an iPad that enables you to manage everything, from lighting to the TV, to ordering in-room dining or having your shirts pressed. Everything is there at the touch of the screen. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant at the Polo Club bar is great, I had one of the best hot chocolate gateaus in my life. The cherry on top of the cake was the complimentary massage at the spa.

The hotel is located on the third floor of the building which in itself is bit weird. The reception staff was very polite. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed, duvets, pillows etc was all clean and tidy! The TV unit is very small as compared to the size of the room. The table provided in the room is small and could accommodate only one laptop (so if you are going for business stay, please keep in mind! ). There was no centralized AC in the room. They have provided window ACs which are good in term of chilling but the noise is too much to handle especially at night! The "In Room Dining" service is great and cheap. Go for they meal (with curry) as the portions are nice and stomach filling. Please do not go for meal (with kebabs) as the portion is too small for one person. The chicken was good and the snacks were great! The complimentary breakfast (buffet) could not leave a mark after I have had the "In Room Dining" service. The options were less but kept warm. Save yourself and do not try the "Sambar". All in all I would say the hotel was value for money but there is still scope for improvement!

The Ginger group of hotels seems to be obsessed with "GINGER" as all of their toiletries are based out of ginger based chemicals (not to mention it's pretty disgusting! ) be it the soap, the shampoo, the conditioner or the handwash. It's highly recommended to get all your toiletries while booking a room with them. The food menu has just a handful of edible items and guests are left with no choice but to eat outside. The food that is served anyway, bears ordinary culinary delight with no great taste. Although there are "NO SMOKING" signs all throughout the hotel, you'll often get to smell the stench of cigarette smoke from multiple rooms where some of the rowdy customers take pride in flouting the norms and mutilating their (and others') lungs. The management needs to tighten the noose and keep a tab on the flamboyant defaulters.

If you are looking for good hotel in Jaipur. It is highly recommended to book Ginger Hotel, Jaipur. Very neat and clean hotel. Cooperative staff members. Its look like new hotel. All facilities are available. Very Nice view from Hotel Room. Thanks.

It's OK. Ok. Check in takes time. Only on Bell boy whom take care all hotel guests luggage. From. Parking to Room. Room didn't found clean it's Stinky. After there all they charge with anthor room. Bathroom without shop and towal. After 2 call bell boy just drop one towal on 2 person. At 5 am start bell the door for Teabags and Sugger. Not suggest stay here after paying 4k +

Stayed at various Ginger hotels whilst in India and this one was by far the best. The hotel was clean and well maintained and smelt nice. The rooms where clean and neat. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Overall highly recommend if you are staying in Jaipur.

Hotel is good with good location. Bath drain was blocked. They had no bottle opener in hotel. Poor service.

Location is good, walkable distance to mall, luxury eating joints. However felt disappointed at the end. May be my expectations from Ginger wad higher. Hotel is 3rd floor onward, lobby should have more functional. Service is poor. Mug was dirty took one hour to arrange. Cleaness was okay, restaurant was is sixth floor. Prices is okay.

However read it fully… Would like to rate 2 for food… God forbid if ever you may need to avail room service (which eventually you may if travelling with family) … They just don't care. Horrible Sales Team. Pathetic Service & their way of dealing with Corporate Customers. I called up the hotel reservation team (Mr. Rajesh) for room booking for 1 night during a time when mostly Hotels are Sold out due to the Christmas Season. The response from the concerned sales person was awful. I was told that the hotel doesn't consider corporate clients during the season. I was shocked to hear the same, as it is these people only who keep cold-calling us during their lean period. On the contrary, when their so-called customer inquiries are high & they can charge anything, they say such haughty words of arrogance. My advise to all corporate client looking for rooms — Please do not visit this Hotel. Let these people understand the importance of corporate clients in their overall business model.
