SCAM! We made reservation at this hotel but when we arrived nobody was there. So we called them and were told that the hotel is closed from October. They still have our money since we paid through booking. Com in advance. We were told to contact booking. Com and that they will refund the money but they can't do that without the confirmation from the hotel. Of course the hotel does not communicate ever since. It has been 2 weeks now and no progress!
I don't understand how it is possible you can book accommodation that is closed for months. Booking. Com obviously doesn't have any control system for scams like this. We have checked the worst reviews (unfortunately too late) and we weren't the first with this problem, so why didn't they check this accommodation? Also you can book the rooms on their website too so obviously it is not just some "booking. Com glitch" as we were told. Avoid at all costs!

Nice staff and you can use common areas such as the kitchen as you wish. As a self check-in and door with a code, first time I saw and like it a lot. Location is good also.

Total scam. Avoid this "accommodation". It's closed from October 2020 and they don't answer when you want your money back. It's over two weeks and they still have our money. I really don't understand why Booking. Com still has this accommodation in their website, it's a total shame! And we aren't able to get our money back even though we contacted Booking. Com several times over phone. They told us that for getting our money back, this "accommodation" must confirm that we haven't been accommodated but they don't answer at all. So talking with Booking is every time the same. No progress at all. I have lost all patience with Booking. Com. I am switching to another accommodation provider and I recommend to not use Booking. Com if you don't want to lose your money…
