Location great, rooms are very small, cleanliness ok, can't open the windows as outside look very bad, basically rooms are at basement level.

Nice ambience good place to stay nice food and helpful staff.

Location is good and it looks like a cottage but the price is very reasonable… large and spacious rooms… food is also tasty… it's adjacent to a beautiful park with a lake… where u can go anytime and chill.

Taxi stand and police bazaar also very near to property. Just needs little upgradation of utility over all suggest all for this hotel during my stay from 16th June to 19 June 2018 I get good service from staff thanks to Management and specially banquet and front desk staff…

Low budget hotel. Ambience is good but rooms are too small. The position of the hotel is quite good (near police bazar) but food quality is poor (very spicy).

I hv already explained my bad experience on goibibo, & their irresponsible handling to arrange booking in Hotel Lake view /Shillong. This is a medium std hotel, & I have got nothing to say on this hotel. Due to the wrong handling of the booking agent, I hv to pay a good amount. So, in future I must be careful in booking the hotel from goibibo.

Nominal cost for rooms offered. Best of you come here as prebooked you might get extra discount.

Nice location. Just exactly beside wards lake one of the famous lake of shillong. Can see lake from hotel. Parking available. Restaurant is working from morning to night.

Being a budget hotel the facilities are satisfactory and rooms are small yet cozy. Some rooms are windowless and lack even a ventilator. Avoid such ones while booking. The cleanliness has been maintained. The view outside is nice from the yard as it oversees a lake but not from most rooms. The interior is great but the common washroom in the lobby can certainly be improved. The bathroom is clean and the breakfast of poori and sabji inviting. If you are looking for an economic stay in Shillong, this is a worthy option.

Good hotel but the entrance is very narrow. The car parking space is somewhere else not beside the hotel. Rooms are not big jyst average but the location of the hotel is very good. The wind at the evening is awesome.

Overall good, food is econonical. Rooms are good. Right adjacent to Ward's lake. Check-in time is 2PM which is a negative else good. Location is 400m from centre police bazaar chowk so it's a great place for stay.

Not to be recommended. Executive rooms are the size of tiny road side shops with a so-called Queen / King size bed — which is not even enough to take 2 pax. If you are traveler — 2 adult & 1 kid with 3 pc of luggage, you don't have enough space in room to walk; forget space for extra bed. It took good 30 min for hotel staff to pick our luggage from vehicle. Hotel rooms are underneath of a parking stand meant for used mini vans. So, whatever repairing work is on at the parking stand, you can witness the same. We were told, rooms have lake view… honestly, none of the rooms in hotel have lake view. Food was with reasonable quality (having considered the location) but priced! Better to visit market place called Police Bazar (just 5 min walk from hotel) & have food at "Delhi Chat". Staff behavior — who cares when you have already paid the sum while booking!

OK breakfast with limited puri sabji or bread butter options. Stayed last April. Avoid the windowless rooms. On Ward's Lake but only view of it is when you go out. Good central location next to taxi stand.

Decent room at good price. Food is the major plus. Delicious food served. Make your bookings priorly as it always remains full. Great location by the wards lake and just 5mins walk to police bazaar.
