Hotel is nice. But you can't take car upto here. Fare are really awesome.

Nice hotel in Paharganj, Delhi for Budget (economy) travellers. Clean rooms and nice service. But lack of lift (elevator). Located inside the street. It is near to the New Delhi metro station (yellow line) and RK ashram marg metro station (Blue line).

Budget hotel. 2nd floor room is good compair to first floor. Hard air freshener smell comes in room.

It is a good stay hotel but street is narrow and dirty. New Delhi railway station seven hundred metres away. Hotel staffs and manager behaviour is good.

Very poor. We too had booked rooms based on positive reviews. But after reaching hotel, we came to know that our room has already allocated to someone. Staff had told this after an hour in late night which made the whole family struggle. Kindly avoid this hotel even though u see positive reviews.

Outside the hotel you will have drain and garbage and only rickshaw and bikes can run not the auto so you have to carry your luggage yourself. Because it's in Paharganj which is like a slum area.

Quite ok as budget, but not satisfactory. Room service ok when the feel comfortable.

In the heart of old Delhi, it was clean and at a good price.

The staff was courteous. The rooms were clean and the food itself was really delicious.

The rooms are good but small and the food service and cleaning service should improve. The location is good and markets and all are easy access able.

Hostel and rooms are nice, clean but area is soo congested. No swiggy deliveries.

Impossible to find where the hotel is and it is in a very slummy area named pahargunj. Before booking room, once visit and confirm yourself.

Don't pay advance to them. I paid advance For 7days 990X7=6930… I was prepared for 13 days but due to circumstances I had to stay in New Delhi for 18days. I told them politely after 3days I want to move to a Non-Ac room. Their Non Ac was Empty I have seen… but still they siad sorry no Non-Ac room available sir. I have asked them to return money from the money I paid. That means I still had 3960 INR to them… and asked them for 3000 and wanted to leave one thousand for them. But they trapped me, they didn't even let me leave the room. I was just feeling, I fall in a trap. They didn't even try to understand the situation I am going through. It was very much disappointing to me. Then 7days finished… and I was checking out then they tried to stop me and offered me non-ac room. But I left the hotel and Thanks almighty I am in a cheaper place but in a very beautiful environment name Backpackers Hostel :). It's on the Main Bazar road, Opposite side of OM EXP. Shop :). But Shivam international was also good, clean. But I just hated their Broker type behaving. And you will get food manue there… don't try those foods… whn you are supposed to get 1 GULAP JAMUN at Rupes 10 they will take RS 30. All prices makes no sense.

Nice place to stay. Supportive staff. No access road for four wheelers. Bad and conjugated surroundings.

The place is inside a small lane. As most of the paharganj hotels are. The place will not feel alright. There is no lift only stares. The rooms are clean enough as well as the bathroom. The only issue is that the room is pretty small and cramped as well as the bathroom. We booked the hotel through oyo rooms and it was charged rs. 1000 it was totally not worth a 1000 bucks.

Having arrived at the hotel at 23.30 really tired after been travelling for more than 12h in a crowded train to be told that the room isn't ready and that we have to wait a few minutes for it to be cleaned has to be a joke. Well it wasn't. The 5 members of the staff present were probably too busy all day watching Cricket. And after the waiting it wasn't clean neither. By cleaning they meant "wait until we take the rubbish out, spray the room with air freshener till it gets dangerous enough for a human being to sleep in and mop the floor with some greasy stuff". Then there's the continuous power cut offs, something they might not be totally responsible for but in my opinion avoidable if you provide yourself with a generator for emergencies. Ridiculous. Not recommended at all. Stay somewhere else if you can.

Hi Everyone, I stayed at this Hotel on (25 — 30) April 2017 and I cant resist myself from giving the following feedback. 1. Location — very close to New Delhi Rly Stn — singles can walk, but if you have luggage take a rickshaw. 2. Staff — Very courteous, helpful 3. Rooms — awesome, a/c, Wi-Fi, mirror, cupboard, table, glasses — a complete room kind of thing 4. Can order food to the room 5.24 hr open — I used to go by 02:00 am after party 6. All shops are located very nearby 7. From New Delhi Metro Station — we can go anywhere in Delhi 8. Even in summer, there was no much heat, due to position of building 9. Book it in OYO 10 Really loved and enjoyed the stay.

First of all, Check in time must be 24 hours as usual. We asked hotelier "What is check in time if someone comes directly". He said "Check in time is 24 hours" It's mean check-in time at 12 pm only for online customers. And who directly comes than check-in time will be as usual 24 hours. So It's a partiality to online customers to Grab more money. Total waste of money. # Demerits 1 — There is no lift in hotel to go at top on 4th floor in room. 2 — Location of hotel is so far from Metro or Railway station. 3 — Surrounding area is not good. 4 — Check in time is 12 pm that must be 24 hours as usual. But check-in time is 24 hours to those customers who directly came. It's a partiality. 5 — I stay for 2 days but No body came to cleaning. 6 — Hotelier's behaviour is not good as I felt. Finally, I would like to give 1 Star to this hotel.
