The staff at the reception were very welcoming. However I feel like they were understaffed. Overall our stay here was very pleasant. They did however charge too much for laundry and the condition of our room was a little neglected.

The hotel is situated in a very clumsy place, the door was a little hard to find. However, speaking about the amenities of the hotel I can say that the staff is very helpful and courteous, the hotel is clean but the rooms are very ill maintained. Broken ac, missing bathroom fittings, broken tiles, what not. The ac s are automatic in every sense. You cannot change the temp and definitely cannot set it according to your preference. In totality it's a so so place. Food was very spicy.

The hotel is located 150 meters away from karol bagh metro station. The Staff is not as cooperative as they should be. The room that we booked was not cleaned property. We had to ask the room service twice to get anything delivered to the room. The taps in washrooms were not working properly and washrooms did not look clean. Some of the furniture in the room was broken. I liked the fact that they allowed us to check-in a bit early.
