A good place for a quick stay located very close to the metro station. Compact, but, neat and clean rooms. Good hospitality and courteous staff. Good food.

Good management. Value for money but Room service needs improvement.

Its very near to railway station. The location is easily accesaible by a car. The amenities provided are good and the room was very clean.

Main Bazaar, Paharganj, Delhi In the years after its establishment in 1638,  Shahjahanabad, the capital of the Mughal Empireunder Shah Jahan, was no longer contained within the walled city, it soon spilled into surrounding areas, stretching into miles at each end, where half of its population stayed. (4)  By 1739, the suburbs covered 1800 acres and included areas like Mughalpura, Sabzimandi, Paharganj and Jaisingh pura. One of the largest and most important suburban mohalla of the Walled city of Delhi, and located just outside the Ajmeri Gate of the Walled city, Paharganj was one of five main markets of Delhi, and the only one outside the walled city. Also, it was the principal grain market of the city in the 18th century, where grain was ferried, across Yamuna river, from wholesale markets and warehouses in Patparganj and Shahdara. (5)  Just outside the Ajmeri Gate was the custom house of the emperor, for collecting taxes. (6)  Between Paharganj and Akbarabadi gate of the walled city was Shahganj, another wholesale market, while on the other side towards Jantar Mantar was Raja Bazar. (5)  In fact Paharganj was also referred as Shahganj or King's ganj or market place during Mughal era, (1)  it gets its present name 'Paharganj', literally meaning Hilly neighbourhood, owing to its proximity to the Raisina Hill, where the Rashtrapati Bhavan stand today.

Very pleasant, would be huge improvement if aircon was updated (window ratller is a bit loud! ).

It is a very nice budget hotel in the central area of Delhi. The hotel is very well located away from the chaos of paharganj. The manager is very courteous and helpful. He helps you to check in and check out very smoothly without any hustles. The room service is also quick. The rooms are spacious and washrooms are clean. This hotel is highly recommended in the Paharganj area with highly affordable rates.

Descent hotel. Good staff. Good food. Manager upgraded the room at free of cost. I will sure recommend the hotel to my friends and relatives.

This is a worst hotel I have ever seen for a 3 star property. Rooms look good only in the images at the time of booking, trust me they are not the same. Bed was broken, it was supported by brick. Paint of the room is gone in patches usually what happens due to water leakage sort off. Bathroom sucks, also fittings are outdated which doesnt supply either hot or cold water in a steady pace. They dont have their restaurant where one can sit & have food, they only have kitchen where they prepare food & give room service. Food quality is extremely poor like what is offered at fast food centers. Not recommended.

The location is good. The security is good. The owner will ask for the identity of any guest, if someone is coming to visit you.

Best budget option available in Paharganj, New Delhi. Easily accessible from NDLS and R. K Ashram Marg Metro station (blue line DMRC)

Good for a budget stay. Rooms are small but clean and tidy. Don't expect any thing extraordinary. In short simple hotel in budget. Recommended.

Room 304. No windows, felt stuffy and AC was kept off by hotel. Imagine what would happen if fire breaks off due to any reason during the stay?. TV was working but the set top box and the remote weren't working properly. No replacement even after complaining. However the furnishing was good. It was OK to stay in the room as we had to just spend the night. But can't stay for 24 hours in a closed room like this.

We had booked a room in this hotel but on our arrival we were moved to another hotel of the same group, either saying to have a larger room. The other hotel was not in line with our expectations.

It is ok ok type hotel. Rooms are very small. And it is in very crowded area You have to close your curtain all time for privacy.

Me and my husband stayed at Hotel Cabana for 3 nights last week when we were in Delhi for holidays. The hotel is close to RK ashram metro station and has autos and cabs nearby for transportation all round the clock. Location — 4/5 Decor and facilities — 3/5 Cleanliness — 3/5 Service — 3/5 Cost — $$ Worth the $ — not for me! Travel services — available My experience: We arrived early in the morning on 26/11/2017 at around 10AM in the morning and the manager checked us in. The early check in was very helpful as we were tired from the early morning flight journey. The room was clean and service was good that day. Later in the evening we asked the manager about their tour services to agra. So he arranged a cab for us for next day morning. Everything was fine till we reached Agra. That day we wanted to do sunset tour of Tajmahal (it was friday, we wanted to do it from outside, from the fort). But we missed it as we could not reach the driver (his phone was switched off). Later while we were going somewhere in the cab, the driver stopped the cab suddenly and some guy randomly got into the cab and said he was our guide (nothing was told to us at the hotel about a guide — we had asked just a cab service). We were alarmed! Later we reached out hotel folks that night and they said guide was included in the tour! Anyways we finished agra tour and came back to Delhi and our driver was not happy with the tips we gave him and he showed it!

Worst place to stay. Never book this hotel and also in this area. They investigate everything about you before checkin. Rooms are smelling bad. Atmosphere here is like a red light area.

You will find it next to the Ramkrishna ashram Marg metro station behind imperial cinema. The locality is not bad. You will get plenty of hotels in this area and quite a lot of restaurants as well. This place kinda has a shady lining to it but you won't notice it if you are not into those kind of things. Rooms are pretty nice. You are getting what you pay for there. I was impressed by the cleanliness. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service is not so great to put it bluntly. Refilling the water and not being mindful of things in general is to be expected here. The guy came with one plate, no spoons and no water when it was very much obvious that we ordered food for 3 people by the looks of the quantity and variety. But apart from this one complaint I have no other issues and wouldn't mind recommending it to someone who doesn't care that much about service.

Rooms are neat and clean and spacious as well. Location is good also.

The hotel is conveniently located in Paharganj area and should be an OK option for those on budget. Rooms are small but clean. For eating, there are lot of options in the neighborhood.

It was one of my best stays in New Delhi. Manager Mr Khan was very helpful. The hotel has very good ambience and is closely located near rk ashram metro station which makes it a convenient location. The hotel has a lift and a roof top restaurant. Would like to be there again. Excellent.

Suffice to say, my more discerning friend simply refused to check in to this hole while we two louts decided to suffer a night here.

Do Not Stay Here! I rarely write reviews for anything, but feel it is necessary to steer others away from this hotel. The place is in a terrible location that is surrounded by drug dealers. The staff was incredibly rude, the room was filthy (sheets not even changed), no hot water, bugs every where, TV did not work, and there was an overwhelming stench from the mothballs scattered all over the bathroom. We booked 6 days and left after a few hours deciding to count our losses for the other days we paid for.

At the moment there are in this hotel. All disgusting, service, rooms not fresh food… I will Try tomorrow to move to another hotel.

Disgusting place. Dirty room. No hot water in the shower, no toilet paper. No elevator and the room was on 4th floor… Don't visit…

The location of the hotel is awesome… just a stone's throw from Ramkrishna Ashram marg metro station… and also near cannought place… the hotel is very well furbished… and the rooms and service is good too … recommended to everyone!

The hotel is nice service is good they have give us welcome drink a bottle of water staff is friendly. The rooms are new and neat or clean service is quick and food is awesome. They have a travel company which is good w take a tour same day Agra nice erogenous driver is good speaking english thanks to Mr. Anand make a tour and your staff. You are great guys.

The rooms are very nice (at least all the ones I saw on the second floor were). Nicely decorated, although partially unfinished as is the Indian way (for examples gaps left in plaster but it really doesn't matter). Bathrooms are what you would expect, essentially a wet room, basic but again quite OK. Must say we didn't get hot water, but then again we didn't ask. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Airport transfers reliable, a bit pricey to be picked up but RS500 to go back to the airport was very reasonable. Perfect location in the heart of the Main Bazaar chuna mandi. I must however disagree about breakfast, we found it awful and it took ages to come. We went elsewhere on the second day. These are small criticisms though, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I've been in this hotel for three times in two years. Very nice position at the beginning of Paharganj touristic area. Very close to the New Delhi train stration, to the metro and express train to the airport. Staff always kind and helpful for every request I made. Good breakfast in restaurant, about 300 rupies with "all you can eat". Small but nice room, perfectly clean, new, free Wi-Fi, free waterm tea and coffe. In Delhi it is my hotel.

Good standard, nice room and seemed like it was newly renovated. The bed is one of the softest I have found in a hotel/hostel in India. Thumbs up! Location is great, near a metro station and most sights/shopping. One thing: you should not get the hotel to pick you up at the airport;
