Very good hotel with price cheaper than others very good staff and rooms are neat and cleaned.

This is the least rating option available here. Worst stay till date.

One can spend time at low room rates. Don't expect good services.

Dirty bedsheets. Dirty towel. Leakage in bathroom… I will never go this hotel again.

My last stay was terrible thr. Beds infested with bugs rooms with roaches. A nightmare. Cudnt sleep all night.

Good Budget Place for Solo Travellers. 10 minutes from New Delhi Railway Station. Rooms are not too big but good enough, cleaned. Cockroaches & Bedbugs are quite a problem for PaharGanj Area, but it's not at that level of worry in Dreamland Hotel. Staff is cooperative, prompt service. Arakshan Road is quite a good place straight way goes near to New Delhi Station. Buy adjacent PaharGanj Area is too crowded, Happening n lively. It's like a old Punjab, Hariyana Village type atmosphere. If you are too quality conscious, up to date, suit blazer man then avoid this paharganj area. It's heaven for Backpackers, small businessman, solo Travellers. You have ample of food choices as per your pocket. Do try Hyderabadi n Muradabadi Biryani in this area. Prefer to go at restaurants directly instead of room service though they are very good n reasonable. You can get bus, auto, shared auto, erikshaws, cycle rikshaws from this area. Desh bandhu gupta road is well connected. 5-10 rupees till new Delhi Railway Station and metro station using shared public transport. It's too good n as frequent as hour breath. New Delhi Station, Karol Bag, Zandewala are too Nearby. Only problem I faced I'm Dreland was Shower & Gyser not working. They were least bothered to change room or repair or provide facilities. You have to get the things done with followups. But it's not a major issue. If you are solo, go for Dreamland n enjoy real delhi feel. Enjoy your stay with less burden on pocket.

Very cold in the room, just imagine that you are given a box and even with Tarkan. Bed linen dirty, no blankets just greasy dirty plaid sales without a case, I managed to escape brought a shawl
at check in tried hard to get both the passport and the copy (thus taking away in an unknown direction) that we gave the passports at once — indignation on the part of the hotel. Shower didn't work;)
Tried to cheat food! Consider yourself plus 10% service.

It's very economical and well managed hotel by good staff and is in the middle of all the essential facilities near by.
