Nice experience in a meeting.

We had a business meeting at the Hotel Muse Sarovar Nehru Place. It had been very nice experience and the comfort they provided us was really appreciating. The food quality and the taste of the food was another good thing about this hotel. Highly recommended for business meetings.

Sarovar portico rooms in other locations are much bigger than this one. The food is also average. At the price point it gives, one can get much better options.

My conferences and stays are always flawless. It is like a home away from home. I never think of any place other than The Muse Sarovar Portico for my conferences and stay when I am in Delhi!

Universally standards require 2 keys per room where as this hotel only gives one key. So if there are 2 persons sharing a room then it’s a huge problem cus both have to return together. Even though the fittings in bathroom are good but not well maintained so the bath rack fell of just when I placed the towel provided by the hotel. The commode was unclean on the edges and even though it’s 95% clean these 5% unclean adds up as a setback. Everything else is very good especially the garden and the way the landscaping has been done which makes it the main attraction of the hotel even though sarovar group haven’t highlighted it that much in their photos. Very good hotel with some limited but gigantic flaws. Nice garden though.

Location is good, rooms are also nice. But amenities and services they provide is not worth. Basic needs like Iron and Iron bord is not there in room and they say it's not in our policy. Laundry they give next day only, for same day evening they charge double.

Hopeless hotel. Not at all good experience in terms of a business Hotel. They don't even have irons in hotel to use. Food was absolute disaster. There are 100s of other choices better then this hotel.

Ok hotel. No board outside hotel, very difficult to locate. Rest all is ok, nothing great about this hotel.

Good business hotel close to Nehru Place. Limited but tasty dinner room service optiins. Fitness centre is acceptable. Breakfast buffet is good with variety.

On of the best hotel to stay in Delhi. Location of this hotel is great. Their is a food court by the name of Epiquria just 1.5 km away from the Hotel.

It's a boutique hotel at very prime location in South Delhi next to Nehru Place. It has a banquet for about 100 pax. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is excellent.

The food is great. The parking space is less. There is valet parking available. The staff is very humble and very good at their work. They are fast and efficient. There are many rooms available. The price is moderately expensive. You will have a luxury stay if you book a room in this hotel. It has many branches but I think this branche has nearby facilities like Metro, autos, taxi services and also computing from here is an easy option.

Food quality was good. But too costly no value for the money. Staff behavior was good & humble. Hotel amenities was not so good for the money paid. Over all 3.75 stars out of 5 can be given.

Nice hotel but not 4 stars. They seem to have sewage problems. Although told the bathroom stank like hell. Service was good.

I had a training session. Staff was nice and place was also good. On main road and hence easily reachable.

A good economical option for stay. Kitchen is basic to serve okayish break fast. No Bar. Otherwise a recommended place for Business Travelers.

Went for a 2 day training. Facilities are good. Though there was some problem initially in sound, it was promptly fixed. Lunch provided was also good, tea coffee was also fine. Washroom facilities are good but only single… So a queue in the limited time breaks. Overall, very good.

Rooms-4/5 Food 1/5-WORST Staff are good hearted but major problem is they don’t dnt have knowledge about their own department including chefs. House keeping-4/5 good work but no technical knowledge about house keeping. Locality is not good only positive thing is close to airport aprox 20-25 mins.

The hotel is located near to Nehru Place Market. Decent place to stay in. The room was of a medium size, Rooms and Breakfast are okay with very limited choice of food and food is too expensive compared to its standard; A little more items in breakfast would be highly appreciated Bathroom has sliding doors, which is not user friendly Service is pretty good and staff members are very cordial.

It was a decent hotel. We had a training there. Cool part was that they asked and handled lunch for people who were fasting since it was Navratri.

It was pleasure to be there, really liked the place and hospitality of staff, it was so nice that feel like to stay there again,,,,,,

Great Place. Only drawback is that they don't have a bar and restaurant. Dining is available only for inhouse guests.

If you don't want to stay in crowded area or hotel like le Meridien and all then this place is good option. Have good service and within budget.

Clean, good standards of facilities and interiors. Wifi is easy to login to, reliable, simple to use (doesn't ask you to frequently log in or time out etc). Reliable, helpful, responsive supportive, polite smart staff. Good quality food. Easy to locate (on the main road), comfortable clean beds, clean bathroom and shower — practical and good.

Hygienic place with nice staff but the sandwiches that were offered were not upto mark.

The staff was friendly and the food tasted good but they should work on their infrastructure!

The food service improved after second visit The rest of the teams have no coordination between themselves. Not ready to improve their services. Business travellers should be careful while selecting this place.

There food was good and there is also a arrangement of drinking but place is not air conditioned or something like chilly… But in emergency its quite awesome.

Good hotel. But attempted to give a different, small room than the one that was actually booked for an workshop. Luckily our staff found it at the last minute, and the occasion was saved.

The Muse Sarovar is an Excellent hotel with great food and best of service. I enjoyed staying in this hotel due to its location, staff courtesy and its great services. They are so humble & attentive. Over all very well managed hotel. I recommend to all.

Pretty good place to stay if you're travelling on business. No bar unfortunately. Not even a beer.

This is a nice hotel, it is a 3 plus star hotel, I dont care what travel agents tell you, its not a 4 star or 5 star. Water was not very warm until I complained, but they took care of it. Its in a good location and staff, room, food was good. If the price is cheaper I would go for it, but if you can get a 4 star or higher, go for that.
