It was a really good experience. Just like every other hotel they provide all facilities. I didn't try the spa but I heard that it is one of the better one's in Delhi. The swimming pool is pretty good. The breakfast is kinda average. Not really upto the mark. Overall it was a good stay. The hospitality was great.

We had a lovely stay at the Met. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our dinner at their Japanese F&B outlet. Location is pretty good, too. Only negative thing is general prices for food & beverage… with the luxury tax on top it's getting very expensive. But at the end of the day it's a five star property so you'd have to expect that.

An excellent hotel located in the heart of Delhi. Nice ambience & decor. Good food options. Very well connected to all major destinations.

Very good hotel, but it is absurd to charge the Internet, also is expensive and the staff at all times expect you to tip for everything.

We were almost a week. The room was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, nothing from the other world. The service is always excellent. It has a crafts shop, clothes, accessories and very good souvenirs to buy from all last minute, it is more expensive than looking outside, but definitely a very good selection, the same shop you find at the airport and is more expensive. They have a very good spa, always worth a ride.

Dirty room, lousy extra bed, dirty armchairs, horrible bathroom smelled of urine, not recommend, very bad for what they charge.

The Metropolitan Hotel and Spa is a five star hotel located in heart of the city. Very contemporary designed interiors. Staffs are helpful and friendly. There is a nice outdoor pool. Hotels rooms are small and communal areas are little dismal. Varieties of options available in the restaurant but it is costly. Overall no value for money.

Sarvan Safari — We have come here multiple times due to the ambience — not too noisy. Food is tasty and have a variety for Indian and Chinese dishes, the servers are respectful. The good thing is that the food is fresh, it takes time to serve since they don't have things already prepared. Toilets are clean with scope of further improvement.

Rooms are neat and clean. All facilities for comfortable stay available. Good food. Centrally located. May be the reception lounge requires better designing. Overall great value for money.

Great location.

The Metropolitan Hotel is a five star hotel on Bangla Sahib road. Hotel is very exclusive and inexpensive. Pool inside with the capacity of near about 100 people's sitting. Inside hotel there is very good restaurant and a store for exclusive items. You will receive a veey warm welcome there with valet parking. I got a very good experience there so want to visit again.

Modern Hotel with every comfort, central location also ideal for walking in the center of Delhi… only handicap the high cost.

Great hotell with nice rooms. Complete and varied breakfast option with both Indian and Western alternatives. There different restaurants with ethnic food. Helpful and polite staff. Features both a backyard swimming pool and a spa, though the pool was closed for maintenance. Great overall experience.

Three stars can go. Check the bill before you sign, especially taxes. You may find surprises as it happened to me. Mediocre restaurant as the meals and breakfasts they serve.

The hotel has excellent location for business trips, the staff is amazing, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast abundant, varied and delicious.

Good place to stay with family and kids. Locality is good. Staffs were very nice. Room was properly cleaned. Good thing is that staffs are very cocerned re how to make the visitor's stay more comfortable. They are very friendly to kids even. It was a good call for us. Food is good.

The hotel is located in close proximity to public transport like the metro and airport express line. The rooms are great. They're well furnished and modern. The food is great!

Distanced but helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Extensive morning buffet. Rooms only cleaned on request. Very little amount of toilet paper. Not easy to connect with other travellers. Good if you are in Delhi for business.

This is the worst 5 star hotel I stayed at in my whole India trip. The sheets are stained with dirt and pen marks, the towels are grubby, bathroom is in bad condition, and worst of all, the electrical wiring is so messed up the lights came on randomly in the middle of the night and kept flickering and strobing. Front desk was NOT helpful at all, refused to change our room, took 15 min to "send an electrician" who obviously couldn't fix the problem, and still didn't understand why we would need a new room. Finally they moved us, but my husband and I had to sleep in two single beds instead of a king. Unacceptable. You can't say that 5 stars are different standards from the western world because I stayed in two other 5 star hotels here and they were lovely.

Not impressed. Expensive and does not have matching facilities. Lobby is almost non-existent. If you do have guests can't entertain them here for quiet discussion. Pool is very good with helpful staff. On a weekend they suddenly put in 10-15 people to decor the place for the night and simply not done in view of ladies swimming at that point in time.

Well, but I was expecting a little more from the hotel. The pool is very padita.

It is a more quality hotel than a 4 star but without reaching 5. If you get a good deal, it's very good place. Very close to the Catholic cathedral you can walk to.

Very nice and modern and in a very good, central location. Staff was a little rude, but I've found that to be quite common in Delhi so that's not particularly notable. The hotel itself is very nice. What I thought was surprising was that there really weren't many other people staying there as the lobby and other areas of the hotel were really empty. Besides that this isn't a bad place to stay. It definitely feels safe.

More than 30 minutes to Check in because they did not find booking reservation. Plus Room 804 where it is impossible to sleep by the noise of the Hotel airs. Pesimo.

Most helping staff especially the manager Mr. Anshul. Good rooms competitive rates well placed geographically in centre Delhi. Ample parking. Good gym spa and swimming pool. Food is also good.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location is as good as it gets. Close to Connaught Place but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are not too small. Enough for two people. Staff is very friendly and their service was just as expected. Breakfast had a good variety. Overall a great stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with great and comfortable rooms. Various restaurants of which one Japanese really good. Large pool. Only drawback, few common spaces and almost no seating to accommodate guests or visitors.

It is quite comfortable. However the Wi-Fi was quite expensive and during the weekend had to wait for the breakfast table because the dining room was not very large.

5 star Good hotel. Near CP, Bangla Shaheb.

This was one of the most pleasant stays while I was here in India. I want to thank them for our stay and I would recommend them.

Beautiful property, lovely rooms, impeccable staff, delicious food.

Great location for sight seeing on our own and walking about the neighborhood to ward off jet lag after a 20 hour flight. The rooms are clean, decorated and furnished well; bed was comfortable. The hallways are showing their age. The meals were adequate, but we were unprepared for the amount of tax added — a tax for bringing drinks, bringing food, plus several other taxes, which amounted to more than a third of the dinner bill. The included breakfast buffet was good.

Loved the Hotel and its staff especially Shurabh the manager and Manoj in housekeeping. Nothing was a bother for them and Shurabh went out of his way to accommodate us especially on our last day as we had a really late flight out of Delhi. He provided us with a spa and lobby area to relax and also organised a late check out. He did whatever he could to make our stay a pleasant one after our nasty experience with the travel agent. AAcake was even provided by the hotel for my husband's birthday (a great surprise). Would be using this hotel for future visits to Dehli.

Good stay. Good food. 3 good restaurants.

Everything is so over the top cool. Located at the city centre every place to visit is near by tuk tuk. The staff was very helpful especially the concierge lady sachi was astonishingly brilliant and very knowledgeable. Thank you for arranging the dinner at the awesome place. There is nothing not to love about this place.

NEAT, COMFORT AND AFFORDABLE, A place where one wish to stay again and again. It's staff and location Plus Plus. Wifi charges looks funny, but as we say "Chalta hai yaar".

One of the best hotel in central delhi, amazing location and food. The variety of food is simply amazing with a friendly staff of evey department.

Probably the best around around with a few cons like they will charge you for Wi-Fi. But the rooms are good and the staff is polite and prompt towards customer satisfaction so you can overlook those cons. Stayed for a week and it was worth it.

Hotel staff are pushy to sell expensive tours and sightseeing. Rooms are not comfortable. It does not feel like a 5star hotel.

This hotel is really modern and overall really nice. We got a great deal on the room and this was one of the better hotels we stayed at throughout India. I was a little upset that they charge you for Wi-Fi here but the amenities and the overall service was fantastic. We only stayed here for one night as a group and everything seemed to go really well. The staff was really nice and considerate and the only thing I would say I did not enjoy was the person who worked at the information desk/concierge. He was the most useless person there. I asked him several times to help me find things and all he did was stare at a computer screen with utterly no help whatsoever. Overall I would love to stay here again! Also I love that they labeled all their buttons in the room — most places I just had to play a guessing game.

A descent hotel, which is very well located near Connaught Place. Rooms are neat and tidy. The service of the hotel was appropriate, but at some times personnel forget to look something up or call me back. Still, I would recommend this hotel for everyone who needs a comfortable stay at an affordable price.

Last evening I went to neoveda spa at metropolitan hotel which is in cp. It was very pleasent and gr8 experience I was worndering to take massage from last month and it is the best place I found I took balinese massage and it gave me ful relax and relief even I am feeling very much fresh… :)
