A fabulous little hostel just across the main road from the harbour and ferry. The rooms are very tasteful & charming, the dorm spacious, and the staff are really nice. There's a small kitchen with a fridge and single hotplate downstairs, but you can visit the excellent café 100m south where the road forks, Gísli Eiríkur Helgi (from 11-18 in winter) which is a great place to hang out and watch life go by in this beautiful little village. (I also heard the pool in Dalvik is great but didn't get to try it. )
