Good room service & Convince.

Probably the most pathetic set of working staff at any Radisson or otherwise property, a massive disgrace to the hospitality industry.
Their staff broke the pull handle of my $1000 Tumi Suitcase. First they kept on denying & blamed on the driver to have done that but while confirming with the staff of Hotel Jehan Numa, Bhopal where from I was travelling & the driver they agreed to get it repaired. Picked the bag next morning & told in d late evening that it will take 2 days time inspire if knowing that I’ll be checking out the next day.
Very shamelessly putting the bag back in the broken condition in the room again, even not caring the how am I supposed to travel back to Bhopal on my way back to Delhi.
Upon Check-out their entire team of disgraced duty manager & other staff vanished, hiding behind somewhere rather than least being apologetic, leaving only a couple of front desk executives to complete the checkout formalities so that we can leave.
Not only that, we were on our business trip & had few meetings lined up in the bar area for both the days but their air conditioning was OFF on both days & took more than 10 requests & couple of hours to turn it ON.
Eventually we had to leave & host our meetings outside. What’s the point of having facilities the guests can not avail?

Never visit hotel staff is not helpful co operative.

Not only me but all guests came from different parts of India, liked it very much n enjoyed lot right from welcome ceremony till end incldg food.

I came to Indore for my anchoring event and stayed here for 2 days. It's a lovely hotel with spacious and clean rooms, tasty food, spacious swimming pool area to chill out.
The staff was friendly. I would love to revisit.

A deserved 5 star rating to great hospitality, great service and amazing staff. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels, but I have never felt so special and comfortable as I did at Radisson Blu, Indore. The room service of the hotel was generous enough to give us a call at our room to confirm if we received the water bottles that we ordered (something which I would love to compliment). The hot water jacuzzi was something that I loved the most along with my son and daughter. As residents of Indore, our initial reason for stay at Radisson was for a change, but what we took along with us from the hotel were beautiful and sweet memories. From amazing breakfast to sizzling dinner, we always ran out of words to compliment them. Radisson Blu has secured the top position on my list of hotels and my one year membership with them, makes me look forward to strengthen the bond even more!

It was one of the best hotels I have ever visited. Nice hospitality. Everyone was really helpful. It had everything that a hotel needs a gym, a swimming pool at terrace. Awesome lifts. In a nutshell experience was great!

A 'happening' place. The who's who of Indore can be found lounging here. Strategically located, at the heart of 'new' Indore. Helpful staff. Bar services are par excellence. Good intercontinental food. Needs improvement in ethnic dishes.

Very friendly staff, I would stay in Radisson whenever I visit Indore, we were offered free pick up and drop from Airport. Internet speed were good, never had a problem while staying in Radisson! It was our first visit to Radisson Blu, I must say it was overwhelming for us the way they welcome us is heart touching, we are there to attend the launching party of our dream car Toyota Yaris and we really enjoyed the starters and snacks there, all were too delicious… thanks Radisson Blu and team Toyota. This is my best experience in any hotel in Indore. Radisson Blu is unbeatable for sure for years and years.

Amazing property. Staff is damn friendly and the food is just amazing. The only issue was the house keeping department. Since the hotel was completely sold out these guys very super busy and kept ignoring the request, had to call them multiple times for even the basics. Rest it was nice place to eat, stay.

The place was really good. The staff was very frankly and they provide you all the facility without any failure. You will get every type of food. Chinese food was highly rated.

A week of stay here and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. Great food and great atmosphere. To top it all the people who work there are just brilliant.

As compared to other Carlson properties, Radisson Blu Indore is one of the best in terms of locale, reservation, cuisines and not to mention valets. The highlight of their Lobby Bar is the Filipino singer! You can feel the symphony in the atmosphere. Cheers!

I've been to it's Indian restaurant as well as the Asian one. The Indian one is nice and had live singers performing. The Asian one 'Ni Hao' was pretty good. The preparation was authentic and worth visiting.

We had booked a superior room but got bumped up to an executive suite. The rooms are really fancy and the staff is very cordial. We even went to their in house restaurant called Ni hao which has really tasty pan Asian food offering.

I loved the ambience of this place. We went to celebrate my brother’s first anniversary and the chef personally came to us and told us that 2 dishes are being added to the menu as complimentory. This was a very overwhelming experience for us. Thankyou so much for making our day special.

Radisson blu being located at the new heart of the city is surely on of the best hotel in the city. They serve there guests real well and being a franchise the repute they carry is just great. The lobby area is well decorated and the customers are treated really well. Food served in all the three restaurants is just lip smacking. Surely a must visit if you are a food lover.

Bad experience always, staff do not treat customer right, they have a big attitude. Food is terribly bad no taste at all. Yes it's kept very clean only one point I could think positive.

Staff is efficient. They pick n drop u from the Airport. Decent sized rooms. The Gym on the top floor is quite nice and during rains it gives you a superb feeling.
