Have been waiting for my yarn order since 05/01/2022… yes 4 months. I have to email in order to get updates as they are not forthcoming. I keep being told to be patient and wait and it will be back in stock and only now recieved an email saying wool is not coming back into stock. I love the wool quality but the customer service quality has been terrible so far. I've had to make no less than 5 changes to my order because stock online is not the same as stock available. Really disappointing to wait so long. Most places would offer some kind of discount or anything to make up for this.
Unfortunatly the Yarn is much more expensive than in town. Feels a bit like a tourvinst rip off…

We had a lovely experience! Not only do they have beautiful and quality clothing, but the staff is absolutely delightful.
