Perfect place for a small get together. The food was amazing and we enjoyed pure vegetarian food Service was good too.

Amazing place with a great ambience. The food was great. Though I only had snacks, my father visits this hotel regularly and has always recommend it. Very good hotel as well as restaurant!

Sounds from corridor makes you not comfortable… Other than that rooms and room service are very good … We had a locker and refrigerator in our room… Good to stay and it's family and couple friendly…

Highly unprofessional. The rooms are small with close to 0 ventilation. The room I stayed in was smelling and was very claustrophobic. People here do not help you rather scream and shout (highly disappointed). I was not given breakfast even after paying for it. They did not clean my room and the telecom wasn't working — I was needed to come down to the reception everytime I needed something. I (strongly) do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Decent hotel, the rooms and washroom are neat and tidy. But the room size is very small. It's location is plus point which is very close to Karol Bagh Metro station.

Good boutique hotel and great banquet halls for parties and conferences. Attended a birthday party and residential conference here. What a coincidence since birthday party was of a fellow worker, and rooms are super value for money and chic.

Dark, dingy rooms with no window. The room was cleaned daily and bedding changed but the whole place felt like it could do with a lift and it smelt like cigarettes. On a quiet lane next to a big bazaar with places around to eat. It's ok for a quick stop over but there are definitely nicer hotels.

Not really clean. Had to have them change bedsheets which were really bad (which they did quite fast). Food was ok. Location is relatively good for the area.

Cheaters … I booked this hotel but on arriving they told that the rooms which I booked is having issues with water pipe so I have to stay in another property which is very nearer … and that property they showed was pathetic… which means I have paid for a good room which was shown in the pic and I have to stay in some other pathetic room … my family have to stand on the road for almost an hour to argue with a so called manager … he is convincing me that both are our property only… dear manager will you accept my 10 rs note instead of a 100rs which I owe you as both are my notes… please don't think your customers are fools… Please avoid such cheaters …

Hotel location is near to the metro station and convinient to the guest. Good lunch and break options. Rooms is affordable and good.

Place is just a throw away from karol bhag… easy for Shopping… Food is good… Services are good… Rates not aware since it was part of our package from sampurna travels.

Nice stay, location service food is good. We stayed their for office purpose. They have conference hall too which is suitable for 70-80 people for meeting purpose.

Been here to conduct an official event. Used their conference hall, restaurant and board rooms. The facilities are good and affordable considering delhi rates. The restaurant and good offered was good. Will recommend for events with 50-70 people comfortably.

Service was outstanding. Rooms were modern and clean. Only issue was hot water is unreliable.

Rooms are small but location is great in karol bagh.

Very small rooms. Hotel offers North Indian as well as south Indian dishes. Hotel Manager is arrogant. As we have booked room through a website they demanded 1654 as GST for 4 rooms, but in the tax invoice they showed only 1059. Hence they overcharged 595. No Parking space for the hotel too.

This Hotel has good connectivity with metro & other place, A good place for business meetings & presentations.

I am using this hotel every month from last 2 years, location is just walking distance from metro, service is also good.

I stayed one night with my family and had a good impression… Welcome drinks and cold water display in the lobby seems a caring management.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I really liked the ceiling fan along with the A/C. I was quite comfortable as the weather was very hot. Breakfast was great with cooked to order eggs and all the fixins. Served by a very pleasant gentleman. I also found the front desk very helpful and accomodating. Especially Rajeev Nain who was very professional and always willing to go that extra step to make sure I was happy and taken care of as a solo traveler. Thank you Metro View. I simply love this hotel because it's a 5/5 on everything — be it their friendly staff, or their super amazing service. The hotel is at a very convenient place to stay or for a family getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Try it because I am sure you will keep coming back for more.
