Excellent loacation of the hotel with good rooms and restaurant. Big garden for banquets. Staff is very good. Will definitely recommend to our friends. Budget hotel.

I have been to this hotel. Its a nice place. I haven't been there for a wedding. There's a pool a last inside which has timing's, they also have spa's.

Always a pleasure to enjoy a hearty meal here. The jungle maas is not for the faint hearted. The laal maas is a safer bet if you don't feel too adventurous but desire the rustic charm to tingle your taste buds. Both love up to their fiery reputations. Finding a table and parking may be a hassle on weekends specially if there is a wedding in one of several marriage gardens around.

I is a good place to visit with your family or friend. The ambience is good and the service is excellent. Food is amazing.

That's a perfect restaurant to take your family or some guest… The aura is awesome… The food is amazing. Do try vegetarian shworma for soup… And coffee after your meals. The coffee had this amazing flavor… Overall it's a perfect place to spend time with family or so e special guests. Tou could find the cost a bit more than usual… But that we can afford if there are some special guests in the city. I'd say 'go, give it a try'. The manager is an amazing person as well. Really good and polite at handling certain difficult customers.

Hari mahal palace is a nice place to visit or to stay. I recently went there to have dinner with my family and the night couldn't have been much better with all the lavish and delicious food that we were served and the ambiance was cherry on top of the cake.

The extension building is actually service apartments situated behind the heritage hotel. Eastern side of this building is close to railway track and quite noisy. Restaurant is a bit expensive.

Amazing food options and amazing tea variety. Ambiance is too good and classieeeeee. Well connected to the main road. Easy to locate from the main road itself. Amazing park view from the open sitting area… Old heritage type building and classic.

Very nice ambience with open green garden just in front of hotel building, where they also serve breakfast and dinner which you are going to enjoy. They have swimming pool and spa which you can enjoy in your free time. Please note they also have rooms in apartment next to hotel building, so ensure while booking you exactly know what you are booking, else you will get surprises by getting allotted with Apartment service room, which is not at all good in terms of ambience and services.

Ahaaa! Booked a table on my anniversary! Seriously one of the best experience I had. They made my special day :) food staff and yes decoration everything is perfect, light live music was awesome. Must visit place! Thanks.

First of all, it is a not a palace, the rooms we got were in a residential tower flat in a 3 BHK, which was a rude shock. The hospitality was average and basic and not appreciable.

It’s a nice peaceful place with decent hospitality and services. The food is pretty decent but there are still some things they need to work on. I will recommend this place to people.

I booked the room from makemytri and the pictures shown at website are not at all similarbto what I got. They do not have a hotel however they have purchased some 3bhk apartments and treat it as hotel. So you get a common hall and kitchen and a seperate bed room which is very small. I came to sleep only so did not tried anything else.

Gr8 food, authentic Rajasthani taste, best in Jaipur, specially nonveg… Keema bati, lal maas n junglee maas… Too good.

Ok. The good parts, great lawn with nice sitting. Very nice lounge area between 3 rooms, if you are staying with friends or family. And delicious food. The BAD: Pathetic service. Very slow and sluggish. They have problems with simple requests like getting omelette for breakfast takes an eternity. Nobody to complain to. An otherwise peaceful property is frequently disturbed by trains passing every few minutes, at the adjacent tracks. Would not recommend a buffet here. Go for a la carte. Great puppet show though.

Beautiful place to simply relax at. The food is exceptionally good. Service was great as well. I was staying in the family suit. The TVs are CRT and there were a few roaches roaming around, hence no 5 stars.

Serice is good but quite expenaive. Food is tasteless, although desert was included in the dinner but not served. Many better options are out there compared to this.

The hotel is divided into two parts: hotel and service apartments. We stayed in the latter part. It is in dire need of maintenance. Torn bedcovers & curtains, worn out furniture etc makes the otherwise fine property not worth the price they charge.

Rooms were pretty good. Location is very good, easily accessible, near to railway station and bus station. Food is very tasty but the service is very slow. Staff is also polite but less responsive.

Nice hotel in Jaipur. Good restaurant, there is a heritage wing and a service apartment wedding. Heritage wing is the original palace, the apartment wing is a portion of the nearby apartment building. They have some music performance and puppet show in the evenings.

Everything about this heritage hotel is good. The ambience, the food which is finger licking delicious and the staff is great. You would love to stay and experience the truth flavour of Rajasthan as they have some very good folk dances and cultural events in the evening. Please do not miss the lal mass. It's more than a brilliant thing on the menu. Also you should not miss the dzurt which is their in-house dessert store which serves some awesome desserts full of gilt but please do not miss them.

Ambience is ok. Food is excellent, price is on the cheap side. Manager is extremely helpful and courteous. Service beyond remarkable. I had stayed there for 5 days. So 15 different menus in total and all were excellent.

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at. It felt exclusive and the facilities matched this most of the time. The room were the biggest and the best layed out I have ever stayed in and the food/breakfast was great at the Z Everyone in the hotel was also very helpful…

A known heritage hotel in town. Very royal and elegant ambience. Food quality is awesome. Huge lawn serve the purpose of large scale parties and even marriage.
