Hotel is good but still I will give 3 because of their servicing staff. As they are into hospitality and the representative should be there with smiling faces and sweet talk but it's not with their representatives. I specifically disappointed because of the housekeeping staff and their self cleanliness. Sorry… I can't say this is best hotel in Jabalpur.

The room was small. The key card never worked. Complementary breakfast was pathetic. Staff were well mannered though.

Service was good. Food taste is Average.

Loved the place. Located very near to the Jalapur station. And situated right in the marketplace. Their food is great. The room service is good. Staff is amazing. Much recommended.

Hotel is located on Russel square. Very neat and clean. Serves good and quality food. But single rooms are too small and mobile network is an issue inside rooms. Otherwise best hotel to stay.

Hotel was very clean, fragrant and pleasing. This is the first thing I noticed when I entered. A very good place for holding meetings and parties. Food is very tasty and you can choose from a wide range of options. They do not have a-la-carte service i. E. Only serve the guests in hotel or at the functions held.

At prime location, near from station. Very comfortable rooms and great service. The personalized service is an attraction. No need to wait at the lobby when checking-in or checking-out, especially if you come with their pickup car from the station. The greeting and sent-off are memorable and makes you come back again next time. I have stayed here a number of times. I love the service, food and cleanliness.

I had booked this hotel for room&banquet for my relatives for one function by looking at the reviews on make my trip and trip advisor cos I work outside Jabalpur the best part is the hygiene and cleanness of rooms we were getting Italian, Lebanese food at jabalpur at this hotel I was happy to see that all I can say we can rely on make my trip and trip advisor reviews they are doing great job.

Hotel is pretty decent. Here food quality are best and tasty. Room and bathroom are well clean. Hotel is on the good location in the middle of market and not far from railway station. All staffs are polite.

Centrally located on Russell Chowk, clean place, rooms are fairly spacious, bathrooms, are hygienic reasonably priced, on the whole a good bargain.

We stayed in this hotel from 15/04/2017 — 17/04/2017. We booked 1 ac room. Room no 1003 on the 2nd floor. I booked this room from MakeMyTrip. negative things. 1. The door lock of the room was not working. When I bring this to the notice of the manager, he said there is camera everywhere so we can go anywhere without locking the door. And he did not change the room in spite of my request. For our 2 day trip in Jabalpur we have to leave the room every time with fear. I did not expect this kind of service from this hotel with many positive reviews. 2. There was Wi-Fi in the room. But I can not browse a single web page with this connection. Positive things. 1. We got room services anytime we needed. 2. The room was neat and clean. 3. The bathroom was really good. 4. The hotel has 24 X 7 check-in/out facility.

Rude and creepy staff, in my life first time I have to show a hotel that we are married couple. Think what a person will feel in such scenario.

Very good hotel available at cheap rates. Hotel room are elegant and spacious. Bathroom are well maintained. Located right in the city of Jabalpur and many people stay at this hotel. Basic facilities lack like recreational room. They provide pick and drop service from the train station.

Such a worst hotel I have ever visited. We have to call room service for 2-3 times even for water. Hair strand and worm found in breakfast and no one comes to takes our luggage at the time of check out. Its my worst experience I have ever got in my life.
