Request to OYO : delist this oyo if u care about your goodwill. One of the worst hospitality and rude staff. Hotel denied breakfast for which I paid in advance. I booked 3 rooms with extra bedding and extra bedding for staff at RnB refers to a matress on the floor with no blanket/pillow. A clear case of false advertising as the hotel looks noting like the pics on diaplay. In short please stay away from this hotel and book someplace better.

Very nice hotel to live in… It is in central area… Near railway station. Staff is very friendly and co-operative… Love the stay and facilities…

Worst Hotel. Very very poor service. I Know one Comment will not nake a greater difference but still I will not recommend it to anyone. Nothing is same as it is shown on oyo nd all. Staff was pathetic. Checkin was delayed like a lot.

Rude reception staff, out to cheat you! I had booked this hotel thinking it was a good one. Little did I realise that this was a property out to cheat me completely. The room that I booked wasn't given and a thin man at the reception used profanity and hurled abuses at me when I told him that he is into a business of fooling unsuspecting guests. The attitude and ego that this man showed has a lot to say about the kind of hospitality this hotel offers. I was shocked to see that the thin guy at the reception (Sachin was his name) had no mannerisms nor was he trained in the hospitality sector. Bidding around and insulting guests appeared to be his business agenda and that too after receiving complete payment for the room in the online mode. Please do not book this place as it will be an utter disaster to see your stay ruined at this hotel. Pathetic and disgusting. I have given my first hand experience at this hotel and I don't want anyone else to face the same issues as me.

Most disgusting hotel run by people who have no mannerisms and act as goons. This hotel is pathetic, disgusting and horrible. Its unsafe for families and I suggest you do not book any room in this hotel. They are creeps out to loot and cheat you and will never give you the room that you booked. When we tried to check in, the reception guy informed us that there is  no room available and then one of the guy (Sachin) asked us to take a cooler room instead of AC.   When I objected to it, without any intimidation Mr. Sachin started abusing us with filthy words and told us to get lost from the hotel premises. When I told him to be within his limits, he moved from his seat and almost got physical thereby endangering our lives.   Please note that we had a baby of 2 years with us plus my sister and inspite of all this, Mr. Sachin acted as a goon and thereby continued to threaten us. Book at your own risk. Highly suggested not to book this disgusting hotel.

Place is good staff is pleasing food is good but drinking water is not good its hard water.

It is placed close to the railway station and the city bus stand so you can spot it easily, the rooms are really pleasant but a little dim lit. The service was really pathetic I had to go all the way to the reception to get a bottle of water.

The pictures that show the hotel must have been clicked when they started the place. It's a completely different scenario now. The swimming pool is pathetic.

Property is good, well located. Tasty breakfast. Housekeeping services below average. Room presentation is good but in many rooms AC not cooling, springs broken on the mattress, cigarette stubs in the bathroom, no mini fridge, flush not working, for 3 ppl in a room only one cup for tea available. Overall average experience.
