Royal Orchid is known for its clean and cosy rooms with great service. My experience couldn't have been worse regarding their customer care and service. I fell sick promptly after ordering food from in room dining. When my condition didn't get better, I asked the staff to call a doctor, which they declined. After which, I requested them to assist me in arranging the medicine, which again, they were unable to do. Through sheer luck, I had my relatives visiting town on same day and my parents got hold of them. I had to check out at 2 AM and my condition had gotten so worse that I needed to be rushed to the hospital by the time they came. All the while, the staff acted mute and deaf. No apology for serving stale food, no assistance whatsoever when I needed help. Although their efficiency returned when I was checking out and they promptly produced the check of "extra" water bottle I had used. Never have I ever experienced such carelessness and insensitivity in a hotel that has 4 stars. Forget hospitality, they first need to learn how to be human. If you are travelling alone, and have no people to count on in the city, I would suggest to keep away from this place.

4 Star Hotel near Railway Station. One can definitely look for this option to stay. Restaurant is good. Food taste & quality is in line with expectations.

Friends I stayed in hotel on 27.7.2018 reach in room approx. 10pm and kept my bag on luggage rack. When I wake up early in morning approx. 6am I saw that my laptop bag is completely wet. A. C. Drain water is leaking on the top of luggage rack. I got shocked then I complaint to hotel staff they knew about this but no action although said management is not responding in this matter. I am sorry to say when management is slow I am never going to stay in said property again and never advice someone to go there.

We stayed a Saturday night and were very impressed. Large comfortable room with all of the amenities you would expect. Quite a discrete entrance as this hotel doesn’t shout like most properties for this luxury do. All of their suggestions were perfect for our needs. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The interior is great and the rooms well furnished.

The rooms are well designed and the staff are really helpful and courteous. The complimentary breakfast buffet would be 3/5. Pinxx is not worth it as their main ingredient in each and every item is sugar. Kloud is really nice but then again it is more of a bar and so unsuitable if you are traveling with kids. They do have a pool.

The hotel is centrally located in Bani Park, near the Railway Station as well as C Scheme — the most happening place in Jaipur. Rooms are clean, well laid out. The rooftop has good bar. The staff is quite helpful. Value for money.

Not the best Royal Orchid I've stayed at but nothing majorly wrong too. Located centrally and easy to reach from the airport. Service is warm and the staff is courteous. The rooftop bar provides an panoramic view of the city and is a peaceful option to spend the evening.

Average facilities. Reasonably good breakfast. Rooms are compact and well appointed with sufficient illumination. Conference hall is average. Food is average and variety is limited. The hotel is on a busy road with full of traffic. Views from the room is average.

My one day stay here was comfortable. Hotel's location is good and the amenities are all as can be expected from a 4 star hotel. Food is decent.

Royal Orchid Central, Banipark, JAIPUR: Breakfast was terrible, half cooked food, very less choice, almost every day same, highly overpriced hotel in the heart of the city. Not at all 4 Star hotel. Room service is very poor. Service of housekeeping is again not good, especially the girl who was in breakfast section, she was so rude its look like someone forced her to work in that hotel, she was giving angry/ negative expression to everyone without any reason. Serving hard boiled eggs without peel the skin, surprise to know that we have to peel the boiled eggs skin, never seen such services in any hotels. Facilities were almost zero. For every small requirement we used to call housekeeping and they took almost half an hour to get fulfill the requirement. In washroom: Shower cap was not available, washroom flush had inadequate water pulled out, exhaust wasn't working fine. Food quality was terrible. Providing Lunch and Dinner in the room without covering the food (without lid or foil paper), very shocking. Swimming pool was not at all clean, water was so dirty, can't even thought to use that. Last but not the least, Hotel Wi-Fi was not at all supporting, Its better to use your Mobile Data Card instead of relying on Hotel Wi-Fi. Zero value for money.

The staff is very polite, courteous and genuine. They made us feel very welcome. The location of the hotel is also great, it's right in the center of the city. Everything is close by. The room was nice and we'll kept. We liked the room. The dining area is very nice. Open spacious and we'll lit with sunlight. Food is also great. It's a very good place.

Spent valentine's day yesterday… average food. Not hot accordingly in the lawn and payment was asked priorly so that's not a good act… overall arrangement was good enough… cheese cake in dessert was yummy… arrangement of heater and valentine cake was assured but sorry nothing was like that.

Had a good time here. Situated at central Jaipur. Some of our rooms telephone were not working and we had to use telephone from other rooms for the room service. Main attraction was rooftop restaurant and bar.

This place is a dump. Do not stay here. This hotel is absolutely terrible. It is dirty, it smells, and it is super out-dated. I wanted to get my money back but they refused and front desk is rude. This is easily the most disgusting hotel I've ever visited. I feel like my room was barely even cleaned and the Wi-Fi and food is terrible. I booked this hotel for 31st dec 2017 to 3rd jan 2018 I spoke to Manager and he assured me for upgrade but did nothing then I contact bangalore booking office but they did not replied.

Royal orchid jaipur is situated in Bani park close to railway station and other popular shopping markets. The. Hotel is good but the experience is average. Breakfast is bad with very less choice the parathas are hard and sandwitches seems like they are not fresh. The roof top resturant is good with nice music. Rooms are good but staff have bit of an attitude and are not helpful at all.

The hotel is convenient and near Jaipur station. It is on the highway in jaipur. The rooms are also very decent. Mainly it is a business hotel. The breakfast was also good. The staff is very co-operative and helpful.

Always delay in response from Reception. Rooms is with leaking AC after 3 hr run only. Do not accept room facing MI road b/c of noise whole day/ night. The facilities in the hotel were of upscale. But some basic things in the room and toilet were missing. The hotel staffs were in few numbers. In cleanliness the hotel will get 100% mark. Food items were too much expensive whereas the taste was not good. The hotel staffs showed good gesture during our stay. The mineral water and tea was complementary provided.

It was a great and comfortable stay at Royal Orchid Central Jaipur. Me and my husband drive down from Bikaner in April and arrived pretty late in the night, but the staff was courteous. The room was very spacious, neat and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was awesome.

Worth the money, located at the center of the city, nearby to all tourist places, the breakfast here is good.

This is to bring to the notice and knowledge OF all the well educated and discerning public that this hotel suffers ON account of not meeting the BASICS OF A HOSPITALTY INDUSTRY. We stayed in this hotel from 28th Sept. To 30th September, 2015, (Romm Nos. 607), the bathroom fittings were really horrible. No indication for hot and cold shower. The towels were stinking. The TV did not have the provision for telecasting SUN TV Channels and other Tamil and other South Indian or Regional TV channel. Very poor maintenance. If you remain in any of the rooms you will find the battery part of the the remote of the TV having insulating tape instead of the plastic cover. The bath room wash basin will be found with crack. The hotel has no 24 hour check in, it has only 12 noon to 12 noon. No airport pickup or drop. For the cost the hotel is a junk, and I would advise never to visit this hotel.
