Very bad service. No water supply in bathroom. Room and bathroom are very dirty and food test is very bad. Very bad experience.

Good for spend vacation and comfortable to stay.

Hotel is situated at very vivid zone, for budget price with numerous markets and delicious restaurant serving geniued coffee around. Rooms are fine and comfy, but always check them before going sleep whether they get have changed all bed sheets after former customers! Bathrooms needs considerably improvements. Wi-Fi available and very friendly staff presented.

You will get value for money, it is still budget hotel in Delhi's price ranges so do not expect 3 stars. There are more types of rooms so you can ask for other one if you do not like what you see. Rooms are quite tidy and staff will change the linens if you ask them to. Bathrooms need improvement but are clean. There is room service and you can get cattle on the room, nothing is impossible.

Worst experience, very bad staff fu*kin money dogs.

Good accomodation in budget price.

Hotel is as I said ok, but during my 3 days stay not a single day the bedsheets, towels were changed, room cleaning was not done. We were out each day from 8 am to 6 pm. They should ask for that.

Cheap Hotel, friendly staff. Rooms need maintainance. Some are ok. Check them first before moving in. But they're working on it. Easy to reach and quite close to Main Bazar. .

It's an okay Hotel. For the price, you can't go wrong. Facility okay. An average hotel in a center location.

Worst hotel ever with worst management and indecent managers… I stayed in this hotel twice in Nov and Dec… in Dec one morning manager who is a bengali called me in my room… With indecent tone and asked some stupid questions… when I came to counter he started misbehaving… and saying… kashmiris are to be enquired unecessarily… its our wish what u'll do? … then there is one more guy from pathankot… He said in crude roadside tone pakistanis and kashmiris… Well create problem for them… on hearing this misbeviour… I asked them to call owner… when owner came… He was 2 steps ahead of them… despite of apologising he supported them… I have paid more 30 thousand to hotel during my stay… but it was worst experience… illetrate people they have kept on counter desk… and then start fighting with customers…

Hotel was very fine and Very good service but location is pretty. Management is the giving beast responsibility.

Hygiene is must-see, linen rooms, wet bed, bathroom with rust dirt hair dust… I couldn't shower me…

I stayed here between 20 Oct 2015 to 23 Oct 2015 and found my worst stay in New Delhi. The room was smelly as soon as we switched ON A/C. The house keeping didn't cleaned the room on daily basis and the room floor was wet all time. The washroom tiles were damaged. The car rental service is costly and they don't inform you the hidden charges at the time of booking. They promised us 6 points and just showed us 4 points and charged us extra saying the total running of car is more than 80 Km and we are late by 1 hour in just showing us four points (Red Fort 1:35 Hours, Raj Ghat 25 Minutes, Lotus Temple 40 Minutes and Qutub Minar 30 Minutes)

It is family friendly and room service is also good.

Average for the cost, nothing special but I'm pretty sure you can't get much more for the fact that the locality is pretty expensive.
