When I was in room no 202 on 23rd n 24 that Oct 21I ordered some food and immediately paid to the waiter, but they again ask for the money which I have been paid earlier. Hotel authority should be honest for this type of things. So, don't pay the money to the hotel boy… keep the bill and pay it at the time of check out. I m not satisfied in this reason, Otherwise everything was great to be staying in PALACIA. I hope authority will manage it…

Don't think of the hotel if you are a vegetarian
They serve chicken bone in panner sabzi
And when we complained multiple times they send a waiter to settle grievances Worst of a kind experience.

Three star rated good family hotel. Quality of rooms are very nice with all facility available. Hot and cold water available 24 hours, safe deposit box in every rooms available. Convenient location. Nice family restaurant and separate bar with restaurant available. The quality of food is ausome and tasty. 24 hours check in and check out facility, doctors on call, pick drop facility (not free of cost), fitness center available. Swimming pool is not there in the hotel. Recommending a good hotel but the room rent is little bit high compare to other three star hotel available near by.

The interior and hospitality is very welcoming. The ambience is beautiful. Food is well-cooked and authentic. Do try the Bengali Rice platter.

Celebrated my wife's last year birthday over that place. Tough the prices of food and liquor isn't that reasonable but the environment is too happening for any age. The pool makes the place more spontaneous and divine comparison to other lounges. Great place to be whenever there is a party in your mind.

Worst ever experience during rajasthani food festival. Compared to the food quality price was too high and above that they charged GST@18%. Service was slow.

In my last five visits to the city this was the first time at Palacio. Believe me I really underestimated you and am really very sorry for that. At Legacy The enthusiastic team, decor and of course the food is just excellent. I wish if could stay for two more days as I was exited about Rajasthani Food Fest.

I have been to this hotel. I liked the food very much. Not only the food, even the service was so good. I recommend everybody to avail the services of this hotel.

Excellent. A bit on the pricier side but the staff manager and guard are all very friendly. Will definitely stay again. Food is also delicious. The rooms are not cramped and very spacious, the beds are soft and comfy. Parking space was under construction when I visited thus the security guard stayed over the whole night just to watch over my single car. Felt really special. The location is also great because it's not located in the middle of the city and thus you don't have to worry about being stuck in a traffic jam.

Loved the place, the ambience and the live music. Excellent staff. You name the dish and they'll definitely try to provide it to you. I ordered a dish off the menu and they provided it to me.

It has excellent support staff. The hospitality is very good. Their lounge and deck is one of the best in Guwahati.

Food is awesome. The bar has a swimming pool and is in the open terrace. Reasonable rates. The rooms are superb.

Terrible experience with the hotel banquet hall team. Cheaters all of them. Never book their banquet halls for your parties, rest assured you will be cheated upon big time & that too at the last minute when you have no other options left, but to get cheated.

I went to nyx inside here. Good place. The pool is great. Expensive.

The service staff is really nice and takes effort for making the stay comfortable. Breakfast is very good with good offer. One negative point was that the 'single' room was connected to another room with two doors that don't really insulate well. Then the service staff in the other room was noisy in the morning which disturbed! Second negative point was that the called taxi which was clearly linked to the staff person in the hotel, was covering his taximeter and it was running before arriving at the hotel. We payed 30 Euro to the airport; the normal price is ~ 17-18 Euro. Advice: Demand to look on the taximeter there.

The waiters are always present to serve you and keep asking you if you need something. Overall great place. And yes, Restaurant have a grand piano too which you can yourself play, it's awesome. It is a good hotel, located just above Poddar Car World and opposite to Vivanta by Taj. I visited this place for our Company’s meeting. The conference hall is good, neat and clean with great interior. The food was delicious and the service was great.

Restaurant here is great. Worth trying for if visiting Guwahati. Food and service is excellent, though it is a bit costly compared to other restaurants in Guwahati, despite that it's highly recommended and a place worth visiting if you relish good food.

The place is favourites of the corporates but as a whole had bad experience with the service. Food took hours to be served even reordering simple items were a pain as it arrived when everyone were waiting and asked for bill. The ambience is good so are the hotel rooms. Service is a issue parking available.

Very poor service in the restaurant. I have ordered tea with cookies but they served only cold tea without cookies. When I asked him what happen about cookies he was just run to the kitchen and brought one plate of Marie gold biscuits. I was just thinking that they have own bakery why they served that kind of biscuits? So cheap! Restaurant manager was standing over there but he has no voice on it. Bad service, poor food but looking wise restaurant is good. Poor management. Sorry I got all so I am writing here.

Worst place to have lunch. Hospitality is 3rd class. We ordered non veg thali in bengali food festival. The service is very poor. You have to wait a long time between the serving. They also not giving all the menu item of the combo meal. The manager is shameless. He never have admitted their mistake. Its very painful to have such a lunch after having a hungry stomach.

Pros: Very luxurious rooms with lots of power plug points to charge your laptop, phones, powerbank, data card, camera, etc. Very large conferance hall with good audio system. Con:3rd floor rooms too noisy due to late night parties (1 less star due to this)

Best food and nice service. It's a class restaurant. You should try this. You can have chinese Indian and continental and all are good.

It's a nice hotel in front of the Vivanta Taj Hotel. The staffs are really helpful and the restaurant is awesome.

On 8th March I went their for dinner and ordered thi green curry and it was not tested good instead it tested like it was prepared two days back… because after eating it I had diarrhea for 2days… also the waiter is not good when it comes to explain the menu and giving the option… Rest the hotel was clean with good location.

Fooding. Totally loved it. There's no item in their menu which u won't like. neat & clean. Rooms are also good.
