Excellent team with a motive to serve the guest with utmost care with smiling face. Neat and clean. Nice comfortable beds. Especially Ms Chandeep all the time was supervision and concerned about the guest's satisfaction and value for money.

Everything about this hotel is good. From the checking in to checking out, the hotel & it's staff met and exceeded all my expectations. Restaurants, bar, lobby, lifts, bedroom were spotless clean and all staff showed a real pride in working for the Hotel Amrapali Grand. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, but if you want to go a bit further then great taxi service right at the door of hotel. I would recommended this hotel & if I'm traveling back to delhi, I'll definitely be staying here again.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and well thought out. They are well decorated and all the things that you would expect from a good hotel have been considered such as good room service, wireless and various complimentary touches. The staff are exceptional and the service was excellent and attentive in all respects. The restaurant is also great and serves fantastic food Highly Recommended.

Very expensive considering the location, and the amenities. It's just a decent hotel. Wifi didn't work properly. The management remains unresponsive or at the best slow in addressing the issues. There was no minibar in the room. The sheets were also not in best condition.

The hotel is good in patel nagar area. The service and quality is upto mark. Staff is supportive and caring. The srenght of the hotel is their cleaniness in hotel.

A great place to organise social events! The staff was really well-mannered and courteous. The service was great. Overall it was a great experience.

Rooms are good, reception staff is co operative, hotel location is prime, but kitchen service is not satisfactory. I was there for one night halt, receptionist told me that we have good food veg as well as non veg. He suggested me to have buffet, but buffet table not ready, as me to sit on in table, we will serve food, he gave me menu card which is actually a single A4 size paper on which they mentioned some food name, I ordered some food, and masala papad as starter, after long time one of the staff brought chicken kadai, dal tadaka and butter nan roti. But he just kept on table and left, I wait for some time, I was hungry so I served my self and started eating, I was about to complete my dinner then he brought raita, but he didn't bring masala papad till end. I asked for finger bowl, that was not ready, he asked me to wash hand in basin. All hotel is ok, ambient atmosphere, clean and hygienic.

I had stayed 2 times before but never had bad experience but I had booked with some ravindra in reservations on. Phone from Mumbai and I asked should I give my credit card he said don't worry have made the booking and when I arrived at 11 in night they said no reservations and on duty manager was very rude… wake up guys u are in service industry… went opposite to jaypee siddarth by paying 1200 more I got much better property… and classy would never recommend or stay in this hotel. My past experience was so good I thought but now never …

Food is over rated. Breakfast spread is very limited… Rooms are not comfortable. Internet was not working. So basically if you donot get hotel anywhere then you can consider this. Not value for money!

Arrival was late but checking is was smooth. Room is city size. Aircondition very noisy. After my stay I requested a copy of my bill, never received it…

I went for an induction program. Food provided was amazing. No idea about rooms or rates I'm so sorry. Feel wise, it felt very posh, hygienic, and clean.

Good place to conduct office meetings, cooperative staff, neat and clean rooms, all facilities available, giving 4 stars only because of less spacious. Food is also fine.

We booked this hotel after reading online that it had air conditioning. Having booked and entered the room we found out that it wasn't working. Upon complaining the concierge told us we should have asked if the air con was working, and that it's our problem for not asking. I think that's appalling service and absolutely rude and uneducated. Please ensure you ask everything because the info online is false!

Have been here for some official meetings. Good place, food and people.
