Cheat people by doing extra charges mentioning it as suite but providing dirty bedsheets.
No Covid protocols being followed, no sanitization no thermal screening no masks. Please save yourself and don't book it. Highly overrated I went to the hotel at 8:15 pm on 1st November but it is extremely different from the one mentioned on the website. There is no sanitation nothing hygienic. Nobody was wearing masks, no sanitizer, no body temperature checked. Really annoying and unhygienic. Also, the rooms mentioned on the website were completely different with unclean bedsheets risking health in such Covid crisis. I had complained to the hotel at the reception and then he mentioned he would change the room however the new room showed also had lock issues so I had asked them what to do in this case. Then he mentioned he would ask his manager and tell me what can be done. Upon checking with the reservation manager, he mentioned that it's okay to cancel it and they won't charge anything since they haven't received any money from Goibibo yet. Upon this confirmation, I tried to cancel the hotel from my end but it didn't work out, then I tried calling Goibibo customer care that also didn't connect to customer care and then I had messaged to Goibibo on twitter to get quick resolution for such cases since my family was also suffering because of this.

Traditional, luxury, suites, nice food clean rooms n everything loved everything about it.

A hotel plucked straight from the Rajasthani history book, this is an awe-inspiring, jaw dropping and painstaking labour of love from people who know what they do and how to do it. Every detail in this hotel in impeccably crafted and draws gasps of disbelief from customers who know their art and craft and just wide smiles and pure joy from customers who don't. The service from their staff is warm, courteous, informative but never intrusive. Our Royal Suite was beautifully and painstakingly decorated and really comfortable for me and my family (2A + 2C). Meals and drinks served at the rooftop bar have an ambience few hotels can match and the Rajasthani folk dances and music are beautiful to watch and experience. A 4 star hotel with a 5 star experience is something me and my family will come back to time and again. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Beautifully done up boutique hotel with hand painted murals on ceilings and antique accessories placed thoughtfully along the corridors and lobbys. The bedrooms are beautiful in a class of its own. Miniature windows reminiscent of havelis open out to the swimming pool. They come up short in the buffet breakfast where food quality, layout and service could be made better.

Beautiful hotel so different from a typical 4 or 5 star hotel but with the same facilities and hospitality. So much to see inside, food was good, rooms were clean, decor was modern and staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Will definitely recommend to all my family and friends and hope to come back another time.

If they had rooms, we would have canceled our other hotel reservations and stayed at the best Hotel in Jaipur. The food was our favorite (from everywhere we ate) ; the rooms were comfortable and romantic; the many rooftop areas caught a breeze; the spa they partnered with has the best prices in town and in no way was there anything pushy about the place. You could wander around in the many maze like spaces for half a day and still feel like you missed some of the beauty of this place.

We were cared for incredibly well. The staff is warm and accommodating. A real treat to stay here. The food is delicious, and the entertainment timeless. If there weren't adventures planned it would have been very hard to leave.

Stayed here twice and It's a very beautiful place to stay and relax… the ambience is good. You won't feel like staying in the city and will get a royal feeling… The property is very well maintained and the food is also good and the staff are polite. Over all great experience.

Very nice hotel to stay with your family and friends. The rooms are designed keeping in mind the culture of Rajasthan. The rooms are big and clean. They also have a pool which is nice and clean. The food is also good.

No space to park your car. What was projected on the hotel 's website did not in any way match the reality. As for the narrow corridors that led to the rooms — the less said the better. The smell of incense that hit you as you entered was a definite turn off. I certainly Would NOT recommend this place to anyone, let alone a lady traveling by herself.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with authentic murals. The breakfast buffet was very good but the eve restaurant was lacking, but amazing views especially at night staff were friendly and helpful needs a better gift shop and cleaner pool. It was winter for Indians though I went for first two weeks in December.

Nice clean hotel, stylized as a hunting house Maharaj. Interesting interior with antiques and photos of the 19th century. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast.

Very nice experience overall. The theme of the hotel is wonderful. Although the normal double rooms are mid sized, the feel that you get when you enter the room is nice. Rooms were neat and clean, equipped with a mini fridge. Complimentary breakfast was also very nice. All-in-all a very nice experience staying here while we were in Jaipur.

The hotel was lovely and in the communal places lived up to expectations. Our room however had seen better days. The tiles around the top and the middle of the room, shown in the hotel photos, turned out to be a shiny or paper boarders. One of the boarders had been painted over badly in the middle of the wall but still had the boarder showing either side. We had no clear window to look out as it was coloured glass and had no balcony. We booked in June 2018 but they had no twin beds so said they upgraded us. We had a double which was big enough and an extra room with a settee, table and chairs and an alcove for a desk. The roof top restaurant was wonderful and served some delicious food in the evening.

Overall it's a value for money! Excellently furnished and managed palace hotel, our group is well taken care of, speedy checkin and out, very nice Rooftop restaurant with live performances. It just kept us entertained!

This is great hotel, exceeded our expectation. The prices are also reasonable. Few of the highlights — 1. Interiors and arts are awesome. It gives you feeling of Royal palace. Property is very well maintained. Even room interiors are great. 2. It is located in middle of city, so everything is nearby. 3. Great staff, always helpful and ready to do more. Would visit again for sure.

Very beautiful place, although obviously not a real palace. Very clean. Great Indian style breakfast. Good service. It was very loud for 3 hours every night because of a live performance at the restaurant, but when I called the reception and complained about it on the last night, they stopped the music in 10 minutes.

A hotel with a traditional style. A little far from the downtown area but at Uber, Tuk tuk or taxi you will arrive in 5min and for less than 100 rupees. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was very good. However in good condition. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent hotel outside the old city walls and about 10 minutes by Tuk Tuk from the center. Great clean rooms, great restaurant on the terrace also used for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good hotel to stay for couples. Royal look of hotel and its rooms. Room service is very slow. Food was okay. Location is also not on a proper road side. Its near to some famous places of Jaipur. Rooms are of small size. Simple washrooms means doesn't have bath tubs. Overall its an above average stay.

This was a hotel we had looked at and wanted to stay particularly because it was a heritage hotel. This was the worst decision we could of made form our trip. The site is misleading as you think your booking a room in the hotel but they have studio apartments across from the hotel in another building. They look like your living in a college dorm. Not only that but the management is rude and unprofessional. Funny enough as we argued with the manager another guest that stayed there overheads our conversation and told us his story after being a guest. Basically said you don't want to stay here. The reviews might look okay but I don't think they truly represent the quality and hospitality you receive. Buyer beware.

Worst hotel ever. If you want to save your weekend don't go. Water supply problem in the bathroom. Windows was broken. Door knobs as well. Food sucks here. I really vommitted. Staff members are unprofessional teen boys. It's nothing like the photos shown. Owner of the hotel is also proud and rude. Don't listen to your complaints nor refund money. Not worth the price. One of the best heritage hotel to stay in when you are in Jaipur. Located a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet nearby all the attractions is one of the best plus point. Not that a huge property but well enough for a great stay of 2-3 days. The interiors are intricately done which takes you to the grand heritage culture of the Pink city. The staff is yet another plus point for that hassle free check-in check-out formalities. The food is good and will suggest to go for a-la-carte. Overall the best experience. Thumbs up!

The original stylish hotel. And it's not an old-fashioned design, it's a very conscious, interesting move. The staff was very attentive and our friends were changed twice for various reasons, eventually getting a suite at a standard price.

This hotel is in a quiet area of Jaipur, away from the chaos of the center. Inspired by the havelis of Rajasthan, it has a lot of charm. The rooms are elegant and very clean, there is a swimming pool, fountains, and the rooftop restaurant is delicious, where you can enjoy dinner with a cultural dance show. Breakfast is very good and plentiful buffet. The service at the restaurant is great with waiters who all speak fluent English.

Indeed a heritage hotel as name suggests, good ambience and facilities Wifi is complementary but you have to call up the reception to ask for the codes. Also they only provide two bottles of water but you can refill the jar in your room by using the cooler on the terrace, as the jar is around 800ml only, it's recommended you carry two bottles too else you'll be making trips to the terrace every 3 hours.

If you want to experience true rajasthani culture when visiting jaipur then Umaid Bhawan hotel is the place for you. The hotel is really beautiful with traditional paintings, bright colors and beautiful architecture. The staff members are warm and welcoming. Our check in was hassle free. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Its heritage look, lively rooms, good food quality, small but good and clean swimming pool attracted me a lot and I liked this hotel very much. Had its entrance been on a main road, I would have given it 5 stars.
