Good hotel to stay in Shillong at very reasonable cost. Well behaviour staff, Delicious food, Good location, Better services.

Our experience was good with this place. Hats off to the owner. We reached Shillong around 10 so everything was closed by then. We were wandering in the street and surprisingly the owner was passing by. Then he guided us to the place and also sent his stuff to carry our luggages. Thanks a lot for that! We found the room to be tide and clean and the stuffs very friendly. As food were comparatively expensive, we dined outside. But overall loved that place.

Very Compact and dirty rooms. You will find cockroaches in rooms. Smelly wardrobe and cheap water fittings in washroom. There was nothing good except the hotel staff behaviour. Only reason I stayed here was all hotels were over booked no other hotels were available for booking except this one.

Situated in Police bazar centre point of Shillong. It's a good hotel. Neat and clean.

The rooms are good. They don't have their own kitchen, food is bought from outside. So please check before ordering. Also the entrance is somewhat shady.

Some rooms are good and food is expensive compared to the quality.

Waiters are so rude. They take food orders till 9pm. Went to the kitchen, requested but they denied at 9:06pm. They were even starting to pour floor for dough at that time but denied my order. Inhumanly rude. Had to sleep empty stomach.

Very Nice hotel. Hotel place is in very busy & market location at Police Bazar. Can get easily share & tours cabs. Hotel rooms are very clean, service was very good.

Pros: Nice staff, tasty food and comfortable stay at good location. Good big TV. Cons: Room is small and hotel is located in crowded famous Police Bazaar. Overall: Stay was comfortable and I recommend it to others.

Hotel Shaurya is in a crowded area of Shillingford on the third and fourth floor of a commercial building. It is an extremely small space with congested rooms. We had a room that cost Rs. 5500 for 1 night and had 3 beds. 1 single bed and one double bed. The room was right next to the reception and we could here evrything all the time that was going in outside. The window faced an old decapitated building. We had not been given basic amenities. The room had no ac and and a side fan. However it had a nice TV but unfortunately India lost the match…

This hotel is amist the chaos of a market. Rooms are conjested and cleanliness is so so. Service of the staff is also mot so good. If you want to pass the day in tranquility, better find a different hotel. If u r a bachelor and no better option, you can pass one or two nights here. The entrance is not easily noticable. You have to ask people around.

The room including wash rooms are very clean and tidy. Staff are well behaved.

Hopeless hotel staff. I booked two rooms. I paid and when I reached hotel they told that there is no room available. Don't book this hotel they are unprofessional.

I along with my family and another family stayed in the hotel recently. The location of the hotel is fine particularly for those who love shopping. The behaviour of the manager, room service boys is good. However, the front office space is very narrow. One can otherwise, opt for staying in this hotel.

On a very congested street. No vehicle goes there. Very small rooms. Toilets doors opening just in front of your bed. Do not change towels etc unless you ask. No kettle as shown in pics. Service starts at 7.30 am. No restaurant. Limited items of breakfast served earliest by 8 am. And all tours starts at 8 am. So cannot take breakfast there. They do not pack also. Rates much more online.

The location is in a very busy street where taxi doesn't go. So you have to walk down with luggage to the hotel. It's in third floor. A small reception desk where no one sits or attend you from 10 pm to 7 am in the morning. No kettle no bed tea is provided. The first tea which you can order is at 7.15 am. They have very limited breafast items served in rooms… no restaurant. They bring food from outside. One small fan on the wall.

Rooms r good. No in house resturents. But Room service are available. NEAREST To Police bazar.

Small Rooms No Complementary Breakfast Overall good if you are alone and for short trip.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights with family and friends. Very near to shopping, restaurants and hotels. Comfortable stay. Come on to the main road and have access to cabs for tourists. Meghalaya, tourist centre is at walkable distance. For people from south, Madras cafe is also near.
