I stayed at many branches of Ibis considering it's the budget hotel so no expectations. But staying at the Ibis Jaipur was beyond my expectations. It was pretty convenient to stay. The breakfast was amazing I enjoyed every morning! The best thing was the staff. They were polite, caring and very helpful especially Rakesh (not sure if I spell correctly) who helped us out of trouble. The security might be annoying for some guests but for me I really like it. I felt completely safe staying here. Will absolutely recommend to other people and also coming back for the next Jaipur visit.

A very ibis hotel. The name upholds its standards and the quality. Food is good (obviously) and the service is impeccable. Ample of parking available for the guests. Equipped with a pool on the top floor, a gym on the 7th floor and a bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Room service is limited though. Professional staff and well behaved. Also located in the city with restaurants, malls and local markets at a convenient distance.

I booked three rooms through cleartrip and was a bit cheaper than booking it directly. The service was good. Almost like a 5star hotel with a terrace swimming pool and small gym. The bathrooms in the rooms were like a small compartment which was not a good one. Bit the overall experience was superb.

Good affordable hotel with quality rooms. The hotel is easily accessible in Jaipur and is very close to Civil Lines Metro stations. Ample car parking space is available. I reduct one star becoz they don't offer the bag service. It means when checking out you've to carry your own bag to the exit.

Good stay, friendly staff, clean rooms… The rooftop swimming pool is really the best thing, the only con was the size of the room specially the bathroom. Overall nice hotel with good amenities.

I recently went to Jaipur for work and decided to stay at Ibis as I had heard good about the place. The staff is rude. Rooms here are only meant for a single traveler. The restrooms are literally one foot bigger than an aircraft's toilets. They have taken budget hotel there to a whole next level, considering it's not that cheap a room as well. The breakfast served was also of no use; thanks for the bread toast and butter I could eat something before my meeting.

Rooms: 3/5 Bathroom: 2/5 Food: 1.5/5 Services: 0/5 Even though the place was economical and nicely located (just in front of a metro station), I could say that this has been one of the worst hotels I have ever slept in my life. The staff was unfriendly and they seemed not really willing to help or serve. In addition to all the bad things and services, they have a state of art swimming pool which you cannot enter with your own swimwear as they can harm your skin (Strange but true). Also, they can’t serve you tea in your room even if you are willing to pay. If you like flight/plane bathrooms, this place is definitely for you as it equally big. Enjoy your stay.!

Good hotel just near to Jaipur metro Civil lines metro station. Hotel is good with supportive staff and facilities. Just make sure that you don't get over the long flyover or else you have to take a very long way to reach the place.

The service staff at the hotel is highly UNPROFESSIONAL. My parents had a booking for 3 days at the IBIS hotel, and the Duty Manager at the hotel showed unruly behaviour to my parents everytime, either while checking in to the hotel, or asking for Wi-Fi password, or other services that a Hotel is supposed to provide. I rate this a negative starred hotel and would highly recommend people NOT to take this hotel if they want to stay in a peaceful environment.

Very small rooms. Ibis is not so inexpensive so as to expect such small rooms. Very small modular plastic triangular bathrooms. These are moulded plastic encasements in the corner of the room. I am still wondering why they fitted these. You will feel as if you are in toilet slightly bigger than a in-flight toilet.

Alcohol also served here, ice machine is available on every floor. Smoking and non smoking rooms available.

Even after paying more than 2200/-, the Hotel people are charging Rs 50/ — for bathroom slippers which is beyond my imagination. They are even not providing the complementary items like Dentle kit and Shaving kit. Good hotel with good food but courtesy less staff.

Location on main Ajmer road easy to reach. Hotel staff is good and services are great. Overall it is great to stay over the weekend or for few days.

Awesome stay at ibis Jaipur… Helpful and caring staff… They gifted stuff to our kids which was really nice… kids loved it. Pool was nice… Welcome drink was special. Thank you entire staff especially front office team.

We recently hosted a party there. We had a wonderful experience, the service was quick n prompt, the food was awesome n everything was well arranged. We did not have to worry about anything. Rooms are neat and clean, quite, and comfortable. Staffs are courteous and prompt. All amenities are available. Rooftop has a small pool and seating arrangement. Breakfast buffet is good. Bathrooms are little small, and has less space for movement.

Nice place good rates, if checking early ask for day rates. Check in was late by 1hr from promised time. Beds can accommodate only two adults, if travelling with children review again.

Best services and the best brekfast.

Its an average hotel. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner was horrible. Ac in the rooms is a big time trouble. Without informing the customers they would increase the temperature of the room hence when u wake up u find urself sweating. Sometimes they refuse to adjust the temp as well. Size of the room is a bit small. Marriot or holiday inn is a better option.
